Shopify Web Developer | Internal Booking Calendar (Fixed-Price Project)

Web developer needed: internal booking calendar linked to Shopify (fixed scope, 3 to 4 weeks)

We're an Australian 4WD accessories business running a fitting workshop. We need a small, private web app our staff use to book install jobs into the workshop. Full spec is written and ready to hand over.

What you'll build:

• Staff-only calendar (login required), day and week views, one colour-coded column per fitter, drag and drop
• Type a Shopify order number and the app pulls customer name, email , mobile, products and total from our store via the Shopify Admin API (GraphQL)
• Staff enter vehicle details, pick fitter, job type and duration. Durations pre-fill from an editable per-fitter matrix
• Unscheduled queue, booking statuses, notes
• Works well on phone and desktop
• Deployed to hosting we own (Vercel/Supabase or Railway), code in our GitHub

Phase 2 (quoted separately): SMS confirmations, writing a Booked tag back to the Shopify order, printable job cards.

Must have:

• Shipped at least one app that reads from the Shopify Admin API (send a link or description)
• Confident with a modern JS stack (Next.js/React or similar) and Postgres
• Can start within a week and work in overlapping hours with AEST
