Technical Drafter / Detailer — AutoCAD + Autodesk Inventor

Confidential employer

About Us Mirada3D is a U.S.-based (Austin, Texas) 3D engineering and visualization company. We turn complex industrial equipment into precise 3D models, detailed shop drawings, and visualizations for manufacturers across North America. Our work spans water storage tanks, conveyor and mining systems, structural steel, and mechanical assemblies. We're building a dedicated Philippines drafting team for the long haul (not one-off gigs), and we're looking for skilled people we can grow with. The Role We need an experienced technical drafter/detailer to produce accurate 3D models and detailed drawings for real industrial projects. You'll work from 2D drawings to build 3D models, and produce detailing and shop drawings from 3D models, the way a strong detailer does. This is production drafting for equipment that actually gets built, so precision and attention to detail matter more than anything. You'll work primarily in AutoCAD, and you must also be comfortable in Autodesk Inventor. If you're strong in both and take pride in clean, buildable drawings, we want to talk to you. What You'll Work On: -Water storage tanks -Conveyor systems -Mining systems and equipment -Staircases and platforms -Structural and mechanical assemblies Responsibilities: -Create 3D models from existing 2D drawings -Produce detailing and shop drawings from 3D models -Develop accurate assembly and part drawings, including dimensions, callouts, and BOMs -Interpret engineering drawings, specs, and markups correctly -Keep files, layers, and naming clean and organized to our standards -Communicate clearly on progress, questions, and revisions -Deliver complete, buildable drawing packages on schedule What We're Looking For: -Proven detailing/technical drafting experience on real industrial or structural projects -Strong AutoCAD skills (2D drafting and detailing) -Working knowledge of Autodesk Inventor (3D modeling, assemblies, drawing generation) -Ability to go both directions: 2D ? 3D modeling, and 3D ? detailed drawings -Solid understanding of dimensioning, tolerances, and how things are actually fabricated -Sharp attention to detail and a low tolerance for errors -Reliable, responsive, and able to meet deadlines -Good written English for clear communication Nice to have: experience with tanks, conveyors, mining equipment, or structural steel; familiarity with Vault or other file-management tools; experience working with U.S. or international clients. Employment & Growth Path This is a long-term contractor role with a clear path to grow: -Project-based test period: we start with a paid test project (approx. $300 per detailing/drawing package) so we can both confirm it's a good fit. -Monthly base: once you've proven your work, we move you to a base monthly salary (starting around $500/month), with steady project flow. -Retainer growth: as we take on more projects and your track record builds, your base grows; we're targeting a $1,000/month base retainer over time. -Performance bonuses: on top of base pay, we offer bonuses as incentives tied to quality and delivery. We're looking for someone to grow with the company, not a short-term hire. The better your work, the more it pays. How to Apply Please include: -A short intro about your drafting/detailing experience -Your portfolio or sample drawings (AutoCAD and Inventor work), this is the most important part -Which systems you've worked on (tanks, conveyors, mining, structural, etc.) -Your available hours per week Applications with sample work will be prioritized. We're excited to find the right person and build something long-term together.

We manage 50+ residential properties — long-term rentals and short-term/Airbnb stays — and we’re scaling fast. We’re seeking a sharp, detail-obsessed Admin Property Manager to be the operational backbone of the rental portfolio — the person who keeps every lease, statement, and record airtight, answers every call with a warm and capable voice, and takes personal ownership of tenancy disputes from first complaint all the way through to a hearing. Senior Digital Marketing & Growth Manager

Confidential employer

Position Summary The Senior Digital Marketing & Growth Manager is the firm's hands-on marketing leader. This person independently develops the strategy, converts it into a prioritized operating plan, executes or directs the work, measures performance from first touch through retained case, and recommends changes based on evidence. The successful candidate has previously built or materially improved lead-generation programs in personal injury, legal services, or another high-consideration local service business. They are equally comfortable setting direction and working inside advertising, analytics, website, content, CRM, email , local search, and automation platforms. What Success Looks Like The firm can clearly define its ideal case and audience by practice area, geography, case value, and source. Marketing produces a growing, predictable flow of qualified inquiries and retained matters that fit the firm's target case profile. Every material lead source is tracked through consultation, qualification, retention, and downstream case quality where permitted. Budget and staff time move toward channels that create qualified cases, not merely traffic, impressions, posts, followers, or form fills. The Managing Attorney receives a concise weekly scorecard, decisions, risks, and recommendations rather than a list of activities requiring daily direction. Website, intake, CRM, email , and automation workflows are reliable, documented, tested, and owned through resolution. Core Responsibilities Growth strategy and ideal-client acquisition Translate the firm's business objectives into an annual and quarterly marketing strategy, channel plan, budget, forecasts, and test roadmap. Define priority audiences and ideal case profiles with firm leadership and intake; build campaigns around practice area, geography, urgency, qualification factors, and expected value. Identify market opportunities, competitive gaps, referral opportunities, and underperforming channels; recommend what to start, stop, or scale. Lead generation and paid media Own or directly supervise Google Ads, Local Services Ads where applicable, Microsoft Ads, Meta campaigns, retargeting, directory/referral channels, and landing-page strategy. Manage targeting, creative, budgets, bidding, negative keywords, call tracking, lead quality feedback, and fraud or spam controls. Optimize for qualified consultations and retained cases, with documented cost per qualified lead and cost per retained matter. SEO, local search, website, and conversion Own the technical, local, and content SEO roadmap, including Google Business Profile, indexing, on-page structure, internal linking, schema, authority development, and location/service-page quality. Manage the website backlog and vendors; diagnose technical issues, prioritize fixes by business impact, and verify changes across desktop and mobile. Run conversion-rate tests on landing pages, forms, calls to action, trust signals, intake paths, and page speed while protecting accuracy and user experience. Content, social media, reputation, and brand Create an editorial strategy that answers prospective-client needs and supports search, trust, referrals, email , and social distribution. Plan and manage content across the website, Google Business Profile, Instagram, Facebook , LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other justified channels. Develop useful, differentiated creative; manage attorney participation efficiently; monitor comments, reviews, and brand reputation. Treat audience growth as a means to qualified demand and trust, not as a stand-alone success metric. CRM, email , intake integration, and automation Own marketing-to-intake workflows, lead routing, source capture, consent, follow-up, non-engagement or nurture workflows as approved, and data-quality controls. Build, test, monitor, document, and troubleshoot integrations among website forms, call tracking, chat, email platforms, Zapier or equivalent tools, and the firm's approved case-management systems. Partner with intake to analyze response time, contact rate, appointment rate, qualification, show rate, retention, and reasons leads are lost. Analytics, attribution, and executive reporting Maintain accurate measurement using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, ad-platform data, call tracking, CRM or case-management data, and reporting dashboards. Deliver a weekly scorecard and monthly business review covering pipeline, lead quality, retained cases, spend, ROI proxies, conversion, experiments, risks, and decisions needed. Distinguish leading indicators from business outcomes and explain what changed, why it changed, and what action will follow. Leadership, vendors, and operating discipline Independently prioritize the marketing backlog, set deadlines, manage agencies and contractors, and escalate early with options and a recommendation. Create clear briefs, quality standards, approval workflows, documentation, and contingency plans; close projects without repeated owner intervention. Protect confidential information and ensure vendors, access, domains, accounts, pixels, data, and creative assets remain controlled by the firm. Legal-marketing judgment and compliance Coordinate with firm leadership and counsel-approved policies so claims, testimonials, case results, reviews, targeting, intake communications, and advertising disclosures are accurate and appropriately approved. Maintain consent, privacy, accessibility, platform-policy, and recordkeeping practices appropriate to the tools and campaigns in use. Performance Scorecard Final targets will be established after a documented baseline, but the role is accountable for the following measures. Activity counts may explain work performed; they do not replace outcome reporting. Candidate Submission Requirements Resume and portfolio or examples relevant to lead generation, legal/professional services, website/SEO, paid campaigns, email , and reporting. One case study showing the baseline, objective, strategy, candidate's direct work, spend or constraints, measured results, and what they changed after reviewing the data. A brief explanation of how they distinguish a marketing-qualified inquiry from a qualified personal injury case opportunity.

Copywriter (DTC Apparel) - E-Commerce (Meta)

Confidential employer

We're a menswear brand built for bigger guys — think the True Classic / Breeze category. What you'll do: Write high-converting ad copy for Meta/TikTok — hooks, scripts, angles, headlines — for a fast-growing DTC apparel brand. Important: we're not handing you briefs. You come up with your own concepts and angles, pitch them, and write them. You're a copywriter who thinks like a strategist. Huge plus: You've written for brands in men's essentials / apparel for bigger body types (True Classic, Breeze, or similar) — or in shapewear (Shapermint, Spanx, etc.). If you know how to sell fit, comfort, and confidence to people who've been ignored by mainstream sizing, you're exactly who we're looking for. Hard requirements to apply (no exceptions): Show your proof. Submit the ad you wrote with the highest spend behind it — minimum $10,000 spent on a single ad. Include a screenshot of the spend/metrics and a short breakdown of how you ideated it: the insight, the angle, why it worked. List the brands you've worked with. Past DTC brands only — name them. Apparel/shapewear brands front and center. Record a Loom. Walk us through requirement #1 on camera — show the ad, the numbers, and talk us through how you came up with it, why it worked, and what you'd do differently. 3–5 minutes max. We want to see how you think and communicate, not a scripted pitch. ?? Applications missing any of the three above will be automatically rejected. No portfolio links, no "happy to hop on a call" — the proof IS the application. Got the receipts?

Short-Form Video Editor (Instagram/TikTok) — Long-Term, Educational Content

Confidential employer

Hey! I'm Davis Carbo. I run an educational content brand about cognitive biases, neuroscience, logical fallacies, and the science of decision-making. I'm looking for a skilled short-form video editor to join my team long-term and take over all editing so I can focus on ideation, scripting, filming, and posting. Im a creator with an established following, you can see all my content on Instagram, Facebook , and ---------- look before applying, my "Unbiased" series has a distinct style, and I want an editor who gets it and can run with it. However, im also looking to venture it different styles of content so I am looking for someone skilled in multiple domains. Right now I publish 2–3 videos per week. My priority platforms are Instagram Reels and Facebook , then TikTok. The goal is to keep that output rock-solid first, then scale up over time toward one video per day. Maybe more as long as we can keep quality high. I'm also moving into long-form content later this year, so there's room to grow if you're a strong fit. But if you only want to do short form, thats fine. No pressure! WHAT YOU'D BE EDITING — 5 STYLES (with examples for the standard I'm after): 1. Unbiased series — my signature style (the most important one to study): ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- 2. Talking head with graphics: ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- 3. Green screen: ---------- 4. Reaction posts: ---------- ---------- 5. Animated graphics (optional / a plus): ---------- HOW WE'D WORK: Footage is shared via Google Drive. I film at night (EST); you edit in your own timezone and return finished cuts to the Drive. I handle ideation, scripting, filming, and posting. You handle the edit end to end. We start very collaborative at first, once you nail down the style and we're fully aligned you'll be trusted with full editing process. WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR: Proven short-form editing experience , with a portfolio — ideally including educational or talking-head content Mastery of the short-form fundamentals: a hook in the first 1–3 seconds, tight pacing and retention, clean and accurate on-screen captions, and awareness of current formats/trends. Strong, fluent English — captions are on screen, so spelling and clarity matter. If I give instruction i want to know it lands. Reliability at volume: able to hold a consistent 2–3 videos/week and scale up over time Someone who takes initiative and elevates a video, not just someone who follows instructions. My thesis for content is Entertaining and Educational, Modern Bill Nye, and im going for more elegant and classy than loud, obnoxious and over the top. I want people to feel educational content has a dark and mysterious side, you can see that with my unbiased content I hope. TO APPLY: Send your portfolio, with any examples relevant to educational / talking-head / short-form content Watch a few of the examples above and tell me which of my videos you liked and why — what you'd keep, what you'd improve Any AI-generated applications will be automatically disregarded. I want to hear from you, not ChatGPT. So I know you actually read this: start your reply with your favorite color. I'm looking to start part-time to keep my current output, with a clear path to more work (and long-form) as we build trust. Looking forward to seeing your work! As for pay, the wage/salary outlined here is for part time, this is totally up for negotiation! Ill pay for the right talent but want you to propose what you think is fair.
