AI Video Editor for E-commerce Ads — Full-Time, Long-Term ($$$ + paid AI tools + salary growth path)

We are a growing European e-commerce brand. We produce a high volume of video ads and static ads using AI tools, and we are looking for an AI Video Editor ready to commit long-term and grow with us.

YOUR MISSIONS

• Create and iterate video ads and static ads from briefs (hooks, scripts, references provided)
• Generate AI b-rolls and product shots with kie.ai and Higgsfield (accounts and credits paid by us)
• Edit and assemble in your editor of choice (Premiere / CapCut / DaVinci)
• Follow our production SOPs and quality-check every deliverable before sending

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year of video editing experience (portfolio required)
• Hands-on experience with AI image/video generation (Higgsfield, kie.ai, Kling, Veo, Runway, Midjourney... — show us real examples)
• Good written English
• Reliable computer (16GB RAM minimum) and stable internet with a backup connection
• Detail-obsessed: our quality checks are strict

BIG PLUS (not required — tell us if you have it)

• Strong daily use of LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude...) for scripting, prompting and problem-solving
• Experience calling AI tools through APIs (kie.ai works only through API) or MCP servers
• Basic command line / scripting comfort (we provide ready-made scripts)
• Canva/Photoshop for static ads

WHAT WE OFFER

• Full-time (40h/week), long-term position
• Starting salary + a written salary growth path: reviews at day 90, month 6 and month 12 based on clear deliverables
