Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiting Specialist.

Recruiting must have been your full-time position and primary professional responsibility for at least one year, with experience recruiting for U.S. companies.

You should have hands-on experience with:

• Job advertising and recruiting platforms
• Resume and applicant screening
• Candidate qualification and initial interviews
• Managing the recruiting process from job posting through initial candidate selection

International recruiting experience is strongly preferred, particularly experience recruiting in Mexico, Colombia, or other Latin American countries.
