Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Ads, GHL Automations & SEO)

About us: Lynx Software is a US-based digital marketing and IT agency. We run a fast, ticket-driven workflow (Jira) across multiple clients. We move quickly and we hold a high bar where every task ships with clear acceptance criteria and gets QA'd before it goes live.

What you'll do:
Build, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google
Build and maintain GoHighLevel (GHL) workflows, automations, and pipelines
Support on-page SEO tasks (metadata, on-page fixes, tracking)
Work directly from Jira tickets: pick up, execute, post evidence, close on time
Give proactive status updates and flag blockers early

You must have:
Hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads (not just theory)
Daily monitor and catch ads that are overspending, before we do, and need to be optimized
Ability to study the analytics daily and know or have an idea immediately of what is wrong if something spikes
Real GoHighLevel experience: workflows, automations, forms, pipelines
Working SEO knowledge
Strong written English and clear, proactive communication
The ability to work independently at pace, hit daily throughput, and hit deadlines without being chased

This role is not for you: if you need constant follow-up to move, miss deadlines quietly, or mark work done before it's actually verified. We're replacing exactly that.

Details: Full-time, remote. Must overlap US Eastern business hours. Rate: $8/hr. Long-term role with growth.
