Business Development Specialist & Marketing Specialist

Rentercasa is looking for a motivated Business Development & Marketing Specialist to help grow our property management portfolio, generate renter leads, and increase brand visibility.

Responsibilities
-Find and contact property owners, landlords, investors, and real estate professionals
-Conduct outbound calls, email s, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up
-Schedule qualified appointments for property management services
-Maintain and update leads in our CRM
-Build referral relationships with Realtors, lenders, investors, and other partners
-Assist with proposals and management agreement follow-up
-Create and schedule social media content
-Manage Facebook , Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
-Create basic graphics and marketing materials using Canva
-Promote available rooms and properties online
-Post in Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Groups, and other lead-generation platforms
-Respond to social media inquiries and route qualified leads
-Help develop marketing campaigns for renter and property-owner acquisition
-Track leads, engagement, appointments, and conversions
-Provide weekly activity and performance reports

Requirements
-Strong English communication skills
-Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or digital marketing
-Comfortable making outbound calls
-Experience managing social media accounts
-Basic Canva skills
-Strong follow-up and organizational skills
-Ability to work independently
-Experience with CRM systems preferred
-U.S. real estate or property management experience is a plus

Success Metrics

Performance will be measured by:

-Qualified property-owner leads
-Appointments scheduled
-New management agreements
-New properties added
-Renter leads generated
-Social media engagement
-Consistent outbound activity
-CRM follow-up completion
-Compensation

₱30,000 – ₱40,000 PHP per month + performance bonuses
