Creative Strategist Image Ads / Image Ads Creator

You will create static image ads for an erotic brand using AI tools with the Latest AI Image Generators and more, finishing them in Canva or Photoshop. Part-time work, paid based on how your ads perform.

This brand is 18+. You will look at erotic imagery every day and make it sell. If that makes you uncomfortable, stop reading now.

The job:
You don't wait for briefs. You study what's winning in the market, d ---------- what a winning image looks like, and produce it. You generate images, fix what AI gets wrong, add headlines and text, and ship finished ads. Then you watch the numbers, kill what flops, and make more of what wins.

The pay:
10$ (Up to $1000 a month) Per Batch of Image Ads (3-5 Images per Angle) + You earn bonuses tied to your ads' performance . Your images win, you get paid well. They don't, you don't. Stated up front so nobody wastes their time.

Who I'm NOT looking for:
No beginners. No "fast learners". No one who needs their hand held. If you have never made an image ad concept that actually ran and performed, this is not for you.

Who I AM looking for:

• You have made image ads that ran on real spend and won. You can show them and tell me the numbers (CTR, ROAS, whatever proof you have).
• You have your own opinions about what makes an image stop the scroll, and you can defend them.
• You work on your own. I give you the brand and the goal, you bring the ideas.
• You're hungry. You want to win more than you want comfort, and losing a test annoys you into working harder.
• You understand what passes ad review on Meta with adult-adjacent products and still gets clicks.

Requirements:

• Portfolio of winning image ad concepts you personally created (with performance numbers if possible)
• Experience with AI image tools (Midjourney, Flux, Ideogram, Leonardo, etc.)
• Canva or Photoshop for text and finishing
• STRONG English
• Good internet connection
• Comfortable working with 18+ erotic content daily
• Able to receive payments through Wise or Revolut
• PH or similar time zone
