Instagram & TikTok DM Appointment Setter

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Instagram & TikTok DM Appointment Setter to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be managing conversations through Instagram and TikTok, engaging with leads, qualifying prospects, following up, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

-Respond to Instagram and TikTok DMs

• Start conversations with followers, commenters, story viewers, and engaged leads
• Follow up with prospects who have shown interest
• Qualify leads by asking the right questions
• Identify the prospect’s goals, needs, and pain points
• Move qualified prospects toward booking a consultation
• Follow up with leads who have not booked yet
• Keep conversations organized and update lead information in our CRM
• Communicate qualified opportunities to our sales team
• Follow scripts while keeping conversations natural and personalized

We are looking for someone who is:

• Fluent in written English
• Confident communicating through DMs
• 90 Persuasive without being pushy
• Fast and responsive
• 9Organized and reliable
• Coachable and willing to improve
• Comfortable working toward daily KPIs
• Experienced with Instagram and TikTok

Previous experience in DM setting, appointment setting, lead generation, or sales is strongly preferred.

Your main goal is simple: turn conversations into qualified booked appointments.

You must be able to work during hours that overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.
