Rated 4.8/5 across nearly 1,000 customer reviews, sold globally at ---------- . The brand targets people who want to disconnect from screens and capture real ---------- nts — trips, parties, weddings, festivals, everyday life. You can check out our account ---------- on Instagram About the Role We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Creative to own and grow KLIK’s social presence across channels. This is not just a scheduling role — it’s a creative leadership position. You’ll build real channel strategies, manage our accounts, curate and post UGC content, and contribute to broader brand creative work. We have a team to support the editing for simple Instagram posts, which is handled within this role. Beyond social media, this is an overall creative role where we’d love to do more brand work. What You’ll Do Manage the accounts Keep track of all KLIK social media accounts. Curate and filter the UGC posts we currently have, post them, and give credit where credit is due. Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all active platforms. Build channel strategies Create a real social strategy for each platform: Instagram — primary platform, full strategy (can be combined with Facebook cross-posting) Facebook — not a priority, we simply cross-post from Instagram Pinterest — dedicated strategy TikTok — dedicated strategy Create Beyond social media management, this is an overall creative role. We’d love to do more brand work — visual identity work, creative campaigns, brand storytelling, and original content that captures the authentic, nostalgic KLIK aesthetic. Full Responsibilities Manage all KLIK social media accounts — Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook Curate and filter UGC content from the existing library, post and credit creators appropriately Develop and execute dedicated channel strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest Create, plan, and manage a consistent content calendar across all platforms Produce or oversee simple Instagram post edits (editing support team available) Write compelling captions, hooks, and copy that match the KLIK brand voice Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and community engagement Track and report on social media performance metrics — reach, engagement, follower growth, saves Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activity Contribute to broader brand creative work — campaigns, visual identity, and storytelling Collaborate with Video Editors, Creative Strategists, and the wider marketing team Must-have Proven experience managing social media accounts for a DTC or ecommerce brand Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest — what works, what doesn’t, and why Experience building social media channel strategies from scratch, not just scheduling posts Strong eye for visual content, brand aesthetics, and UGC curation Excellent copywriting skills — captions, hooks, and brand voice Comfortable working independently and managing your own content calendar Organized, reliable, and data-aware — tracks performance and adjusts strategy accordingly Own device and stable internet connection Nice-to-have Experience with nostalgic, lifestyle, or film-aesthetic brand content Basic graphic design or video editing skills for simple social assets Familiarity with social scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Planoly, or similar) Experience managing or growing a brand account from early stage Understanding of UGC creator communities and how to engage and credit them KLIK Brand Aesthetic — What to Keep in Mind Authentic and real — not over-produced or overly polished Nostalgic and film-like — vintage tones, grain, candid ---------- nts Community-driven — UGC is at the heart of the content Lifestyle-first — trips, parties, everyday life, human connection Emotionally resonant — content that makes people want to pick up a camera Think: someone at a festival pulls out a KLIK, shoots without looking at the screen, and the photos come out beautifully imperfect. That feeling is what the feed should communicate. Hiring Process Portfolio Review - Review of social media work, brand accounts managed, and content examples Paid Creative Test - Build a sample content calendar or channel strategy for KLIK — 100% original work paid, with $25 payment through WISE. Initial Interview - Background, experience, and creative approach discussion Trial Period/1-Month Evaluation - Part-time or direct hire depending on test outcome. SIMPLE REMOTE JOB – $1.50/HOUR – START IMMEDIATELY

Confidential employer

We are looking for someone in the Philippines for a very simple, straightforward remote position. Pay: $1.50 USD per hour Schedule: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Eastern Time (USA) Start Date: Immediately Payday: Every Monday – paid weekly I have been hiring and working with people from the Philippines for the last 10 years. I do NOT care if you have another job or even multiple jobs. As long as you are available during the required hours and complete the work when it comes in, that is perfectly fine. THE JOB We own a Medicare health insurance agency in the United States and have been in business since 2016. The job is extremely basic. Whenever a new lead comes into our system, you will: Receive the lead's information. Go onto our website and order a package to be delivered to that lead. Communicate with the package carrier and provide the instructions for the delivery, including exactly what needs to be communicated to the potential client. Make sure the order is completed correctly and keep track of each delivery. We will show you exactly how the process works. This is a great position for someone who wants additional income and already has another job. I do not care how many other jobs you have as long as our work gets completed correctly and on time. You can START IMMEDIATELY, and because we pay every Monday, you will receive your first paycheck quickly. If you're interested, please send me a message and tell me a little about yourself, your current work situation, and whether you can consistently cover the required hours.

Short-Form Video Editor: Meta Ad Creatives + Content Videos (Per-Video, Long-Term)

Confidential employer

Read the whole post before applying. We read every application and can tell fast who skipped it. Email everything to ---------- ABOUT US MSET is a lead-generation ad agency in Phoenix, Arizona, built specifically for local home-service businesses (glass installation, roofing, junk removal, remodeling, etc.) If you know how to make a local contractor look like the obvious choice in someone's city, you'll like it here. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR A short-form video editor who can cut Meta ad creatives and Hormozi-style content videos, build motion graphics, and match visuals to every beat of a voiceover. Real talent: the kind of editor whose work makes people stop scrolling, who places every cut, caption, and sound with intent, and who understands why an ad converts. Reliable, straight with us about what they can and cannot do, and hungry to grow with an agency that pays for performance. If that is you, your samples will show it. This seat is long-term, not a one-off gig: we are building out our video side and want one editor we grow with, not a rotation of freelancers. Perform, and there is a real path to a creative strategist role with higher pay for editors who think in angles, not just cuts. WHAT YOU'LL EDIT 1. Meta lead-gen ad creatives, 15-30 seconds. Hook, proof, CTA. High-retention style: clean cuts, animated captions, SFX, punch-ins. 2. Content videos, 45 seconds to 2 minutes. Hormozi-style pacing, dense captions, b-roll drops. 3. Hook variants of existing edits (new first 3 seconds, same timeline). We record all footage ourselves. Your job is everything after: the cut, the captions, and the graphics. Animated callouts, pop-ups, arrows, price tags, diagrams. You build those graphic elements yourself, not from stock template packs. And every beat of the voiceover gets a visual that matches it: when the VO says a number, the number pops on screen; when it names a problem, we see the problem; when it makes the offer, the offer appears. You pick or build the right visual for each line from our footage, your graphics, or AI b-roll. Volume: around 3-6 videos per week to start, more if you want more. Typical turnaround 48 hours per video. You choose when you work. No time tracker, no screenshots, no required calls. MUST HAVE (THE CORE FIVE) 1. Experience editing paid ad creatives (Meta or TikTok ads, not only organic clips) 2. Short-form content editing experience (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) 3. Captions AND motion graphics: your own caption styles plus the ability to build overlay graphics (callouts, pop-ups, price tags, diagrams) yourself, not just auto-captions 4. Marketing sense: hooks, offers, retention, why the first 3 seconds d ---------- everything 5. Premiere Pro, CapCut Pro, or DaVinci. We judge output, not software. Creative execution: we hand you the offer and the copy. You know how to bring it to life on screen: how to open the ad, what to show when, where the captions punch, how to make the offer land. Editors who show this grow into a higher-paid seat. Missing one of these? You can still apply, but you must say which one in your email , listed plainly. Honesty about a gap won't disqualify you. Finding out later will. STRONGLY PREFERRED (not dealbreakers, but these put you ahead of everyone who skips them) Higher quality Hormozi-style content editing experience AI video generation experience (Higgsfield, Kling, Seedance) for realistic AI b-roll Past work for home-service or local-business ads WHAT WE PROVIDE Every job comes as one organized Google Drive folder: script, raw footage, shot list, caption style references, and music direction. You cut. We handle strategy and clients. PAY (negotiable for the right editor, show us the work) $12 per finished ad edit (15-30 seconds) $20 per finished content video (45 seconds to 2 minutes) $5 per hook variant on an existing edit $10 bonus every time one of your ads becomes a top performer in our ad account. Uncapped. Raises are written, not verbal: $15 per ad edit and $25 per content video after 3 months of consistent quality. Paid weekly via Wise, on time, every week. 2 revision rounds included per video. Every delivery includes the project file (Premiere/CapCut/DaVinci source), not just the finished MP4. Do the math: an ad edit from provided footage and script takes a good editor about an hour, so this is 12 to 24 USD per hour effective, output-based, with zero tracking. Paid test: shortlisted applicants get one small paid test edit at full rate on real footage. Paid whether or not we hire you. We never ask for free work. WHAT THIS IS NOT Not entry-level, and not an auto-captions-and-export job Not a social media manager or thumbnail role. Editing is the core job. Strategy input is welcome and rewarded, never required. No mandatory daily quota, no time trackers, no unpaid tests. HOW TO APPLY Start your application with the word GREENLIGHT so we know you read this. Then do these five things: 1. Direct links to 2-3 paid ad creatives you personally edited (video links, not a portfolio homepage) 2. One link to your best caption-heavy content edit 3. Email ---------- with the subject line "GREENLIGHT + your name" containing: a Google Drive folder of all your past work (set to "anyone with the link can view") and a short resume of your experience (1 page, editing and marketing work only) 4. Your editing software, your typical turnaround for a 30-second ad, and your internet speed from speedtest.net 5. Pick any ad you think is great and tell us in 2-3 sentences why it works. Be specific about the first 3 seconds. Optional, for editors who also think in angles: say we hand you this script line for a shower glass company: "10% off your shower glass when you book now, and the estimate is free." In 2-3 sentences, describe the first 5 seconds you would cut: what is on screen, what the captions do, what sound hits. Use 8 Apply Points in your application. Applications without GREENLIGHT or without direct video links will not be reviewed. We reply to shortlisted applicants within 3 days.

Operations & Growth Partner

Confidential employer

WHAT IS OUTDOORBENGAL OutdoorBengal exists to help cat parents do more (and better) with their cats. You can find more about the company and Albert´s story at We make adventure cat gear and training tools for the people who think of their cat as family, not furniture. We’re a small, profitable, fast-growing team. We sell mostly online (Amazon and our own website), and we’re scaling quickly: ~70% growth on Amazon and roughly 10x on our website over the last year. Right now, we are a small team of 4 people: Albert (founder, operations, marketing, and most things in between), Neus (product and innovation), Pave (product and innovation, reporting to Neus), and Jemar (graphic design). Customer email s, demand planning, re-routing orders, growth opportunities… they all flow through one inbox, and most days, the urgent crowds out the important. That’s where you come in. WHAT IS THE ROLE You will take operational work off the founder’s plate so the business can grow. Over time, as we earn trust together, you’ll grow into the work that creates growth. We’re looking for one person, long-term, who wants to grow with us. Not a contractor. Not a task-rabbit. A partner in the early-stage, hands-dirty sense of the word. Here’s how the role grows: Phase 1 — Foundation (Months 1–6) In your first six months, your job is to take three things off Albert’s plate, completely, and own them better than he did. 1. Customer service email s. You will be the voice of OutdoorBengal. This is a very important job. Cat parents are passionate, and the way we respond to them is the way we earn their trust for life. You’ll learn our products inside out, develop a tone that sounds like us (warm, direct, knowledgeable), and over time build the playbooks that turn a one-time buyer into someone who tells their friends. 2. Financial and demand planning reports. You’ll own the cadence of our internal reports — sales, inventory, demand forecasts — pulling data from Amazon, Shopify, and our spreadsheets, keeping it clean, and flagging anomalies before they become problems. We make decisions based on these numbers. Accuracy and timeliness are non-negotiable. 3. Order rerouting and exception handling. When orders go sideways — wrong address, lost shipments, fulfillment hiccups — you make them right. Quickly, following the blueprint, with judgment when needed, and without escalating every decision. If you nail Phase 1, you’ll have done something rare: you’ll have given the founder back his time. That’s the first half of the job. Phase 2 — Growth (Month 6 onward, conditional on Phase 1) Once the foundation is solid and trust is established, the role expands into growth work: 1. PR outreach — pitching the brand to publications, podcasts, and blogs in the cat and outdoor spaces. 2. Influencer outreach — finding, contacting, and building relationships with cat influencers and creators who can put our products in front of new audiences. 3. CRM management — owning the email /SMS lifecycle, segmentation, automation, and the relationship with our subscribers. To be clear: Phase 2 is not guaranteed. If you turn out to be excellent at operations but not a fit for outreach work, that’s fine. We’ll figure out together what’s next. But we are intentionally hiring someone with the ceiling to do both, and we’ll pay accordingly when you grow into it. WHO YOU ARE We don’t care about your degree. We care that you are: A clear, warm writer in English. You’ll write hundreds of customer email s. You should be able to be kind, specific, and brief (without sounding like a corporate FAQ or an AI Agent). Numerate and careful. Spreadsheets don't intimidate you. You can run VLOOKUPs, SUMIFS, and pivot tables — and you'll learn whatever else the work requires. You catch your own mistakes before someone else does, and you respect the difference between 5% and 0.5%. Curious and a self-starter with judgment. When you spot something not quite right, you dig deeper to try to find an answer. If you don’t know what to do, you find out. When something feels off, you flag it. You don’t need to be told twice. Hungry. Self-motivated, diligent, always looking for more. You go beyond the job description without being asked. Comfortable with both freedom and structure. (Some weeks are process, some are chaos, and you're at home in both.) Humble in the truest sense. Willing to learn, willing to admit when you got it wrong. You believe humans never peak, and great work can always be better. Long-term oriented. We’re not looking for someone for the next six months. We’re looking for someone for the next five years. Pave has been with us 3 years, Jemar 2. We’re building a team and looking for a great teammate. WHAT'S HELPFUL (Not Required) Prior experience in customer service, e-commerce operations, or VA work for a founder. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and Excel sheets at an intermediate level. Experience with PR or influencer outreach in any category — bonus if it’s pets, outdoors, or DTC consumer goods. ChatGPT/AI literacy. We use it. You should, too. It’s as important to master it as it is not to sound like a robot because of it. WHAT "Good" LOOKS LIKE IN 90 DAYS Customer email response time under 24 hours, with a tone that matches our brand. Weekly financial and demand reports delivered on time, with no errors for Albert to catch. Order exceptions handled end-to-end without Albert in the loop on routine cases. You’ve documented your own SOPs as you go to make the playbook stronger and reduce guesswork. If those four things are true at the 90-day mark, we are in business together. HOW DO WE WORK Remote and async-friendly. You set your own hours within reason. We don’t micromanage your day. Hubstaff for hours and accountability. We use Hubstaff to track working hours and take periodic screen recordings while you’re on the clock. We’re upfront about this because we’d rather you know than feel watched. In practice, we rarely review the recordings. They exist as a baseline of trust and a paper trail, not as a surveillance tool. You log your hours; we pay against them. Direct feedback, both ways. We tell you when something’s off; we want you to tell us the same. The fastest way to lose trust here is to tell us what we want to hear. -Long-term win-win. We want you to grow. We want you to be paid well. We want you to be here in five years. If any of that stops being true on either side, we talk about it openly. Tools you’ll use regularly: Asana, WhatsApp, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Etsy Seller Central, Excel, and Hubstaff. COMPENSATION We pay well for the right person. We will tell you specifically what we’re offering once we know who you are and what you bring, but the range is competitive for the role and the trajectory, and it grows as your scope grows. If money is your only filter, we are probably not the right fit. If trajectory + money + meaning is your filter, let’s talk. HOW TO APPLY Send an email to ---------- with: A short note (3–5 paragraphs, not a cover letter template) telling us who you are, why this role caught your attention, and what you’d want to be doing in three years if this works out. A link to your CV or LinkedIn. Answers to these two questions: 1. Tell us about something you got wrong at work in the last year. What happened, what did you do, and what did you learn? 2. What's something you've taught yourself in the last year (work-related or not), and how did you go about it? We read every application. We only respond to applications that have “Operations Growth Partner - btw, I love your cat” as the email subject. OUR PROCESS We don’t hire from interviews alone. Here’s how we choose: Application review. We read your email and your answers. If we like what we see, we move you to the next round. Paid tasks. Shortlisted candidates are asked to complete three small, paid tasks: two real-world customer service email s and one Excel/Google Sheets tracker. These mirror the actual work of Phase 1. We pay for your time whether or not we move forward together. Interview. A conversation with Albert (and Neus, depending on schedules). We’ll talk about your tasks, your background, and how you think. Decision. The combination of how you handled the tasks and how you showed up in the interview is what determines the hire. Expect the full process to take 2–3 weeks from application to offer. I can’t wait to meet you. — Albert OutdoorBengal

Virtual Assistant — UK/Europe Comedy Touring Business (long-term, Tue–Sat)

Confidential employer

We're hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant to help run the day-to-day operations of a touring comedy business. We provide training for everything we do, and our regular processes are documented in step-by-step guides, so you don't need previous experience with our systems. What matters much more to us is how you think and work. We're looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail who spots errors before they become problems, follows instructions precisely, works quickly and can operate independently once trained. This is a fast-moving role involving lots of email s, dates, cities, ticketing platforms, travel arrangements and spreadsheets. You need to be able to keep track of multiple things at once, prioritise what needs attention and think logically about how everything fits together. What you'll be doing Helping make the tour work. You'll be working across multiple European cities and tour dates at the same time. This means checking dates, locations, travel connections, venue availability and existing bookings to make sure the schedule actually works. You need to be able to spot conflicts and potential problems rather than simply entering the information you're given. Keeping ticket sales moving. Every morning, an automated report shows how every show is selling. You'll work through it, identify shows that need attention, close sold-out shows on our ticketing platforms, make required updates and ensure everything is logged correctly. We use TicketTailor, Eventbrite and Fienta, and we'll train you on all three. Analysing previous tour data. You'll regularly look at information from previous shows and tours, including ticket sales, prices, costs, venues and performance by city, to help us make better decisions about future dates. You don't need to be a data analyst, but you do need to be comfortable comparing information, spotting patterns and identifying inconsistencies. Keeping our tracking spreadsheets accurate. Venue fees, flights, accommodation, ticket prices, show statuses and other information all need to be entered and updated in Google Sheets. These spreadsheets feed into other parts of our operations, so a small error can create a much bigger problem. Accuracy and checking your own work are essential. Handling a high volume of email s. You'll communicate with venues, ticketing platforms, suppliers and other contacts. You'll need to stay on top of multiple conversations, follow up when people haven't replied, notice when information doesn't match our records and make sure nothing important gets missed. Booking travel and dealing with venues. You'll research and book flights and accommodation for tour dates across Europe, confirm venue arrangements in writing and log everything correctly. This requires thinking ahead: a cheap flight isn't useful if it lands too late for the show, and two good venues aren't useful if it's impossible to travel between the cities in time. Fixing Facebook and Instagram ads. Our system identifies problems with ads and creates tasks explaining exactly what needs to be changed. You'll make those changes manually in Meta Ads Manager, following the instructions precisely. No previous ads experience is required, but you must be very good at following detailed instructions without skipping steps. Promoting shows. You'll post in relevant local Facebook groups, create Facebook events, send email campaigns through Mailchimp and make simple graphics in Canva. How we work We need someone who can become independent. We'll train you, answer questions and give you clear processes, but we're not looking for someone who waits for instructions before doing every task. Once you understand how something works, we expect you to take ownership of it, think about what needs to happen next, notice when something doesn't look right and raise problems before they become urgent. Speed is also important. There can be a lot happening at once, so you need to be able to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. You'll send a short plan at the beginning of each workday and a short summary at the end. We also have one 15-minute call each week, with most day-to-day communication happening through Telegram . If something goes wrong, tell us immediately. This includes your own mistakes. We'd much rather hear, "I've spotted a problem and I'm fixing it," straight away than discover it several days later. The most important qualities for this role: Exceptional attention to detail — you naturally notice incorrect dates, prices, links, cities, costs and other inconsistencies. Ability to spot errors — you don't assume information is correct just because someone else entered it. Independent thinking — once trained, you can work out what needs to happen next without constant supervision. Following instructions precisely — if a process has six steps, you complete all six. Speed and organisation — you can handle a large workload efficiently without tasks getting forgotten or overlooked. Strong written communication — you'll be dealing with a high volume of email s and written instructions every day. Logical thinking — you can juggle dates, cities, venues, flights and accommodation and understand whether a tour schedule actually works. Comfort with data — you can compare previous tour results and use that information to identify patterns, errors and useful insights. Honesty and accountability — if you've made a mistake or don't understand something, you say so immediately. Pay and hours: £200 per week, paid weekly via Wise on the same day every week. Tuesday to Saturday, 8 hours per day. Working hours: 11AM–8PM UK time, including a one-hour break. 13th month pay in December after more than six months with us. Philippine regular holidays respected. This is stable, long-term work. We're looking for someone who can become an important part of the team for years, not months. Requirements: Excellent written and spoken English. This is essential because a large part of the role involves reading instructions, writing email s and communicating clearly. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies. Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks, cities and dates simultaneously. Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks after training. Comfortable working quickly and managing a busy workload. Comfortable with Google Sheets and basic data analysis. Reliable internet and computer, with a backup plan for internet or power outages. Willing to learn Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, ClickUp, TicketTailor, Eventbrite, Fienta and our other systems. We provide training on everything you need to use. Previous VA experience is not required. We'd rather hire someone smart, careful, organised and willing to learn than someone with years of experience who doesn't pay attention. How to apply Write a short application — a few sentences is enough. Please tell us: Why you think this particular job suits you. Give us one example of a time you spotted an error or problem that somebody else had missed. What did you do? Give us a simple example of how you would check whether a proposed tour schedule involving several cities and dates actually works. Tell us about your internet and power situation, including your backup plan if either goes down. Please don't send a generic or obviously copy-pasted VA application. We're much more interested in seeing how you think and communicate. To show us you've read the full job description, put the word milkshake in the subject line of your application. Applications without it will not be read. Spend 7 apply points.

Full-Stack Developer for Insurance Request Tracking SaaS (MVP)

Confidential employer

Final payment for development from idea to upload to stores - $600. We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to build the MVP of Referent AI, a simple web-based request tracking and monitoring system for insurance agents in Israel. The Idea Insurance agents regularly submit requests to insurance companies, such as policy changes, new policy issuance, transfers, track updates, withdrawals, cancellations, and other client-related requests. The main problem is that after submitting a request, agents often have no simple way to track everything in one place. They need to manually check email s, call insurance companies, or remember to follow up. Referent AI solves this by acting as a simple tracking layer on top of their existing workflow. The agent will continue submitting requests to insurance companies exactly as they do today. After submitting a request, they simply add it to Referent AI. For example: An agent submits a policy change request to an insurance company ? adds the client and request to Referent AI ? the system starts tracking how many days have passed ? if the request has not been completed within the expected time, Referent AI alerts the agent. The goal is very simple: Help insurance agents know exactly which requests are open, which require attention, and which are taking too long — without manually remembering everything. What Needs to Be Built The MVP should include: User registration and login Each user has their own private account and data Simple form to add a new insurance request Client name Insurance company Request type Submission date Notes Expected completion / alert threshold in days Request status management: Submitted In Progress Action Required Completed Rejected Main dashboard showing all requests Clear indication of which requests are overdue/stuck Counters for open, overdue, action-required, and completed requests Search, filters, and sorting Ability to quickly change request status Activity/history log for each request Automatic monitoring of how long each request has been open In-app notifications when a request exceeds its allowed time Email alerts for overdue requests Notification center Basic user settings Forgot/reset password Trial / Active account status Responsive design for desktop and mobile Complete Hebrew RTL interface Important Scope This is a focused MVP, not a complex insurance platform. There are no integrations with insurance companies at this stage. There is also no need for: Automatic email reading Automatic submission to insurance companies Native iOS/Android app Payment processing Complex AI functionality Multi-user agency/team system Everything is entered manually by the insurance agent. The main focus is creating a fast, clean and extremely simple system that non-technical insurance agents can understand immediately. Technical Requirements We are flexible regarding the exact technology stack. Preferred technologies include: React / Next.js Node.js or Python PostgreSQL / Supabase Vercel / AWS or similar hosting The developer can recommend a different stack if it makes development faster and more reliable. Security is important because the application contains client information. User data must be completely separated, authentication must be secure, passwords must never be stored in plaintext, and the application must use HTTPS. Design The design should be: Modern, minimal, clean and professional. The interface will be completely in Hebrew and RTL. The most important UX principle is that when an insurance agent opens the dashboard, within a few seconds they should understand: What needs my attention today? Adding a new request should take less than 30 seconds, and common actions should require only 1–2 clicks. Project Terms Budget: $600 USD fixed for the complete MVP Development timeframe: Maximum 4 weeks We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for the complete MVP — frontend, backend, database, authentication, alert system, responsive UI, and deployment. At the end of the project, we expect: Fully working deployed application Complete source code Database setup All project files Deployment/configuration documentation Full ownership and access to the project When applying, please send examples of SaaS platforms, dashboards, CRM systems, or similar web applications you have previously developed. Please also confirm that you understand the scope and can complete the MVP within the $600 fixed budget and 4-week timeframe.
