Virtual Assistant – U.S. Recruiting & Hiring

Maine Cleaning Solutions is hiring an experienced Virtual Assistant / Recruiting Specialist based in the Philippines to recruit cleaning employees for our company in Maine, USA.

Previous recruiting experience is REQUIRED. We are specifically looking for someone who already has hands-on experience using Indeed and ZipRecruiter to recruit U.S.-based employees.

You will be recruiting employees who live in or can reliably work in:

• Cumberland County, Maine
• Androscoggin County, Maine

This includes areas such as Portland, Westbrook, South Portland, Falmouth, Cumberland, Lewiston, Auburn, and surrounding communities within those two counties.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage job postings on Indeed and ZipRecruiter
• Recruit cleaners located in Cumberland County and Androscoggin County
• Review resumes and applications
• Screen applicants based on our hiring requirements
• Contact applicants by phone, text, and email
• Conduct initial screening interviews
• Confirm work location, transportation, availability, and experience
• Follow up consistently with applicants
• Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with management
• Maintain an organized applicant tracker
• Improve job postings when applicant quality is low
• Help increase the number of qualified candidates we receive

REQUIRED Experience

Applicants must have:

• Previous recruiting or hiring experience
• Previous experience recruiting U.S.-based employees
• Hands-on experience using Indeed
• Hands-on experience using ZipRecruiter
• Experience screening applicants
• Experience communicating directly with candidates
• Experience scheduling interviews
• Strong spoken and written English
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills

Important

This is a remote position based in the Philippines, but the employees you recruit will be working for Maine Cleaning Solutions in Cumberland County and Androscoggin County, Maine.
