About the Role

The Role

Great marketing only matters when it ships, and you are the person who ships it. As our Marketing Assistant, you are the hands of the marketing team: you build and send every email in HubSpot, publish content approved by our Marketing Manager, and execute campaigns, events, and launches from start to finish. Nothing leaves marketing without passing through you, so precision and speed are the job.

In your first 90 days, you will own HubSpot execution end to end, from building email s and lists to scheduling sends and reporting results, publish every approved piece of content on schedule, and run at least one full campaign launch without a missed deadline or a broken link.

What You’ll Do

You’ll hit the ground running. Here’s what that looks like:

Build, test, and send email campaigns in HubSpot, including templates, lists, segmentation, scheduling, and QA before every send
Publish approved content across LinkedIn, our website, and other channels, on schedule and exactly as signed off by the Marketing Manager
Execute campaigns end to end, turning approved briefs and copy into live email s, landing pages, forms, and social posts
Keep HubSpot clean: contact lists, properties, forms, and basic workflows, so every send reaches the right people
Own the marketing calendar and project tracker, keeping every deadline, approval, and handoff current
Pull campaign and email performance reports from HubSpot and deliver clear weekly results to the Marketing Manager
Coordinate event logistics, vendors, and attendee communications for in person and virtual events
Build and maintain SOPs, templates, and asset libraries so every execution runs faster than the last

What You Bring

Must-Haves

2+ years of experience in marketing execution, marketing coordination, or marketing operations
Hands on HubSpot experience building and sending email campaigns, managing lists, and creating forms or landing pages
Relentless attention to detail: you QA every link, merge field, and audience before anything goes live
Strong written and spoken English for daily collaboration with US based marketing and sales teams
Proven ability to run multiple launches and deadlines at once, with specific examples to back it up

Great to Have

HubSpot Marketing Hub certification
Comfort with Canva and social scheduling tools for quick asset updates and publishing
B2B, healthcare, or insurance marketing experience

You’re a Fit If You…

Thrive in a fast-paced environment and treat ambiguity as an opportunity, not a roadblock.
Hold yourself to a high standard and then raise it.
Own your results. No excuses, no hand-holding, just solutions.
Operate with integrity in everything you do, even when no one is watching.
Show up consistently, follow through on every commitment, and do it well.
Push yourself and the people around you to be better and mean it.
Take feedback as fuel, not criticism. You’re always learning.
Take pride in flawless execution, and get more satisfaction from shipping approved work on time than from debating what to ship.
