HighHER TogetHER - Founding Operations Coordinator

Confidential employer

Part-Time Founding Operations Coordinator Remote | 8–10 hours/week to start | $10–12 USD/hour About HighHER TogetHER HighHER TogetHER is a new leadership development company helping girls in grades 5–12 build the skills they will need to lead—in school, in their communities, and eventually in the workplace. We are launching our first programs in North Carolina this fall and building toward a model that can eventually expand into communities across the country. I am the founder, and I’m looking for a highly organized, resourceful person who can work closely with me as I build the company. This is not a role where I simply need someone to complete a list of administrative tasks. I’m looking for someone who enjoys taking lots of ideas and moving pieces and helping turn them into organized, finished work. I need someone who can think, communicate exceptionally well, take initiative, and increasingly help make sure important things don’t fall through the cracks. What You Might Work On No two days will look exactly alike. Projects may include: Creating Canva graphics and preparing social media posts Drafting email s and other communications from my notes or direction Helping manage enrollment and parent communications through Sawyer Researching grant opportunities and helping organize and prepare applications Organizing curriculum, activities, facilitator materials, and other program resources Coordinating logistics with program locations, including rooms, audiovisual needs, catering, parking, and schedules Helping recruit and coordinate mentors, volunteers, guest speakers, and community partners Coordinating student leadership assessments and related program logistics Researching projects such as accreditation, insurance, vendors, venues, and potential partnerships Maintaining project trackers, deadlines, follow-up lists, files, and operating procedures Helping create systems so that the work we develop can eventually be replicated as HighHER TogetHER grows You’ll also use AI tools such as ChatGPT to help research, organize ideas, prepare first drafts, and work more efficiently. I value people who know how to use AI well while still bringing their own judgment, ideas, voice, and personality to the work. Who I’m Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Exceptionally organized and dependable An excellent written and spoken English communicator Proficient with Canva and Google Workspace Comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI tools A strong online researcher who can turn what you find into useful next steps Detail-oriented and excellent at following through Comfortable learning new software Able to manage several different projects and workstreams at once Resourceful and willing to figure things out before immediately asking for help Someone who enjoys bringing ideas and possible solutions—not just identifying problems Interested in education, leadership, girls’ development, entrepreneurship, or mission-driven work Most importantly, I’m looking for someone who is proactive AND communicative. If you notice something that needs attention, I want you to notice it. If a deadline is approaching, I want you to flag it. If you see an opportunity to make something work better, I want you to suggest it. At the same time, especially while we are learning how to work together, I want someone who keeps me informed and checks in rather than making assumptions about important decisions. Initially, I would much rather hear, “I noticed this, here’s what I think we should do, and here’s what I can take care of,” than discover later that something was handled in a way I didn’t expect. As trust develops, so will independence and responsibility. How We’ll Work Together This will be a close working relationship. For the first several weeks, I anticipate having a brief Zoom check-in on most working days so we can review priorities, answer questions, and establish good systems together. As we develop a rhythm, that will likely taper to three meetings per week and eventually approximately two regular check-ins each week. Because I am based in North Carolina, you must have some working availability that overlaps with U.S. Eastern Time during da ---------- -evening hours. Very early morning and late-night meetings EST will not generally be required. Between meetings, we’ll communicate electronically and use shared systems to keep projects, deadlines, follow-ups, and priorities organized. The Opportunity This position is intentionally part-time to begin, at approximately 8–10 hours per week at $10–12 USD/hour, with an initial paid trial period. I am looking for someone who is genuinely comfortable with that level of commitment now and interested in building a long-term working relationship. This is not intended to be a temporary position for someone who needs full-time employment in the immediate future. At the same time, HighHER TogetHER is an early-stage company with plans to grow. If the company grows as anticipated and this person proves to be an exceptional fit, there may be opportunities for the role, responsibilities, hours, and compensation to grow substantially over time. That growth is not guaranteed, but I would love to find someone who is excited by the possibility of growing with the company. I’m hoping to find more than someone who can complete tasks. I’m looking for a smart, energetic, highly capable person who enjoys figuring things out, helping build something from the ground up, and becoming increasingly valuable to the organization over time. --- Applicant Screening Questions 1. Relevant Experience Tell me about the person, entrepreneur, or small business you have supported most closely. What did you actually handle for them on a day-to-day or week-to-week basis? 2. Proactivity You notice that I have an information session coming up in five days, but nothing has been posted on social media yet. I haven’t asked you to do anything about it. What would you do? 3. Judgment & Communication You are preparing an email to parents and realize you are missing one piece of information. I am unavailable for several hours. What would you do? 4. Organization On Monday, you are given several things that need attention during the week. Some have firm deadlines, some involve waiting for responses from other people, and some are longer-term projects. Walk me through how you would organize and manage the work. 5. AI Experience Tell me specifically how you have used ChatGPT or another AI tool in your work. Please give me at least one example of something it helped you accomplish faster or better. 6. Canva Experience Please share links or samples of 1–3 Canva materials that you personally created. Briefly tell me what each piece was created for and what part of the work you handled yourself. 7. Managing Multiple Workstreams In this role, you may be helping with several different projects at the same time—for example, preparing a Canva post, researching a grant, coordinating an upcoming program session, and tracking enrollment follow-ups. How would you organize your work so that priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups don’t get lost? 8. Part-Time Fit & Professional Goals This position begins at approximately 8–10 hours per week and is intended to be a long-term relationship, with the possibility—but not a guarantee—of significantly more responsibility and hours as HighHER TogetHER grows. What are you looking for in terms of hours and professional growth over the next 1–2 years, and how would this position fit into those plans?

AI Video Ad Creator + CapCut Video Editor | Full-Time, Long-Term We are looking for a full-time AI Video Ad Creator and Video Editor to join our team long-term. This role is focused on creating short-form video advertisements for a skincare brand using a combination of AI video generation and traditional video editing. You will be trained on our specific workflow using Google Flow, Nano Banana, Google Omni/Veo, ChatGPT, and CapCut. You do NOT need to already know our exact AI workflow. You DO need to have strong visual judgment, be comfortable learning new AI tools, follow detailed creative direction well, and have experience editing short-form videos. SALARY Salary: $900 to $1,100+ USD/month depending on experience and performance. Base salary plus performance and creative bonuses. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING For each video ad, you will usually receive: A completed script An example/reference advertisement A character reference image Clothing or visual references Direction for the tone and style of the ad Your job will be to turn those materials into a completed video advertisement. The workflow will include: 1. Studying the reference ad and d ---------- how to recreate its scenes with our character. 2. Creating starting/reference frames using Google Nano Banana. 3. Using our ChatGPT prompting workflow to create prompts for Google Omni/Veo. 4. Generating multiple AI video clips in Google Flow. 5. Reviewing generations and selecting the strongest takes. 6. Regenerating or adjusting scenes when the AI output does not look right. 7. Keeping characters, clothing, lighting, and environments consistent between scenes. 8. Combining the scenes into a complete advertisement. 9. Editing and finishing advertisements in CapCut. 10. Adding captions, music, sound effects, B-roll, pacing changes, and other finishing touches when required. WHAT WE CARE ABOUT The biggest thing we care about is your ability to look at a reference and produce something that feels similar in quality, pacing, framing, and overall style. You should be able to recognize problems such as: A character's face changing between scenes Unrealistic or overly smooth AI skin Awkward body movement Strange facial expressions Unnatural camera movement Poor framing Dialogue that sounds too slow or unnatural Scenes that do not match the reference ad We do not expect every AI generation to work perfectly. We DO expect you to recognize when something is wrong, troubleshoot it, and try another approach rather than simply using a bad generation. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR You may be a strong fit if: You have experience editing videos in CapCut or similar software. You understand short-form social media video pacing. You have good visual taste. You are comfortable experimenting with AI tools. You learn software quickly. You can follow detailed instructions. You are patient enough to regenerate scenes until they are right. You can work independently instead of asking for instructions for every small decision. You are organized with files and project versions. You communicate clearly when something is blocked or unclear. You are interested in AI video generation and want to become very good at it. Experience with Google Flow, Veo, Nano Banana, Midjourney, Kling, Runway, Sora, ChatGPT, or similar AI creative tools is a major plus, but it is not required. TRAINING You will receive training on our process. We have a repeatable workflow for: Breaking reference ads into scenes Creating starting images Maintaining consistent AI characters Prompting AI video Choosing clip lengths Generating realistic dialogue Selecting the best generations Troubleshooting bad outputs Building complete ads Editing the final video You will also receive examples of completed work so you can learn what we consider good and bad output. The goal is for you to eventually be able to receive a script and reference ad and independently turn them into a finished advertisement. WORK ARRANGEMENT Full-time 40 hours per week Remote Long-term position Based in the Philippines Stable ongoing workload This is not a temporary freelance project. We are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our creative production process long-term. HIRING PROCESS Applicants who appear to be a strong fit will be invited to complete a practical test project. For the test, we will provide: A script A reference advertisement A character reference Written instructions A Loom training video showing the process You will use our workflow to create several AI-generated video scenes. We are primarily evaluating: How well you follow instructions Visual judgment Character consistency Realism Ability to match the reference Troubleshooting ability Organization Communication The test is designed to show you the actual type of work you would be doing if hired. HOW TO APPLY Please include all of the following: 1. Tell me about your video editing experience. 2. Send 2 to 4 examples of your best short-form video editing work, if you have any. 3. Tell me which AI image or video tools you have used before. 4. Tell me your current computer specifications and internet speed. 5. Tell me your expected monthly salary in USD for a full-time 40-hour-per-week position. Also include the words “BANANA” somewhere in your subject line so I know you read the entire job description. Please do not send a generic copy-and-paste application. We care much more about your work, judgment, and ability to learn than about formal education or impressive-sounding job titles.

What You'll Be Doing Designing high-converting static ads for Facebook , Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest Creating multiple variations of winning ads for A/B testing (different hooks, angles, and layouts) Designing product images, banners, email graphics, and landing page visuals Working from creative briefs, reference ads, and performance feedback Guarding brand consistency across all creatives Delivering high-quality work fast, with strong attention to detail What We're Looking For 2+ years of graphic design experience, ideally with e-commerce or direct-response ads A strong portfolio that includes static ads (required — applications without a portfolio will not be considered) Expert level in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator; Figma or Canva is a plus You understand what makes an ad convert: strong hooks, clear benefits, social proof, and readable visual hierarchy Good written English and a reliable internet connection Proactive, coachable, and able to handle feedback and deadlines Available for at least [X] hours of overlap with [your timezone] What We Offer A stable, long-term full-time position Competitive monthly salary (based on experience) + performance bonuses 13th month pay Paid Philippine holidays / paid time off Room to grow into a senior or lead creative role as we scale How to Apply Start your application with the word "STATIC" so we know you read the full post. Applications that don't follow these steps will be skipped. We can't wait to see your work! Interview Questions (Internal Use) What is your current experience with designing static ads and other marketing creatives? What were your responsibilities in your previous role? Which design tools are you proficient in (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva)? Walk me through your process: how do you go from a creative brief to a finished static ad? What experience do you have with e-commerce or direct-response advertising, and how do you use performance data in your designs? How could you bring value to our business? Bonus tips Review the candidate's portfolio live during the interview and ask why they made certain design choices. Give your top 2–3 candidates a small paid test task (e.g., 2 static ads for one of your products) before making the final decision — this reveals more than any interview answer.

Luxury Real Estate Website + Graphic Designer”

Confidential employer

I am looking for a talented, reliable designer to help complete and maintain the visual branding for my luxury real estate business in North Dallas, Texas. This is NOT a typical real estate website. The visual direction has already been developed. The brand is sophisticated, architectural, elegant and minimal, using predominantly black, white and restrained gold. I need someone who can take an established creative direction and execute it beautifully and consistently. RESPONSIBILITIES Complete and refine my existing real estate website Create and update website pages as needed Design a high-end luxury listing presentation/packet Create property brochures and pamphlets Design flyers and marketing materials Produce polished branded PDFs and presentation materials Maintain consistent fonts, colors, spacing and visual identity across everything Properly size and prepare images for web and print Make revisions efficiently without needing extensive supervision WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR You must have a strong eye for sophisticated, high-end design. My aesthetic is closer to luxury architecture, fashion and hospitality than traditional real estate marketing. Think: elegant editorial design, beautiful architecture, dramatic photography, generous spacing, black/white/gold and understated luxury. I do NOT want generic real estate templates, cluttered pages, excessive graphics or the typical blue-and-white corporate real estate look. IMPORTANT This position is primarily WEBSITE + GRAPHIC DESIGN. It is NOT a video-editing position. I already have the website structure, much of the copy, brand direction, imagery and concept established. I need someone capable of taking those elements and bringing the project to completion. TO APPLY Please send: 1. 3–5 of your BEST examples of website design. 2. 2–3 examples of brochures, presentations, PDFs or other graphic-design work. 3. Tell me which website platforms you work with. 4. Tell me which design programs you use. 5. Tell me your hourly rate and current availability. 6. Begin your application with the words “BLACK & GOLD” so I know you have actually read this posting. Please do not send a huge generic portfolio. I would rather see five outstanding pieces that demonstrate your design ability and aesthetic. I am looking for someone I can work with long-term as the brand continues to grow. Your job is to turn that into strong short-form ads that can be tested in real Meta ad accounts. What you will do Edit short-form ---------- ads for Facebook and Instagram. Create around 15 short-form videos per week. Build multiple versions quickly using different hooks, pacing, clips, and structures. Add native-feeling captions, on-screen text, simple motion, sound design and light effects. Improve raw creator footage so the final ad feels sharp, clear and engaging. Keep edits aligned to the creative brief and client brand guidelines. Take feedback quickly and make revisions without ego. Repurpose strong footage into new variations and angles. Work closely with our creative strategists, designers and paid social team. What we need from you Must-haves Very proficient in CapCut. This is our preferred editing workflow. Strong understanding of UGC, Reels, and paid social ad editing. Strong sense of rhythm, flow, pacing and retention. Sharp attention to detail, especially captions, cuts, framing, audio levelling and spelling. Strong written English. At least 1 year of experience editing D2C UGC and paid social ads. Reliable and fast internet connection. Able to follow a brief closely while still bringing your own editing judgement. Big plus You have edited direct-response ecommerce ads for Meta. You understand performance creative basics. You know how to make the first 3 seconds stronger. You can identify when a video feels too slow, too scripted or too polished. You can repurpose one piece of footage into several different ad variations. You have experience with beauty, wellness, food, drink, home, lifestyle or supplement brands. You have basic knowledge of motion graphics and AI. This role is probably right for you if You enjoy editing short-form ads that are designed to perform. You understand that a good ad needs more than clean visuals. You care about pacing, hooks, clarity and viewer retention. You can take feedback and improve quickly. You like working in a fast-paced creative team. You want a stable, long-term role where your edits are tested in live ad accounts. This role is probably not right for you if You mainly edit YouTube videos, podcasts or cinematic reels. You only want to make aesthetic lifestyle videos. You do not have examples of UGC, TikTok, Reels, or paid social ad edits. You struggle with captions, spelling or written English. You need very detailed instructions for every small edit. You do not like fast feedback or revisions. You are not interested in e-commerce, Meta ads, or direct response creative. Working setup Full-time remote contractor role. 37.5 hours per week. Long-term position if you perform well. You will have some overlap with UK working hours. You will be part of a small, high-performance creative team. You will receive direct feedback and clear creative standards. You will invoice us monthly as an independent contractor. You are responsible for your own tax and BIR registration in the Philippines. Pay $700 to $800 USD per month depending on experience, speed and quality. How to apply - Applications that do not follow this will be ignored. Please include: Your portfolio with your best UGC, TikTok, Reels or paid social ad edits. A short introduction (Loom video or equivalent) explaining your editing experience. Your internet speed test. Answers to the application questions below. Add the word “TARTAN” at the end of your application so we know you read the full post. Do not send generic reels, cinematic edits, YouTube videos, podcasts or long-form work unless you also include paid social or UGC ad examples. If you do not have UGC / performance ad samples, this is not the right role. Questions to answer in your application 1. How long have you been editing short-form videos, UGC or paid social ads? 2. What editing software do you use? 3. Send 3 examples of short-form ads or UGC videos you edited. For each one, briefly explain what your role was. 4. What makes a UGC ad feel native to TikTok or Reels instead of looking like a polished brand ad? 5. If a video feels slow in the first 5 seconds, what are 3 things you could do to improve it? 6. Are you comfortable creating multiple variations from the same raw footage? 7. Are you comfortable working with UK overlap? If you want a stable, long-term editing role where your work gets tested in real ad accounts and you can level up quickly, we would love to hear from you.

INBOUND APPOINTMENT SETTER — HAIR SALON (WARM FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM LEADS, $1,250–$2,000/MO OTE + 13TH MONTH PAY)

Confidential employer

READ THIS FIRST We're hiring ONE full-time Inbound Appointment Setter to call warm leads from our Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for a color-specialist hair salon in Fontana, California. This is NOT cold calling. Every lead you speak to has already raised their hand by submitting their info through one of our ads. Your job is to reach them fast, build trust quickly, understand what they actually want, and guide them into a booked appointment. This role demands two things at once: sharp conversational judgment AND tight process discipline. The conversations are where you win or lose the booking. The process — cadences, call dispositions, CRM hygiene, follow-up tasks — is what makes the whole system work and what lets us measure anything. You need both. People who are great at one and sloppy at the other don't last here. On the conversation side, what we're really hiring for is the ability to think on your feet. Someone replies three days later with just "sorry, been busy." Someone says they want highlights but describes something else entirely. Someone says "that's a bit far for me" but what they really mean is they don't see why it's worth the drive. If you can read what people actually mean and move the conversation forward without being told what to say next, you'll do well here. If you need to be spoon-fed a script for every situation, this won't work. IF YOUR BACKGROUND IS PRIMARILY CUSTOMER SERVICE OR VIRTUAL ASSISTANT AND NOT SALES, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. OTE: $1,250–$2,000/month (base $900–$1,000 + uncapped performance bonuses). 13th month pay included — paid every December, on top of your base. Not baked in. Not restructured. A full extra month of base pay, added on top. --- ABOUT THE COMPANY You'll be employed by Midnight Siren, a growth and client acquisition company that operates and supports beauty service businesses. Your day-to-day work focuses on a family-owned, color-specialist hair salon in Fontana, California that has served the Inland Empire for over 21 years. The salon has 4.9 stars on Google with 200+ reviews and a stylist team with 75+ combined years of experience. The business is real, established, and respected in its market. You'll work directly under Ethan, the founder of Midnight Siren — no middle managers, no agency layers between you and the person making decisions. The Midnight Siren team is small and tightly focused. The stylists at salon handle the in-salon experience; you and Ethan handle everything that gets a client booked. A note on team structure: you will be the only appointment setter on the team. Your day-to-day working relationship is directly with Ethan. There are no peer-level coworkers, no team chat with other appointment setters, no group energy to feed off. If you thrive with autonomy, clear systems, and a direct manager relationship, this works well. If you need a team environment or peer social dynamic to stay motivated, this will feel isolating over time. We're in an active scaling phase. Core processes exist and are being refined. They don't change daily, but they evolve as we learn. If you like improving systems alongside a team, you'll fit. If you want a fully crystallized corporate environment where nothing ever shifts, you won't. --- WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING This is a front-line revenue role, not customer support. Daily: Call new Facebook /Instagram ad leads within minutes of opt-in (speed matters — you'll have task notifications throughout the day) Run our call script for the structured parts of the call, and use our frameworks + your own judgment for discovery and objection handling. The script covers the greeting, the offer, pricing, and the booking ask. Discovery can't be fully scripted — clients say what they say, and you'll need to adapt in real time. Respond to inbound SMS, Facebook ---------- , and Instagram DMs that get escalated to a human when our AI can't handle them Collect cards on file via secure link (never over the phone), book appointments, reschedule, and cancel Call no-shows to get them back on the calendar Coordinate with stylists about client requests and scheduling needs Create follow-up tasks in HighLevel (our CRM) Submit a brief end-of-day report with your numbers Weekly: One coaching/review call with Ethan (~30–45 min) Async coaching via Loom video reviews on your live call recordings between meetings Review your KPIs, own your numbers, and bring data-backed ideas to improve them During training (first 2–4 weeks): We'll meet daily for live coaching to get you fully ramped before transitioning to the weekly + async cadence. --- A WORD ON THE CALL SCRIPT (READ CAREFULLY) We use a script. We also need you to think. Where the script is fixed: the greeting, how we introduce the salon, how we present the offer, how we state pricing, the booking ask, and our core objection responses. These are tested and they work. You run them as written. Your tone, warmth, and pacing are what make them sound human — not changing the words. Where the script can't help you: everything a real client throws at you. A vague text with no context. A client describing a service using the wrong name. Someone who's hesitant but won't say why. Someone who asks about price before you've figured out what they actually want. There is no script for these. There's a framework, and there's your judgment. This is the part people underestimate. A big chunk of this job is not reciting — it's listening to what someone actually means and figuring out the next move in seconds, while they're on the phone with you. Scripts do change here, but only based on data. If you bring an idea for a better line, we'll A/B test it. If it wins, it becomes the script. What we don't do is let setters freelance changes on the fly, because then we can't measure what works. If you want to be told exactly what to say in every situation, this role will frustrate you. If you like having strong structure AND room to think, you'll do well. --- SCHEDULE (PACIFIC TIME — GRAVEYARD SHIFT IN PHILIPPINES) All schedule references in this post are in US Pacific Time. Because PH is 15-16 hours ahead of California, each shift starts late at night your time and ends the following morning. US workdays: Monday through Friday US days off: Saturday and Sunday Hours per day: 8 hours of work + 1 hour of break (30 min lunch + 2× 15 min breaks, or 30 min lunch + 1× 30 min break — your call) Pacific Time (US): 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM PST Philippine Time during US Standard Time (roughly November through mid-March): Shift runs 11:45 PM – 8:45 AM PHT A US Monday shift = late Monday night through Tuesday morning your time A US Friday shift = late Friday night through Saturday morning your time Your days off in PH local time: Sunday and Monday (until your shift starts late Monday night) Philippine Time during US Daylight Savings Time (roughly mid-March through early November): Shift runs 10:45 PM – 7:45 AM PHT Same day-shift logic as above — shift starts the previous calendar evening in PH This schedule is FIXED. It's based on data showing when our booking demand peaks. If you need flexible hours, rotating shifts, or plan to hold another job during these times, this role is not a fit. Please re-read this section carefully and make sure BOTH the standard-time and daylight-savings schedules work for you long-term before applying. The 1-hour shift twice a year is non-negotiable — it follows US business hours. Please make sure BOTH schedules work for you long-term before applying. --- COMPENSATION Base pay: $900–$1,000/month (depending on experience), paid via Wise on the 1st and 15th of every month. 13TH MONTH PAY included — paid every December on top of your regular base, not restructured into it. Prorated in your first year if you start mid-year. Total annualized base compensation including 13th month: $11,700–$13,000. Performance bonuses (uncapped, paid monthly): $3 per new client showed appointment $2 per existing client showed appointment $1 per rebooking confirmation (low-effort confirmation calls for clients who already booked through the salon) Tiered cumulative threshold bonuses (paid monthly): +$75 at 90 showed appointments/month +$150 at 120 showed appointments/month +$350 at 150 showed appointments/month Worked examples: Baseline performer — 90 showed appointments/month: Base: $950 (midpoint) Performance: ~$225 (avg $2.50/show × 90) Threshold bonus: $75 Total: ~$1,250/month Solid performer — 120 showed appointments/month: Base: $950 Performance: ~$300 (avg $2.50/show × 120) Threshold bonus: $225 ($75 + $150) Total: ~$1,475/month Top performer — 150 showed appointments/month (90% show rate on ~167 booked): Base: $1,000 Performance: $450 ($3×90 new + $2×20 existing + $1×40 rebooking) Threshold bonuses: $575 ($75 + $150 + $350) Total: ~$2,025/month This is a PERFORMANCE-PAY ROLE. 30–50% of your monthly income should be earned through bonuses. The base is intentionally modest. If you want a high guaranteed salary with low expectations, this is not the role. --- OTHER BENEFITS 1. Annual performance-based raise after your first year 2. 14 days of PTO per year, single bucket, available after 90-day probation (use for vacation, holidays, sickness — your call). For planned multi-day time off, give us at least 1 week's notice so we can plan coverage. Emergencies are understood — just communicate as soon as you can. 3. 90-day initial probation period. Pay is NOT REDUCED during probation. To confirm you have read this post in full, include the word BURGUNDY in your answer to the final question on the application form --- TARGET KPIs Lead to Booking Rate: 25%+ Show Rate: 90%+ Bookings per day: 4–9 Showed appointments per month: 100–160 Daily volume: Finish all assigned tasks each day.
