GHL Specialist for US-Based Digital Marketing Agency

GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist — Full-Time

IZY Digital / ProsBuddy is a fast-growing digital marketing agency focused on home service businesses. We leverage AI and automation to optimize operations and deliver outstanding results. We’re looking for a proactive GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to join our team full-time and manage CRM, automation, integrations, and AI systems.

Responsibilities:

• GHL Setup & Management: Set up and manage sub-accounts, pipelines, calendars, forms, custom fields, snapshots, and other GHL configurations.

• Workflows & Automation: Build, test, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows for lead follow-up, appointments, notifications, pipeline management, and reactivation.

• AI Automation: Set up and manage Text AI and Voice AI agents for lead qualification, appointment booking, follow-ups, and call handling.

• Integrations: Connect GHL with third-party platforms using APIs, webhooks, Make, Zapier, n8n, and other integration tools.

• Retell & Claude: Build and maintain AI automations using Retell AI and Claude, including voice agents, prompts, conversation logic, and CRM integrations.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and fix workflow, integration, lead routing, and automation issues across client accounts.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience.

• Strong experience with GHL workflows, sub-account setup, pipelines, calendars, and integrations.

• Experience with Text AI and Voice AI.

• Hands-on experience with Retell AI and Claude.

• Experience with APIs, webhooks, Make, Zapier, or n8n.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

• Dynamic, proactive, self-starter, and team player.
