Hey there 👋

We're The Pod Maker, a boutique podcast production agency. We help CEOs and founders launch and grow podcasts that build real authority in their industry.

Now we're looking for someone to help us grow our own client base. You'll be the first point of contact between The Pod Maker and potential clients.

What you'll do

Research and build lists of founders and CEOs who fit our ideal client profile
Send personalized outreach on LinkedIn and email
Follow up consistently and keep conversations moving
Book discovery calls for our founders
Track everything in our CRM (ClickUp)

Who you are

Excellent written English (this is non negotiable)
Experience in outreach, cold messaging or SDR roles (B2B is a plus)
Organized, consistent and comfortable with targets
You write like a human, not a template

The details

Full time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Argentina time (GMT-3)
$700 USD/month
Long term role with a small, friendly team
