CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST — Shopify / eCommerce Part-Time (15-20h/week) | Remote | Long-term "We don't just solve problems — we make customers feel heard, helped, and happy." ABOUT US We run a growing group of Shopify stores across Europe — currently five — and we work alongside partner stores in other European markets. Our team is small, fully remote, and runs on clear written processes. We are looking for one Customer Support Specialist to own the inbox across all our stores. This is a long-term position. As we open more stores, this role grows with us in hours, in responsibility, and in pay. THE ONE THING THAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT — READ THIS Our customers do NOT write in English. They write in Finnish, Dutch, German, Spanish and Danish. You are not expected to speak any of those languages. Nobody on our team does either. You will use DeepL to translate every incoming email into English/your language, d ---------- what to do using our written SOPs, write your reply in English, and translate it back. We will train you on this workflow it is simple and it works. What this means for you: You need JUDGEMENT, not languages. Knowing when to refund, when to resend, when to escalate — that is the job. You need to be careful. A translated reply that is technically correct but tonally cold still loses a customer. If you are uncomfortable working with text you cannot read directly, this role is not for you. Please do not apply. TOOLS YOU WILL USE Zoho Mail — where all customer email s arrive Shopify Admin — orders, refunds, tracking DeepL — translation, every single ticket Google Sheets — daily reporting and tracking WhatsApp — team communication REQUIREMENTS MUST — Fluent written English (C1 or above). Your writing IS the product. MUST — Minimum 2 years in customer support. eCommerce strongly preferred. MUST — Comfortable using translation tools daily and working in languages you do not speak. MUST — Able to answer every ticket within 24 hours, including a check on weekends. MUST — Available for one weekly team call. MUST — Reliable internet and a quiet place to work. PREFERRED — Experience with Shopify. PREFERRED — Experience with dropshipping fulfilment (long shipping times, tracking issues, "where is my order"). PREFERRED — Experience with a helpdesk (Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk or similar). PREFERRED — Experience supporting European customers. WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY DAY Translate, read and answer every incoming customer email across all stores, within the 24-hour SLA. Resolve the usual cases using our SOPs: refunds, tracking, delays, wrong item, cancellations, returns. Escalate what you should not d ---------- alone — with the order number, the customer's message translated, and your recommendation. Never escalate empty-handed. Send a short end-of-day report: how many email s, what the top issues were, what is still open and why. Flag patterns. If eight people ask the same thing this week, that is a broken product page or a broken process and we want to know. Keep the tracking sheet up to date. WHAT WE OFFER USD 2.50/hour, 15-20 hours per week. Performance bonus on top — paid monthly, based on response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. We will show you the exact numbers before you start, so you always know what you are being measured on. Paid two-week trial before we both commit. Written SOPs and video training for every process. You will not be guessing. Direct access to the owner during your first weeks. Real growth: we are opening more stores. Hours and pay grow with the workload. Fully remote, flexible within the 24-hour SLA. IMPORTANT — READ BEFORE APPLYING To confirm you actually read this post, start your application with the word "CLARITY" followed by your introduction. Applications without this word will not be read. HOW TO APPLY Start with the secret word, then a short introduction, then answer these: 1. Describe your most relevant customer support experience. Be specific about the product, the market and the volume. 2. Which helpdesk or email tools have you used, and for how long? 3. A customer writes in Spanish, angry, demanding a full refund on an order that shipped 19 days ago and is still in transit. Our policy allows refunds only after 30 days. Write your actual reply to that customer, in English. (We want to see how you write, not a summary of what you would do.) 4. Have you ever used DeepL or Google Translate as part of your daily job? Tell us how. 5. What is your timezone and what hours per day can you commit to? We read every application that includes the secret word. Thank you.

US direct-to-consumer health brand. Monthly subscription model. Shopify plus Loop. American customers. Growing fast. We need one support person to own the entire customer inbox. Not a team, not a pool of freelancers. One person, paid well, staying for years. Brand name comes on the call. NDA available if you want one. What you own The inbox. All of it. Email s, subscription changes, refunds, guarantee claims, chargeback documentation, and the weekly summary of what customers keep complaining about. Nobody will check your queue for you. That is the point of hiring someone good. How we will measure you We are telling you this upfront so there are no surprises in month three: First response under 12 hours, every ticket, no exceptions Queue at zero before you log off CSAT above 4.7 Subscription save rate on cancellation requests, we will set the target together after your first month Weekly issue report, every Friday, unprompted Hit those and you get raises, bonuses, and more responsibility. Miss them consistently and we part ways quickly and politely. We are direct about this because most support hires fail on expectations that were never stated. Hard requirements Native-level written English. Not conversational, not "very good". Our customers are American consumers and the gap is obvious to them. This is the first thing we test. Ecommerce support experience, with brands you can name Shopify: orders, refunds, fulfillment, customer records Overlap with US business hours Reliable connection, quiet space, no second full-time job Strong advantages Subscription tools: Loop, Recharge, Skio, Bold Helpdesk: Gorgias, Zendesk, Help Scout, Richpanel, Freshdesk German (we run brands in Europe and pay a premium for it) Supplement or wellness niche What you get $1,000 to $1,400 per month based on experience. Above market, deliberately. And a job that is still yours in two years if you want it. Applying ----------

Read this part first Most support jobs are ticket jobs. You clear the queue, you hit a response time target, nobody notices you unless something goes wrong. This is not that. We sell consumer health products in the US on a monthly subscription. That means every single customer conversation is worth real money over time. A customer you calm down and keep stays with us for months. A customer you lose with a lazy reply costs us their entire lifetime value. Support is not a cost center in this business, it is where retention is won or lost. So we are hiring one person and paying them properly, instead of three people cheaply. We keep our brand name out of the public posting for competitive reasons. You get the full picture (brand, product, revenue, how we operate) on the intro call, and we will sign an NDA if you want one. A normal day You open the inbox. Overnight there are 40 to 70 messages from American customers. Some are simple: where is my order, can I change my address. Some are not: a failed payment on a subscription, someone who wants to cancel because they "did not see results yet", someone whose package says delivered but is not there, someone asking whether the product is safe alongside another supplement. You work through all of it. You handle the subscription changes yourself in Loop. You issue the refund in Shopify when it is the right call, and you find a better solution when it is not. You notice that eleven people this week asked the same confusing question, and you tell us, because that is a landing page problem, not a support problem. By the end of your day the queue is empty and nothing has been left for tomorrow. The tools you will live in Shopify, Loop Subscriptions, and a helpdesk (Gorgias or similar). If you have used Recharge, Skio or Bold instead of Loop, that transfers fine. If you have never touched a subscription tool, this role will be a hard climb. This job is for you if Your written English is genuinely native-level. Our customers are American and they will notice the difference. We test this before anything else. You have supported ecommerce brands before and can name them You can be trusted with a refund decision without asking permission every time You would rather own one brand deeply than juggle five clients You want a job you are still doing in two years, with more responsibility and more money each year This job is not for you if You are looking for something part time on the side You need to be reminded and followed up on Your plan is to use canned replies for everything You cannot overlap with US business hours at all Nice to have, not required German (we run other brands in Europe and we pay extra for it) Health, supplement or wellness niche experience Experience writing SOPs or macro libraries from scratch The money $1,000 to $1,400 per month, depending on what you bring. That is above the usual range for this role and we know it. We would rather overpay one excellent person than manage three average ones. How to apply ---------- How to apply ----------

Google & Meta Ads + Website + Email Australian Trades & Home Services Only Australian home services business. Growing fast, small team, opening in a second city. You'd work directly with the owner. You'd run the ads, make the website changes that go with them, and get our email marketing off the ground. Read this before applying We only want people who have run ads for Australian service businesses. Trades, home services, or something close to it — plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pest, locksmiths, roofing, cleaning, that world. Not e-commerce. Not US or UK accounts. Not "I've done ads for lots of industries." We've been burned by people who understand ad platforms but don't understand this market. If you can't name Australian service businesses you've run spend for, this isn't the job. Why the Australian part matters You should already know: How Australians search when something's broken and they need someone today Suburb-level targeting in Australian cities, and why radius targeting wastes money here Google Business Profile and the map pack in Australia — where the real volume sits for emergency work Seasonal patterns in Australian trades — storms, heat, holiday shutdowns What a lead is actually worth in AUD in this industry The work Google Ads. Take over our existing search campaigns and improve them, or start fresh if that's the better call. Keywords, negatives, ad copy testing, bid strategy. We want cost per booked job going down, not clicks going up. Meta Ads. Nothing running right now. Build it from scratch — Business Manager, pixel, audiences, campaigns targeting homeowners in specific suburbs. Website. Ongoing updates — landing pages for campaigns, new service and suburb pages as we expand, offer and pricing updates, fixing anything hurting conversions. Basic on-page SEO: titles, meta, internal linking. We're handling a rebuild ourselves, but we're open to being convinced. If you think you can design and build something better, show us. Send examples. Email marketing. We have a database of past customers sitting in our job management software doing nothing. We want it working. Get the customer data into a proper email platform and keep it synced Regular campaigns to past customers — seasonal offers, maintenance reminders, service promos Automated follow-ups after a job: review requests, reminders, win-back campaigns for customers we haven't seen in a while Grow the list with something worth downloading, not just a newsletter signup Track what actually turns into booked jobs, not open rates Creative direction. We have a video editor and raw job footage from the field. You tell them what you need. Reporting. Monthly, plain English. What worked, what didn't, what changes next month. To apply Skip any of these and we won't reply. Put DRAIN in your subject line. Name two Australian service businesses you've run ads for. Industry, monthly spend, and what cost per lead was when you started vs finished. If you can't name them, describe them properly — suburb, trade, spend. Answer this: A plumbing business in Australia is spending good money on Google Ads. Leads come in, but the owner doesn't know which ones turn into paid jobs. What's the first thing you set up, and why? Tell us one thing you'd check first if you took over an Australian trades account you'd never seen before. What website platforms you're comfortable working in, and one site you've made changes to. If you build sites, send examples. What email platform you'd use for a business like ours and why. Tell us about one email campaign you've run and what it actually produced. Your rate and your available hours in AEST. No agencies. Individuals only. One condition: the ad accounts, website and email platform stay in our name. You work inside our accounts, not your own

I need to create and add to our website a section of questions that will walk a patient through whether or not they need to prepare for allergy testing. For example, if a patient has concerns about nasal/sinus symptoms and has certain insurance, they can expect to have allergy testing done and should be off antihistamines for 5 days before their appointment. The freelancer should build this so my staff can update the rules later on our own.

Hey there! I'm looking for ONE HIGHLY TEACHABLE (Willing to Learn) Agentic Operations Engineer with excellent written English to run and scale our Paperclip agent fleet. We run a workforce of AI agents in Paperclip. They have roles, reporting lines, goals, budgets, and assigned tasks, exactly like the human side of the company. They read our systems, classify what comes in, route work to the right person, and make low-risk decisions on their own inside hard guardrails. You will hire agents into that fleet, give them goals, set and defend their budgets, watch what they cost per task, pause the ones that drift, and close out budget i ---------- when a scope hard-stops. This is agentic operations, not prompt engineering. The prompts are the easy part. The job is owning a fleet that acts without supervision and making sure it never quietly does damage. One fixed part-time shift. It can grow into a full-time role where you own the entire agent fleet if you prove to be a great fit. Watch this video to learn more about how our agency works and to also see my personality and style: ---------- /share/b301319feb524d55acb8eacb631cb7c1?sid=b843a7e2-95d ---------- a0-51b42598f74f ABOUT YOU: Great communicator in writing Won't be easily offended Extremely reliable Positive, no-excuse attitude! Will stop and ask when something is unclear instead of guessing Deeply suspicious of confident output that nobody checked KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: Real production debugging, meaning you have diagnosed and fixed things that were broken in live systems using logs, traces, and configuration checks, not only local development issues Hands-on with agentic systems, meaning you have run something that took actions on its own rather than only answering questions, and you have dealt with what happens when it takes the wrong one Working directly with LLM APIs and MCP tool surfaces in production, including tool call failures, retries, and bad output handling Designing guardrails: allow lists, hard stops, spend caps, kill switches, and audit trails, so an autonomous system cannot act outside its scope Cost control over agent runs, tracking spend per task against a budget and knowing why a number moved Python, ideally FastAPI or a similar API framework n8n, building, maintaining, and troubleshooting workflows, schedules, and integrations Proficient in Linux Bash commands Docker, building and troubleshooting container images, tags, runtime configuration, and application startup failures Database troubleshooting and writing SQL against a warehouse to verify what a system actually did, rather than trusting what it reported Kubernetes basics, diagnosing pod failures, deployments, and configuration problems Comfortable with Codex, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted tools, while independently reviewing, validating, and correcting what they produce GoHighLevel APIs, OAuth credentials, and integration troubleshooting is a strong plus Familiarity with Ubuntu, ProxMox, and Git-based deployment workflows ABOUT ME (Alex): I'm a CEO with over 20 years of experience in digital marketing I move very fast & expect the people I work with to be the same way I'm very loyal to my employees & treat them with respect I ALWAYS give bonuses for doing a good job (if I make money, you should be rewarded for that) I run the company remotely and am located in Indonesia ABOUT THE POSITION: You own the agent fleet end to end. Day to day that means hiring agents into Paperclip and defining their roles and reporting lines, writing the goals they work toward, assigning and tracking their tasks, setting budgets and watching observed spend against them, resolving budget i ---------- when a scope hard-stops, and pausing an agent or a whole company when something goes wrong. Around that you build the plumbing: scheduled agents in n8n that read our internal systems and act on what they find, wired to model APIs, with the audit trail that proves what each one did and why. The part of this job I care about most is judgment, and in agentic work it matters more than anywhere else in the company. An agent that is confidently wrong is worse than an agent that does nothing, because it moves fast, it looks correct, and it keeps going. I need someone whose instinct is to go and check what the system actually did rather than trust what the output says it did. When a task is unclear, when there is a risk nobody has named, or when you are missing context you need, I want you to stop, lay out the options and their tradeoffs, and ask for direction. I do not want a confident guess that quietly breaks something a week later. Engineers who ask the right question at the right ---------- nt are worth far more to me than engineers who never ask anything. Schedule, one seat, four hours per shift, five days a week: Morning seat, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Manila time Evening seat, 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM Manila time Tell me which one you want. ABOUT THE COMPENSATION: We offer DAILY PAYMENTS on a task-by-task basis through WISE, ensuring timely and efficient compensation for your work. We pay bonuses for great work. We reward results. This job is about providing value. 13th-month bonus for candidates who qualify for a full-time position, which includes ongoing monitoring and improvement of our systems. HOW TO APPLY: Send an email with the subject line: Awesome DevOps Engineer Include your resume Tell me which shift you want, morning or evening Tell me about an agentic or automated system you built that ran without you watching it, and what it did wrong before you caught it. I want the specific way you found out it was wrong, not the fix. Then tell me: if you were running a fleet of agents with real budgets and real access, what is the first thing you would refuse to let them do on their own, and why? Congratulations! You made it to the end, so what are you waiting for? Please email me at: ----------

Social Media Content VA — Pinterest, Instagram & Facebook We're a long-running sympathy gift brand (24+ years, national press coverage) looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Social Media VA to manage our Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook presence. This is a content-repurposing role more than a content-creation-from-scratch role — we have three years of written material already sitting in our email platform, and we need someone who can mine it for ideas and turn it into a consistent daily posting rhythm across three platforms. Responsibilities Pinterest 1. Schedule 5 fresh pins per day, spaced throughout the day (not batch-posted) 2. Write Pinterest-optimized titles and descriptions using basic Pinterest SEO 3. Organize pins into the right boards and keep boards consistent and well-maintained Research relevant keywords and seasonal Pinterest trends for our niche Instagram & Facebook 1. Post once daily to each platform, adapted appropriately for the platform (not just copy-pasted between the two) 2. Write captions in our brand voice (see note below) Content research & strategy 1. Review three years of our past email content (provided via our Klaviyo account) and identify material worth repurposing into pins and posts 2. Propose and maintain a content calendar so posting stays consistent and organized, not reactive 3. Track which pins/posts perform best and provide simple, regular reporting (a spreadsheet is fine) A note on brand voice We write about grief and loss with honesty, not toxic positivity — our approach acknowledges what people are going through rather than trying to "fix" it with generic uplifting language. Comfort with, and sensitivity to, this kind of content matters more here than in a typical social media role. We'll share brand voice examples during onboarding, but if breezy, hype-driven marketing copy is your default style, this may not be the right fit. Requirements: --Experience managing Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook accounts for a brand or business --Understanding of Pinterest SEO and keyword research --Comfortable researching and repurposing existing written content, not just creating from a blank page --Excellent written English --Strong attention to detail and consistency --Ability to work independently and stick to a posting schedule without close supervision --Experience with a scheduling tool (Tailwind, Later, Meta Business Suite, or similar) is a plus Trial Period: The first 3–4 weeks are a paid trial with an approval step: instead of posting live, you'll log each draft — pin, caption, or description — in a shared Google Sheet ("Content Review Tracker") for review before it publishes. This lets us catch anything off-brand-voice early, before it's public. We'll track hours with TimeProof and give direct feedback quickly rather than letting small issues become patterns. Once we're both comfortable with how things are going, we'll shift you to posting directly on the agreed schedule, with lighter, spot-check review going forward. Our goal is to have a long term, reliable VA who understands our business and treats it like their own. To Apply Visit our website and social accounts: Website: ---------- Pinterest: ---------- Instagram: ---------- Facebook : ---------- -Tell us specifically how you would improve our Pinterest presence — be concrete, not generic. -Share Pinterest and/or Instagram accounts you have personally managed, improved, or grown. Links required. -Tell us what Pinterest strategy you'd use to grow our account specifically, given what you saw on our site and boards. -Your favorite scheduling tool. Applications that don't reference our actual site or accounts (#2 and #5) will not be considered — generic answers tell us nothing about how you'd actually approach this account. Please begin your application with the words: "I reviewed the website" so we know you read the full job post. Applications that don't start with this phrase will not be considered.
