Operations VA for a Real Estate Photography + Video Business (Long Term, Part Time)

Vista Media Homes is a real estate photography and video business in Southern California ( ---------- ). I'm hiring a long-term VA to handle photo QC, gallery uploads and social media.

This is not a customer service role. You will not reply to clients, send DMs or take calls.

SCHEDULE
7pm to 9pm Pacific Time (US), 5 days a week. 10 hours per week to start. Must be able to work some weekends when needed. Hours are planned to increase to 4 hours a day in spring 2027 during our busy season.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Photo QC + Uploads

• Check every photo before delivery. No blurry, crooked or low quality photos get through
• Fix any photo issues in Fotello
• Make sure every add-on is included (drone, floor plan, video, 3D tour)
• Upload final galleries to Spiro

Social Media

• Post daily on Google Business Profile, Instagram and TikTok, and schedule posts ahead so something goes out on your days off
• Write SEO captions for every post. Each caption includes the city of the home plus 2 or 3 nearby cities, sounds like a real person, with no emojis and no links on Google
• Rename photos with SEO file names before uploading to Google, using my format
• Only use the best photos from the best listings: attractive exteriors, backyards, pools, views, living rooms and kitchens. No laundry rooms, appliances, tight angles or homes that don't look good. If a listing doesn't have strong photos, use a different listing
• Comment on 15 real estate agent posts per day. Real comments about the listing, never "great listing"
• Reply to every comment on my posts
• Send me every post for approval before it goes live

Daily Reports

• Start of day message at exactly 7pm
• End of day report at 9pm with exactly what you completed and how many comments you made
• Weekly hours invoice every Friday with the dates and times you worked

WORK RULES

• Start at 7pm and end at 9pm. Not late, not early
• All daily tasks must be complete before you clock out
• Only do the tasks listed in this post. If you think something else needs doing, ask me first
• Only bill for time you actually worked
• Never delete comments on my posts
• Never send DMs to anyone
• Never post anything without my approval
• If you can't make a shift, tell me before 7pm

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with Spiro, Fotello and Lightroom
• Experience managing Instagram, TikTok and Google Business Profile for a business, including writing SEO captions
• Natural, simple written English
• A strong eye for what makes a real estate photo look good or bad
• Follows instructions exactly and asks when unsure

PAY
$5 per hour USD to start, increasing to $6 per hour after 90 days. Paid weekly via Wise.
