We're looking for a competitive, experienced video editor to join our growing content team for the long term.

We want someone who is creatively and technically skilled, with a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to turn raw footage into polished, engaging, professional content.

Real estate video editing experience is highly valued. We're looking for someone who understands how to make property videos, real estate educational content, agent branding videos, and business content look professional and engaging.

We're not looking for someone who only knows how to cut clips together or add basic captions. We want an editor who understands storytelling, pacing, visuals, graphics, and how to keep viewers engaged without over-editing.

ABOUT US

We're a U.S.-based content and social media agency working with real estate professionals, business owners, and personal brands.

Our founder has over seven years of content creation experience and an audience of more than one million followers across social media.

We have a growing agency, multiple clients, and an established editing team. There is consistent work available for someone who wants to grow with the company long-term.

For the right candidate, there is also potential to take on more responsibility and eventually grow into a lead editor role.

HOW THE ROLE STARTS

This position is intended to become full-time.

The first month will begin as a paid, part-time training and trial period. You'll work with our existing editing team, learn our style and workflow, receive feedback, make revisions, and edit real client projects.

If it's a strong fit, the goal is to transition you into a full-time position.

COMPENSATION

$1,000–$2,000 USD/month for the full-time role, depending on your experience, editing ability, creativity, communication, and performance.

There is room to grow as you take ownership of projects and demonstrate leadership potential.

Real estate property videos and showcases
Real estate agent branding content
Real estate educational and market-related videos
Long-form YouTube videos
Business and educational content
Talking-head and podcast-style videos
Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
Other branded social media content

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We want an editor who can make professional content visually interesting while maintaining high production standards.

Key skills include:

Strong storytelling, pacing, and retention-focused editing
Professional real estate video editing experience
Relevant B-roll, stock footage, and supporting visuals
Clean graphics, typography, and text overlays
Motion graphics and visual effects where appropriate
Music selection and sound design
Color correction and grading
Creative hooks, transitions, and visual storytelling
Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
We value editors who understand when to use creative effects and when to keep things simple. The goal is polished, professional content that engages viewers without feeling cheap or over-edited.

SOFTWARE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS

Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro is preferred.
Experience with the following is a plus:

Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Photoshop
Frame io
AI-powered image and video tools
Stock footage and image libraries

You don't need to use every tool listed. What matters most is the quality of your work and your ability to learn our workflow.

Have several years of professional video editing experience
Have a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills
Be comfortable editing both long-form and short-form content
Have experience with real estate content or a strong understanding of the niche
Follow instructions while contributing your own creative ideas
Communicate clearly and professionally
Be reliable, organized, and consistent with deadlines
Work well with a team and accept constructive feedback
Be comfortable making revisions
Manage priorities and handle multiple projects when needed
Want a long-term role and continuous professional growth
Have the potential to take ownership and eventually lead projects
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the details, and consistently delivers quality.
