From there, the officer owns every inquiry relating to the product: delivery, installation, issues, questions, and maintenance. The aim is a white-glove experience, helping the customer get the best and most effective use out of their product, quickly and with minimal issues. The mission of the role is simple: make it a five-star experience, every time. A core priority of this role is keeping the customer at the centre of a single, smooth line of contact, so there's no back-and-forth between sales, support, and the client. Any issue that arises after the sale is handled directly by this officer. Key Responsibilities Be the customer's first point of contact after a completed sale, via the formal sales-to-support handover process. Own all post-sale inquiries: delivery, installation, product issues, general questions, and maintenance. Deliver a white-glove experience — proactive, responsive, and focused on the customer getting full, effective use of their product with minimal friction. Proactively reach out to clients to check they're happy with their product and request feedback on their experience. Collect five-star reviews across Google and Trustpilot, and product reviews, using incentives to encourage participation. Collect short video testimonials from happy (five-star) clients. Introduce SDS's customer referral program to clients, across its different reward levels. Act as the single owner of any post-sale issue, so it never has to bounce between the client, sales, and support. Liaise between Support, Sales Reps, Warehousing, and third-party logistics to resolve client requests and changes. Escalate warranty issues to Support, providing the additional technical information needed based on what the client has reported. Pay & Progression Base hourly rate, progressing through three tiers based on five-star reviews collected, time served, and a track record of minimal negative client experiences. Tier Rate Promotion Milestone Junior Customer Success Officer - $7.87 USD/hr Starting tier Customer Success Officer - $9.30 USD/hr First 30 five-star reviews collected Senior Customer Success Officer -$10.73 USD/hr 150 five-star reviews collected Performance Incentives On top of the base hourly rate, you earn a commission on every five-star review and every successful referral you generate: Action Bonus Five-star review collected $7.15 USD Five-star review collected with images posted $10.73 USD Short testimonial video collected from a five-star client $21.45 USD Paid referral from a client $71.51 USD Figures shown in USD at an approximate AUD → USD rate of 0.715 (rates fluctuate). Base pay is set in AUD; this posting shows the USD equivalent for candidates outside Australia. Hours & Leave 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 30-minute meal break each day. 2 weeks paid annual leave, taken as the Christmas shutdown period. What We're Looking For Top-level customer service ability — someone who makes people feel genuinely looked after. A personal, understanding temperament — this role is about real relationships with clients, not scripted transactions. Proactive and resourceful — comfortable owning a problem through to resolution without needing to hand it off. How to Apply Submit a short video (2–3 minutes) introducing yourself. In it, cover: 1. Who you are, and a quick introduction (Not Generic Create a unique video for Us) 2. Your direct customer success experience — specifically any experience delivering a white-glove, top-level client experience. 3. Your availability to start.

Social Media & Video Editing for Yoga Teacher

Confidential employer

Social Media Assistant (Part-Time, Remote) Hours: 5–10 hrs/week to start Pay: $5/hour to start Schedule: Flexible, but needs regular weekly availability (not sporadic). Content needs to be ready to go before I wake up in the morning (US Pacific time) — the time difference seems to work well for this if you're consistent about hitting that window. About the Role I run a yoga and movement business with an engaged, loyal online community — mostly on Instagram (which cross-posts to Facebook ). I'm looking for someone to take content creation and community engagement off my plate so I can focus on teaching. This is NOT a "post and forget" role. My audience is genuinely engaged — posts sometimes take off and generate real conversations and DMs — and I care a lot about responding to people like an actual human, not a bot. That's a core part of this job. I also really want content that pops — stuff that gets noticed and feels distinct, not generic templated posts. If you have a good eye for what stands out in a crowded feed, that matters a lot to me. What You'll Do Create social media content for Instagram (primary platform, auto cross-posts to Facebook ) and TikTok — graphics, captions, reels/short video edits Monitor and respond to comments and messages, especially on Facebook , in a warm, human voice (never automated/bot responses — I will not use tools that fake engagement) Incorporate feedback and edits efficiently — I'll give direction and corrections, especially early on, and I need someone who takes that well and improves over time rather than needing the same fixes repeated What Success Looks Like If this works well, pay can increase to $6+/hour, based on real results after 90 days — increased reach, engagement, and conversion (people signing up for classes/programs because of what you create). Possible Future Scope (Not Guaranteed Yet) I'm not committing to this yet, but depending on how things evolve on my end, there's a *possibility* this role could expand to include things like writing newsletters, light video editing (adding music to class videos), video uploading, and some more design work (graphic design, as well as website design on a drag and drop system similar to Wix... but not wix). This would mean another 10 +/- hours per week. I want to be upfront: this may or may not happen, and I don't want anyone applying on the assumption that extra hours are coming. If you're only interested in this role because of that potential future work, this may not be the right fit right now — I need someone who's excited about the core social media scope as it stands today. Bonus Points If: You have experience in yoga, wellness, or movement-based content You're familiar with (or genuinely into) doom metal or the alternative/heavy music scene — I teach Goth Ballet and Doom Metal Yoga, and my brand lives in that niche, so someone who gets it instinctively is a huge plus You Might Be a Good Fit If You: Have real experience running social media for a business or personal brand (portfolio/examples requested) Write in a natural, warm, conversational voice — not corporate or salesy Are comfortable creating simple graphics and short-form video content Understand Instagram and TikTok trends and formats Can respond to comments/messages like a genuine person, with good judgment about tone Take feedback well and apply it consistently (I will be giving edits, especially in the first weeks) Are reliable with communication — if something's delayed or you're stuck, you tell me, rather than going quiet To Apply, Please Include: 1. Examples of social media content you've created (links or screenshots) 2. Tell me about a post (yours or someone else's) that you think really worked, and why you think it worked 3. Your availability (days/hours per week) 4. Anything else you want me to know

Cold Caller / Appointment Setter - Fluent English, Commission Only

Confidential employer

Read this first: your spoken English has to be strong. Not conversational, not "good enough", strong. You'll be on the phone with American business owners all day and they hang up on anyone they have to work to understand. If people ask you to repeat yourself on calls, this role will make you miserable and you won't earn. That's the single biggest filter here. We're Lead Flow Ops. We build the sales systems and follow up automation that small businesses use to actually close the leads they're already paying for. Clients pay us anywhere from a grand to five grand. We're moving into the higher ticket end of that now, which is why we need someone on the phone. You get a list of business owners. You call them, get them interested, and book them onto a call with our closer. That's it. You're not closing, you're not doing admin, you're not writing anything. Dial and set. PAY Commission only, 20% of whatever that client pays in their first month. Deals run $1,000 to $5,000, so $200 on the small ones and up to a grand on the bigger ones. No cap. Set three a month that stick and you're already past what most full time VA roles here pay. Now the honest part. There's no base right now. If you need guaranteed money on day one, skip this one. The list is cold, the offer is fairly new, and the first two weeks are going to be ugly while you find the angle that lands. The people who ride that out get first shot at the warm opt-ins coming off our ads later, and those book a lot easier than a cold list ever will. WHAT YOU NEED Fluent, natural spoken English with a light accent at most. This is not negotiable and it's the first thing I check. Cold calling or setting experience, B2B preferred. You need to take someone being rude to you at 10am and dial the next number without thinking about it. A quiet room, a headset that doesn't sound like you're in a tunnel, and internet that won't drop you mid call. We give you the dialer, the list, the script, the CRM, and someone to review your calls with you in the first couple weeks. HOURS US Eastern business hours, roughly 9am to 5pm Eastern, which is 9pm to 5am Manila. You need to be okay with that, it's the whole job. HOW TO APPLY Don't send a resume. Record a voice message, a minute or two, and tell me about the worst call you've ever had and what you did with it. Then tell me how many dials a day you can actually hold. If you've got a recording of yourself on a real call, attach it. No audio, no reply. I need to hear you before anything else.

Intake Specialist/Legal Secratary

Confidential employer

About the Firm: North Star Law, PC is a plaintiff-side employment law firm based in Los Angeles. We represent California employees in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour matters. We are a modern, technology-forward practice: our intake pipeline, case management, document drafting, and court filing workflows are built around AI-assisted systems that the firm has developed in-house. You will be trained directly by the firm’s principal attorney on these systems and will take over the day-to-day operation of workflows he currently runs himself. About the Role: The Intake Specialist owns the front door of the firm. You will be the first person a prospective client speaks with, and you are responsible for moving every lead from first contact through consultation to a signed retainer. The firm receives a steady stream of referrals from partner law firms and website inquiries; your job is to make sure no lead goes cold. You will work inside the firm’s intake tracking dashboard and AI-assisted follow-up system, which the principal attorney will train you on personally. Responsibilities Process new intakes from referral partners and website forms: capture the caller’s name, contact information, employer, and a clear summary of the potential claims. Conduct initial screening calls with prospective clients — gather the key facts of a potential wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, or wage-and-hour claim with empathy and accuracy. Run the firm’s follow-up pipeline: send and track text and call follow-ups through the firm’s phone platform, keep every lead’s stage current on the intake board, and know when to escalate a hot lead to the attorney. Schedule consultations against the attorney’s calendar and confirm appointments so consults actually happen. Send retainer agreements for e-signature, follow up until signed, and kick off new-client onboarding (welcome text, document request, file setup). Maintain clean records: log every contact attempt and outcome, keep the intake tracker accurate, and coordinate status updates with referring firms. Qualifications 1+ year of experience in legal intake, sales, customer service, or a similar phone-heavy client-facing role (law firm experience a plus, not required). Excellent phone presence: warm, professional, and persistent without being pushy. Highly organized — comfortable managing dozens of open leads at different stages without dropping any. Comfortable learning new software quickly; the role runs on the firm’s custom dashboards and AI-assisted tools, and full training is provided. Strong written communication for text and email follow-ups. Strong verbal communication skills. What We Offer: Full-time position. Direct training and mentorship from the firm’s principal attorney. A front-row seat in a growing plaintiff-side employment practice that invests in modern tools instead of busywork. We are looking for someone who would like to stay and grow with the firm.
