2. Can you lead a team and at the same time provide executive support to a founder? We are looking for high level operational manager but would not mind to have an Assistant role for the Founder.

Human Garage is looking for a highly organized, proactive Community Operations Manager to help drive the day-to-day execution of our growing global community, including the Business Accelerator.

This is not a role for someone who waits for instructions.

We’re looking for someone who naturally takes ownership, closes open loops, follows through quickly and turns ideas into action.

You’ll work closely with the Director of Community and coordinate across community members, coaches, mentors, partners, events and internal teams.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Coordinating community programs, calls, masterminds, mentor sessions and events
• Managing calendars, meetings, follow-ups and action items
• Keeping projects, priorities, owners and deadlines organized
• Supporting relationships with coaches, mentors, collaborators and partners
• Coordinating coach opportunities and event participation
• Working across Marketing, Sales, Support, Events and Operations
• Maintaining SOPs, systems and clear visibility across ongoing initiatives
• Identifying blockers and ensuring important decisions reach the right people
