About the Role

Read this first: your spoken English has to be strong. Not conversational, not "good enough", strong. You'll be on the phone with American business owners all day and they hang up on anyone they have to work to understand. If people ask you to repeat yourself on calls, this role will make you miserable and you won't earn. That's the single biggest filter here.

We're Lead Flow Ops. We build the sales systems and follow up automation that small businesses use to actually close the leads they're already paying for. Clients pay us anywhere from a grand to five grand. We're moving into the higher ticket end of that now, which is why we need someone on the phone.

You get a list of business owners. You call them, get them interested, and book them onto a call with our closer. That's it. You're not closing, you're not doing admin, you're not writing anything. Dial and set.

PAY

Commission only, 20% of whatever that client pays in their first month. Deals run $1,000 to $5,000, so $200 on the small ones and up to a grand on the bigger ones. No cap. Set three a month that stick and you're already past what most full time VA roles here pay.

Now the honest part. There's no base right now. If you need guaranteed money on day one, skip this one. The list is cold, the offer is fairly new, and the first two weeks are going to be ugly while you find the angle that lands. The people who ride that out get first shot at the warm opt-ins coming off our ads later, and those book a lot easier than a cold list ever will.

WHAT YOU NEED

Fluent, natural spoken English with a light accent at most. This is not negotiable and it's the first thing I check.

Cold calling or setting experience, B2B preferred. You need to take someone being rude to you at 10am and dial the next number without thinking about it. A quiet room, a headset that doesn't sound like you're in a tunnel, and internet that won't drop you mid call.

We give you the dialer, the list, the script, the CRM, and someone to review your calls with you in the first couple weeks.

HOURS

US Eastern business hours, roughly 9am to 5pm Eastern, which is 9pm to 5am Manila. You need to be okay with that, it's the whole job.

HOW TO APPLY

Don't send a resume. Record a voice message, a minute or two, and tell me about the worst call you've ever had and what you did with it. Then tell me how many dials a day you can actually hold. If you've got a recording of yourself on a real call, attach it. No audio, no reply. I need to hear you before anything else.
