Lead Generation VA | Full-Time Position

We are a growing non-medical home care agency in San Diego County looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with experience in lead generation, healthcare outreach, and client acquisition.

Your Goal
Generate a VERIFIED and QUALIFIED leads for organizations and professionals who may refer clients to a home care agency.

Potential referral sources include:

Hospitals & discharge planners
Skilled nursing facilities
Rehabilitation centers
Assisted living & memory care communities
Home health agencies
Hospice agencies
Case managers / care managers
Social workers
Senior living placement agencies
Concierge/private medical practices
Long-term care insurance contacts
Senior centers & community organizations
Other legitimate healthcare referral partners

Each Lead MUST Include:

Organization/company name
Contact person’s full name
Job title/role
Direct email whenever available
Phone number
Website
Location
Type of organization
Why they are a relevant referral source
Verification that the information is current

We are NOT looking for scraped lists, duplicate leads, generic company email s only, or outdated information.

You will also help initiate professional outreach to the qualified leads.
