Stillbloom LTD is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to take ownership of our customer support operation and lead our existing team of eight customer service representatives. Our team supports a growing skincare brand and receives approximately 250 customer enquiries per day, primarily through email and messaging, covering orders, deliveries, product questions, subscriptions, cancellations and refunds. We’re looking for someone who can assess and improve the performance of the existing team, hire strong people when needed, train them properly, set clear expectations and make sure those expectations are met. You should be comfortable giving direct feedback, addressing underperformance and making difficult people decisions fairly and professionally. You will have responsibility for hiring, probation and dismissal decisions within agreed company policies and budgets, alongside the day-to-day performance of the team. In this role, you will: -Manage team capacity and recruitment. Assess the existing team’s workload, skills and coverage before recommending staffing changes. Recruit candidates when needed, run interviews and practical assessments, select new hires, and manage onboarding and probation. Maintain enough capacity to cover demand, weekends and planned absences. -Lead, coach and hold people accountable. Set clear responsibilities and performance expectations. Run regular one-to-ones, review individual results, recognise strong work and address missed standards promptly. -Manage underperformance and dismissals. Identify whether problems come from skills, processes, workload or individual performance. Give clear feedback and appropriate support, document improvement plans, and make and carry out dismissal or contract termination decisions when necessary, following the agreed company process. -Own the daily support operation. Monitor incoming enquiries, allocate workloads, manage shifts and prevent backlogs. Ensure urgent requests reach the right person and customer issues are followed through to resolution. -Maintain excellent service quality. Review a sample of each agent’s conversations, check the accuracy and tone of replies, and coach the team using specific examples. Ensure order changes, refunds and subscription requests are handled correctly. -Handle complex cases. Take ownership of escalated complaints and difficult customer situations. Work with fulfilment, operations and other team members to resolve the underlying problem, and help in the inbox when needed. -Improve systems and processes. Keep procedures, reply templates and training materials current. Improve helpdesk workflows, reporting and appropriate automation so the team can work accurately and efficiently. -Report results and act on them. Maintain a clear weekly scorecard covering response times, backlog, resolution quality, agent productivity and customer satisfaction. Track recurring refund and cancellation reasons, recommend improvements and follow through on agreed actions. Success in this role means customers receive timely, helpful answers; the team knows what is expected; performance issues are addressed early; and company leadership has a clear view of results and priorities. During your first month, you will review the eight agents’ workloads and service quality, assess shift coverage and workflows, establish a performance baseline, and present a prioritised improvement plan. You’ll be a strong fit if you have: -At least three years of experience managing a customer support team, ideally within ecommerce or a direct-to-consumer brand. Experience leading a remote team of a similar size is strongly preferred. -Personal experience recruiting, onboarding, coaching and managing the performance of remote agents, including handling dismissals or contract terminations. -Clear examples of improving team performance, supported by measurable results. -Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate calmly, clearly and confidently with customers and colleagues. -Strong experience with Zendesk or a similar helpdesk, including reporting, reply templates, ticket routing and quality reviews. -Experience handling ecommerce orders, refunds and subscriptions. Familiarity with WooCommerce or Shopify is an advantage. -The ability to interpret reports, investigate problems and turn findings into practical changes. -Strong organisation, sound judgement and the discipline to follow through without needing regular reminders. -Your own reliable computer, high-speed internet and a quiet workspace suitable for video calls. The working arrangement is: -Full time, 40 hours per week, working remotely from the Philippines. -An agreed schedule within our support window of 4am–11pm London time, with weekday and weekend shifts as required. These are coverage hours across the team; your own schedule will be 40 hours per week. -Responsibility for organising reliable coverage across the team and maintaining regular overlap with company leadership. -Salary of $1,800–$2,500 USD per month, depending on experience and demonstrated management ability. Please include your expected monthly rate in USD when applying. This is an opportunity to take real ownership of an important part of a growing business. You’ll work closely with company leadership, have the opportunity to improve how the department operates, and help your team develop and succeed. Stillbloom LTD is a UK-based digital marketing and ecommerce company. We build and grow brands through online marketing, including our skincare brand. We value initiative, clear communication and doing what we say we’ll do. We also enjoy celebrating our wins and having a laugh along the way. To apply, please send your CV and brief answers to the following: 1 What customer support teams have you managed? Include the type of business, number of direct reports and approximate daily enquiry volume. 2 How many agents have you personally hired, and how did you assess whether they would be successful? 3 Describe a measurable improvement you made to a support team. What was the starting position, what did you change, and what was the result? 4 Give an example of how you handled an underperforming agent, including a dismissal or contract termination you managed. What steps did you take and why? 5 Which helpdesk and ecommerce platforms have you used, and what reporting or workflows have you personally set up? 6 What is your expected monthly rate in USD, earliest start date and availability within the stated working hours? Please use the subject line “CS Manager — [Your Name]”. We’re particularly interested in specific examples of what you personally owned and achieved. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview and a short paid practical assessment. We look forward to hearing from you.

GoHighLevel Implementation & Client Success Operator — Long-Term Growth Role We are a growing U.S. company that helps residential electricians get found, get trusted, and get hired. I am looking for one exceptional Philippines-based GoHighLevel operator who can take ownership of new-client technical implementation and grow into client onboarding, operations, and eventually customer success. This is a real, immediate opening with long-term growth potential. This role will begin with a paid technical test and client implementation work while our client base grows. My intention is for the right person to grow into a significant part-time and ultimately full-time role and make this their primary professional commitment. This is NOT a generic VA position. I want someone who knows GoHighLevel extremely well and can independently configure, troubleshoot, QA, document, and improve sophisticated client systems. Ideally, you know the technical side of GoHighLevel better than I do. I want someone I can rely on as the technical authority — not someone waiting for me to explain how every part of GoHighLevel should work. I am looking for someone who wants to become an important long-term part of the business, not someone looking to complete random tasks or collect another freelance client. WHAT WE ALREADY HAVE Our core GoHighLevel system is already built as a snapshot. It includes: Client website Lead capture and routing Pipelines and forms SMS/email workflows Missed-call / instant text-back Reputation/review-request automation Conversation AI chatbot AI voice assistant that answers incoming calls Other follow-up and client communication automations You will not be starting from a blank account or designing our entire system from scratch. Your job is to take our established system, customize it correctly for each new client, test everything thoroughly, identify weaknesses or opportunities for improvement, and help make the system better as we grow. IMMEDIATE RESPONSIBILITIES For each new client, your core responsibility will be to own the technical implementation from start to finish, including: Create and configure the GHL subaccount Deploy the correct snapshot Customize the existing website with client branding, services, service areas, phone numbers and business information Connect and configure domains and DNS when needed Configure LeadConnector phone/SMS and call forwarding Prepare and submit U.S. A2P 10DLC registrations Troubleshoot A2P rejections Configure and test missed-call / instant text-back Configure and test review-request automations Verify forms, calendars, pipelines, notifications and workflows Verify lead routing and client notifications Assist with Google Business Profile configuration when needed Configure and test our Conversation AI chatbot Configure and test our AI voice/call assistant Test websites on desktop and mobile Perform complete end-to-end QA Fix anything that is not working correctly Document the completed setup A client implementation is not complete simply because the snapshot was installed. I expect you to personally verify that calls, texts, forms, workflows, review requests, AI conversations, lead routing, notifications and the website actually work before handoff. I want someone who thinks beyond: “I completed the task.” and instead asks: “Does the entire system actually work for the client?” OUR ONBOARDING PROCESS IS STILL BEING BUILT Our technical system already exists, but our complete new-client onboarding process is not yet fully documented as an SOP. Initially, I will personally participate in onboarding and customer success. One of your early responsibilities will be helping me turn our real-world onboarding process into a clean, repeatable system. I want someone who can identify exactly what information and access we need from every client, find missing steps and unnecessary friction, create implementation and QA checklists, document exceptions and troubleshooting procedures, and continuously improve the process. I am looking for someone who brings expertise and judgment to the table. If you know a better way to configure, automate, test or deploy something, I want you to tell me. I want the person I hire to eventually know this system so well that I can rely on their technical judgment rather than being the person who has to figure everything out first. AI & AUTOMATION EXPERIENCE IS IMPORTANT Our system includes both a GoHighLevel Conversation AI chatbot and an AI voice assistant that answers incoming calls. Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel Conversation AI and/or Voice AI is strongly preferred. Relevant experience includes: AI prompts and instructions Knowledge bases Lead qualification Capturing caller/customer information Appointment or callback handling Routing and human handoff Workflows triggered by AI interactions Testing AI calls and conversations Troubleshooting incorrect or unexpected AI responses Improving prompts and call flows Monitoring AI performance Preventing hallucinations or inappropriate responses Escalating situations appropriately to a human I want someone who understands that an AI system needs to be configured intelligently, stress-tested, monitored and continually improved. Experience with additional AI/automation tools such as Vapi, Retell, n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs or webhooks is also valuable. WHERE THIS ROLE CAN GROW Initially, I will personally manage client relationships. However, I want the right person to quickly begin participating in and eventually owning client onboarding. Over time, I want this person to: Conduct new-client onboarding calls Collect everything required to launch a client Own implementation from onboarding through launch Maintain and improve SOPs and QA systems Monitor client accounts for technical problems Proactively identify issues before clients notice them Communicate directly with clients Make routine client-requested changes Help clients understand and use their system Monitor and improve AI calls/conversations Help clients get maximum value from what we provide Eventually own ongoing client success and retention The long-term opportunity is to become the person who owns much of what happens after a new client signs up. I am looking for someone who wants to own a business function, not simply complete assigned tickets. As our client base grows, I want this role to grow with it and ultimately become the person's primary full-time position. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Please apply only if you already have strong, real-world, hands-on GoHighLevel experience. I am not looking for someone who recently completed a course and is looking for their first serious GHL opportunity. Strong candidates should have hands-on experience with many of the following: GHL subaccounts and snapshots A2P 10DLC / LeadConnector Websites and funnels Workflows and automations Reputation management / review requests Missed-call text-back LC Phone / SMS Forms and calendars Pipelines Domains / DNS Google Business Profile Conversation AI Voice AI Troubleshooting and QA Experience with U.S. home-service businesses such as electricians, plumbers, HVAC or roofing is a plus. Experience with client onboarding, customer success, operations management, RevOps, project management, SOP creation or process improvement is a major plus. EXCEPTIONAL ENGLISH IS REQUIRED This role is intended to become highly client-facing. You must have exceptional spoken and written English and be able to communicate naturally, confidently and professionally with U.S. small-business owners. You should be comfortable: Leading Zoom onboarding calls Speaking naturally without relying on scripts Building rapport Asking intelligent follow-up questions Understanding conversational American English Explaining technical issues in simple language Handling confused or frustrated clients calmly Writing clear, professional email s and messages Representing our company professionally without me being on the call Exceptional English communication is mandatory. Technical ability alone is not enough for this position. THE PERSON I WANT I value: Ownership Excellent judgment Deep technical competence Attention to detail Reliability Problem-solving Proactive thinking Strong documentation Exceptional communication Ability to work independently Curiosity and continuous improvement Genuine care about client outcomes If you discover a problem, I don't want you to simply tell me there is a problem. I want your instinct to be: Investigate it → understand it → fix it if possible → test the fix → document what happened → tell me what you did. And if you see something that could be done better, I expect you to speak up. IMPORTANT: INDIVIDUAL ROLE / NO SUBCONTRACTING I am hiring one individual, not an agency. You must personally perform the work assigned to you. Do not give our passwords, client information, account access or work to friends, coworkers, agencies or subcontractors without my explicit written permission. If you encounter something you do not know how to do, be transparent about it. Asking a question is fine. Giving an unapproved person access to our systems or client accounts is not. COMPENSATION & GROWTH The first technical implementation will be a paid $50 USD test project using our standardized system. For ongoing standardized client implementations, the current target is $50 per completed client setup. The initial workload will be lighter while our client base grows. As responsibilities expand into onboarding calls, AI management, SOP/process ownership, operations and client success, responsibility and compensation will increase accordingly. The right person can grow into a significant recurring role and ultimately a full-time position as our client base expands. Quality, ownership, communication and long-term fit matter more to me than finding the lowest-cost applicant. We are hiring now and will move quickly once

THREE HARD REQUIREMENTS. If you do not meet all three, DO NOT apply. I read every application and I will not reply to the ones that ignore this. 1. YOU ALREADY KNOW PEPTIDES. Not "willing to learn". Already in this world. If you have never heard of BPC-157, retatrutide or a COA, this is not for you. 2. A TRACK RECORD YOU CAN SHOW ME AND EXPLAIN. Real outreach, partnership, influencer recruitment or cold sales work. Live links, real numbers. On the call I will ask you to walk me through exactly what you did and why. A portfolio you cannot explain is worse than no portfolio. 3. FLUENT ENGLISH, WRITTEN AND SPOKEN. Your messages go out under our name and you will be on a video call with me. ABOUT US We run a marketplace for research peptides. We have an aggregator section where people can source peptides. Customers can compare suppliers on real prices, read published lab reports and order directly. Five suppliers live, a growing customer base, and a referral system that is fully built and has never been switched on. That is your job. THE ROLE Find creators and community voices in the peptide, biohacking, longevity and fitness space and get them signed up as paid affiliate partners. Build a list of creators who talk about peptides, GLP-1s, longevity or performance on X, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok Research each one before contact. Audience size, what they post, whether they already promote anything, whether their audience would actually buy Write and send personal outreach. Not templates. Each message should show you watched their content Handle replies, answer questions about commission, walk them through signup Track everything. Contacted, replied, signed, first sale Report weekly on what worked and what did not You are not writing our content and you are not running our social accounts. This is outreach and relationship work. HOURS AND PAY Part time to start, 20 hours per week, USD 450 to 550 per month depending on what you bring. Flexible hours. Goes full time at USD 700 to 900 per month within 60 days if it works, plus a performance bonus on partners who generate real sales. HOW TO APPLY Start your message with the word RETATRUTIDE so I know you read this far. Answer these three in your own words. Short is fine, honest is better than polished: 1. Which peptide communities, forums or accounts do you actually read? Name them. 2. Name three creators you would approach for us, and one sentence each on why their audience would buy. 3. Tell me about someone you got to say yes after they ignored you. What did you send? Include: Live links to outreach or partnership work you have done, with numbers An unlisted video, 2 minutes maximum, just you talking, answering this: "Explain to me why someone would care about a certificate of analysis." No slides, no reading from a script. No video, no review. The video is how I check your spoken English, so please do not skip it. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT Shortlist gets a paid trial task, USD 25, roughly 2 hours. You research and write outreach to five real creators. I pay whether or not I hire you. Then a call. ---- Again please DON'T react if you don't meet the requirements!

THREE HARD REQUIREMENTS. If you do not meet all three, do not apply. I read every application and I will not reply to the ones that ignore this. 1. YOU ALREADY KNOW PEPTIDES. Not "willing to learn". Already in this world. If you cannot tell me the difference between a GLP-1 and a healing peptide without looking it up, this is not for you. 2. A TRACK RECORD YOU CAN SHOW ME AND EXPLAIN. Accounts you have actually run in health, fitness, supplements or a similar technical niche. Live links, not a portfolio PDF, not screenshots. On the call I will ask you to walk me through what you posted and why it worked. Work you cannot explain does not count. 3. FLUENT ENGLISH, WRITTEN AND SPOKEN. You are writing in our voice and you will be on a video call with me. ABOUT US We run a marketplace for research peptides. 118 peptide profiles with real citations, free dosing calculators, published lab reports and a blog. All of it is good material and almost none of it gets seen, because nobody is turning it into content. THE ROLE Write and schedule daily posts on X. Threads, single posts, replies into conversations already happening Turn one blog post or peptide profile into five pieces of content, not one Watch what the peptide community is arguing about this week and post into it while it is still live Weekly report on what got traction and what died You are measured on output and on clicks, not on follower count. I have paid for follower growth before and it did nothing for the business. Posts bring traffic, following people does not. You do not handle customer support or order questions. WHAT WILL GET YOU REJECTED Generic content calendars and engagement pods Anything that reads like it came out of ChatGPT Posts that sell. Most platforms ban overt sales in this category. Education first, link in the bio HOURS AND PAY Part time to start, 20 hours per week, USD 500 to 600 per month depending on what you bring. Flexible hours. Goes full time at USD 800 to 1000 per month within 60 days if it works. HOW TO APPLY Start your message with the word RETATRUTIDE so I know you read this far. Answer these three in your own words. Short is fine, honest is better than polished: 1. Which peptide accounts, communities or newsletters do you actually follow? Name them. 2. What is the peptide community arguing about right now? One live topic and where you saw it. 3. Pick any peptide and write me one X post about it, right here in your application. Something you would actually publish. Include: Live links to accounts you have run An unlisted video, 2 minutes maximum, just you talking, answering this: "Pitch me one piece of content you would make for us in your first week." No slides, no reading from a script. No video, no review. The video is how I check your spoken English, so please do not skip it. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT Shortlist gets a paid trial task, USD 25, roughly 2 hours. You produce three posts and one short video from material I send you. I pay whether or not I hire you. Then a call.

FOUR HARD REQUIREMENTS. If you do not meet all four, do not apply. I read every application and I will not reply to the ones that ignore this. 1. YOU ALREADY KNOW PEPTIDES. Not "willing to learn". Already in this world. If you have never heard of BPC-157, retatrutide or a COA, this is not for you. 2. YOUR OWN AGED REDDIT ACCOUNTS. Real accounts with real karma and a real comment history, which you will show me. A fresh account posting into these subreddits gets filtered or shadowbanned and you will never even be told it happened. If you are planning to make new accounts for this, do not apply. 3. A TRACK RECORD YOU CAN SHOW ME AND EXPLAIN. Communities you have grown or moderated. Live links. On the call I will ask you to walk me through what you did and why it worked. Work you cannot explain does not count. 4. FLUENT ENGLISH, WRITTEN AND SPOKEN. You are writing as a member of a sceptical, technical community and you will be on a video call with me. ABOUT US We run a marketplace for research peptides. Customers compare suppliers on real prices, read published lab reports and order directly. Our best traffic has always come from Reddit, by a wide margin on engagement, and we have never had anyone working on it properly. THE ROLE Build and run an organic community in this niche that we own, and turn it into a real source of visitors. Research the landscape. Which subreddits the audience already lives in, what they argue about, what gets removed and why Build the community. Set it up, seed it, set the culture, grow it to the point where it has its own momentum Post and comment daily as a genuine member. Answer questions properly, be useful before being promotional Moderate. Rules, automod, spam, keeping the tone right Route traffic to us the way it actually works on Reddit, which is slowly and through trust, not through dropped links Weekly report on growth, engagement and what is working Be clear about this: we are not paying you to spam links. That gets accounts banned and communities killed. We are paying you to build something people actually want to be in. WHAT WILL GET YOU REJECTED Fresh accounts, bought accounts, or vote manipulation Link dropping into other people's subreddits Anything that reads like it came out of ChatGPT Not knowing what automod is HOURS AND PAY Part time to start, 20 hours per week, USD 500 to 650 per month depending on what you bring. Flexible hours. Goes full time at USD 800 to 1100 per month within 60 days if the community is growing. HOW TO APPLY Start your message with the word RETATRUTIDE so I know you read this far. Answer these three in your own words. Short is fine, honest is better than polished: 1. Which subreddits does this audience actually live in? Name them, and tell me which ones would remove a post like ours and why. 2. You are starting a new community in this niche from zero. What are your first two weeks? Be specific. 3. Tell me about a community you grew or moderated. What did you do when it stalled? Include: Links to your Reddit accounts, with karma and account age visible Links to communities you have built or moderated An unlisted video, 2 minutes maximum, just you talking, answering this: "Why do most brands fail on Reddit?" No slides, no reading from a script. No video, no review. The video is how I check your spoken English, so please do not skip it.
