Reddit Community Builder (Peptide / Health Optimization Niche)

FOUR HARD REQUIREMENTS. If you do not meet all four, do not apply. I read every
application and I will not reply to the ones that ignore this.

1. YOU ALREADY KNOW PEPTIDES. Not "willing to learn". Already in this world.
If you have never heard of BPC-157, retatrutide or a COA, this is not for
you.

2. YOUR OWN AGED REDDIT ACCOUNTS. Real accounts with real karma and a real
comment history, which you will show me. A fresh account posting into these
subreddits gets filtered or shadowbanned and you will never even be told it
happened. If you are planning to make new accounts for this, do not apply.

3. A TRACK RECORD YOU CAN SHOW ME AND EXPLAIN. Communities you have grown or
moderated. Live links. On the call I will ask you to walk me through what you
did and why it worked. Work you cannot explain does not count.

4. FLUENT ENGLISH, WRITTEN AND SPOKEN. You are writing as a member of a
sceptical, technical community and you will be on a video call with me.

ABOUT US

We run a marketplace for research peptides. Customers compare suppliers on real
prices, read published lab reports and order directly. Our best traffic has
always come from Reddit, by a wide margin on engagement, and we have never had
anyone working on it properly.

THE ROLE

Build and run an organic community in this niche that we own, and turn it into
a real source of visitors.

• Research the landscape. Which subreddits the audience already lives in, what

they argue about, what gets removed and why

• Build the community. Set it up, seed it, set the culture, grow it to the

point where it has its own momentum

• Post and comment daily as a genuine member. Answer questions properly, be

useful before being promotional

• Moderate. Rules, automod, spam, keeping the tone right
• Route traffic to us the way it actually works on Reddit, which is slowly and

through trust, not through dropped links

• Weekly report on growth, engagement and what is working

Be clear about this: we are not paying you to spam links. That gets accounts
banned and communities killed. We are paying you to build something people
actually want to be in.

WHAT WILL GET YOU REJECTED

• Fresh accounts, bought accounts, or vote manipulation
• Link dropping into other people's subreddits
• Anything that reads like it came out of ChatGPT
• Not knowing what automod is

HOURS AND PAY

Part time to start, 20 hours per week, USD 500 to 650 per month depending on
what you bring. Flexible hours.

Goes full time at USD 800 to 1100 per month within 60 days if the community is
growing.

HOW TO APPLY

1. Which subreddits does this audience actually live in? Name them, and tell me
which ones would remove a post like ours and why.

2. You are starting a new community in this niche from zero. What are your
first two weeks? Be specific.

3. Tell me about a community you grew or moderated. What did you do when it
stalled?

Include:

• Links to your Reddit accounts, with karma and account age visible
• Links to communities you have built or moderated
• An unlisted video, 2 minutes maximum, just you talking, answering this:
