APPOINTMENT SETTER + ADMIN | US HOME SERVICE COMPANY

$7–$11/hr + Performance Bonuses | Full-Time | EST Hours

Paint Now WNY is a fast-growing painting company based in Buffalo, NY. We're looking for a sharp, hungry Appointment Setter who can turn leads into booked estimates while also supporting the team with administrative work.

We're not looking for someone who just wants a comfortable VA job.

We're looking for someone who wants to perform, earn more, take on responsibility, and grow with the company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Call and follow up with incoming leads
• Build rapport and book qualified estimate appointments and handle objections naturally
• Keep leads, follow-ups, and our CRM organized
• Handle customer texts, email s, scheduling, and admin
• Jump into other operational tasks

WHO WE WANT

• Speak with customers confidently and naturally - not sound scripted
• Build rapport and make people feel comfortable
• Think on your feet during calls
• Take initiative without waiting to be told what to do
• Stay productive even when there are no new leads coming in
• Look for follow-ups, admin work, CRM cleanup, customer communication, or anything else that needs attention
• Stay organized and follow through
• Take ownership of your work and results
