Content & Marketing Associate

We are looking for a Content & Marketing Associate to join Chiku AI, an early-stage AI startup.

Chiku AI is a live interview assistant that listens during an online interview and shows the candidate suggested answers on their screen in real time.

Your initial responsibility will be to create short-form marketing and product content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts and our main website.

What you'll do:

Create short-form videos per month (around 1 video per weekday)
Come up with content ideas, hooks and concepts
Write short scripts and turn product features into engaging content
Do basic editing and prepare videos for publishing
Learn Chiku AI's marketing style, target audience and positioning
Research successful content and competitors
Track what performs well and continuously improve the content

As you become familiar with Chiku AI and demonstrate good judgment, your responsibilities will gradually expand. You will have the opportunity to help recruit, brief, coordinate and manage other content creators and eventually take ownership of a larger part of our content operation.

What we're looking for:

Excellent spoken and written English
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
Good sense of what makes content interesting and shareable
Comfortable appearing on camera
Creative and proactive — you should be able to suggest ideas rather than simply wait for instructions
Reliable and able to work independently
Interest in AI, technology and startups is a plus
Previous experience creating social-media content is strongly preferred

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with an early-stage startup. We are more interested in your creativity, communication skills and ability to learn than in having a perfect resume.
