WHO WE ARE We are a U.S.-based financial education brand in the passive-income space. Our content runs on X (Twitter ) and Instagram, and every day real prospects send us DMs first. Your job: answer them fast, confirm the basics, and book them into a 10-minute info call with our team. That call does the deep qualifying, not the DM thread. You do not sell. You do not close. You get the right people booked, fast. THE JOB Work inbound DMs on X and Instagram (no cold outreach - they message us first) Reply in under 5 minutes during your shift Confirm the prospect is based in the USA, politely close out obvious non-fits, and book everyone else Book prospects into a 10-minute info call on the team calendar - in the same conversation, not "later" Log every conversation and booking (CRM + end-of-day report) PAY (USD, monthly) $1,200 base + $5 per booked call, UNCAPPED. 5 bookings/day = about $1,700/mo 8 bookings/day = about $2,000/mo 9+ bookings/day = $2,100+ On-target earnings: $1,700 - $2,100/month. Our HRIS system will require you to: Create a profile with a username and password for you to access throughout the recruiting process and if hired, it will be used for timekeeping and payroll. Re-enter details already included in your resume (this helps us standardize globally). We recognize this may seem repetitive but it ensures your profile is properly integrated into our global system which is necessary to schedule interviews and onboard. Upload supporting documents such as your CV. Once your profile is complete in Rippling, we’ll begin to schedule interviews with qualified candidates. The interview will last up to an hour and may include 1-2 people (the direct hiring manager and potentially a department lead). Hired candidates will be engaged through an Employment of Record (EOR) at the start of employment. This is a widely used approach by international companies to hire talent in countries where we do not yet have a legal entity and allows us to comply with legal regulations. This means that Rippling, our EOR provider in the Philippines will officially employ you on behalf of DTiQ Technologies while you will work day-to-day with our team. Under this arrangement salary, government contributions and taxes are processed in compliance with Philippine regulations. DTiQ will manage your daily work, performance and career development. Meta AI Video Editor | $1000-1200, Long Term

Confidential employer

Read the whole post. Applications that don't follow the format at the bottom get deleted, unread. We get a lot of applications and this is how we really find YOU. We're Dreaver. We get people moving. Our main product right now is a treadmill for home. We sell direct to people who want to move more without a gym membership, extra time or workouts. We run ads in the Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden — more markets and products will follow later. Creative is the lever that moves the needle for us, and we want to get an editor to own our AI video output long-term. This is direct-response editing, not video production. If your reel is weddings, corporate or long-form YouTube, we won't be a good client for you. What you'd be doing 1. Primary: Creating AI (cartoon) videos with Higgsfield, Elevenlaps among others. Editing to AI voiceover with clean sync and pacing. Captions, pattern interrupts, retention pacing, end cards. Re-cutting winners into new angles instead of starting from zero. 2. Secondary: Cutting general UGC and founder footage into Meta ads, 9:16 and 4:5. Hook variants tested against each other. Multiple markets, no problem No need to speak Danish or Swedish, natives on the team handle scripting and copy per market, you bring the editing eye. A creative sense for scripting and concepting, someone who can push back on a script or suggest a better opening, is a big plus. How we work Creative is organised by angle and by market: proven angles we scale, angles we're expanding, angles we're testing. Ownership matters — you don't wait for a brief to fix what you can already see. Tools Premiere Pro or CapCut. Genuinely fluent in Higgsfield and ElevenLabs, second nature, not "I've tried it once." What we offer Full-time, 40 hours $ ---------- per month, based on your level Perform well and you grow with us — more scope, better pay Work when and where you work best. No fixed hours or timezone. Long-term. We want someone for years, not a project. How to apply Email ---------- with the subject line in exactly this format: [Your name] | [years editing DR ads] | [months using Higgsfield] | [length in seconds of the AI video you're sending] Example: Anna Nowak | 3 | 7 | 24 Then in the body, exactly these six lines and nothing else. No cover letter, no CV, no attachments — links only. 1. Best DR ad: 2. What it sold and how it performed: 3. Best AI (cartoon) video: 4. Tools used, and which parts are AI vs filmed: 5. Best moment in the ad from line 1 — timestamp (mm:ss) and why, max 2 sentences: 6. Loom link (90 seconds max, camera on): open one of the two videos on your screen and talk us through one editing decision, and why. We want to hear how you think. You will be skipped for: wrong subject format, a CV instead of links, attachments, weddings or corporate work, "I am hardworking and a fast learner," or anything that could have been sent to any company. We reply to everyone who follows the format.

Video Editor — VEED.io / CapCut Pro

We’re looking for a killer video editor who genuinely understands business and marketing content — not someone who simply adds captions and transitions. You need to be able to listen to raw footage, understand what the speaker is actually saying, identify the strongest moments, and turn it into highly engaging content. You should know: Exactly where B-roll should be added to reinforce what’s being said How to use cuts, zooms, graphics, captions and pattern interrupts without over-editing How to create strong hooks and maintain viewer retention How to identify when the audio, pacing or delivery isn't working and improve it How to turn relatively simple talking-head footage into professional, engaging business content How to edit paid ads, Reels, Shorts, podcasts and founder content ---------- and/or CapCut at an advanced level We're looking for someone who can think like a content creator and marketer, not just an editor. E-Commerce Specialist (Remote)

Confidential employer

Description Let’s start with the perks ☕ Work with one of Australia’s leading specialty coffee brands 🌏 Join a B Corp, and 1% for the Planet brand 🏡 Remote role based in the Philippines, working with a Sydney-based team (minimal time difference and no commute) 📚 Learning and development opportunities 🎯 Quarterly Performance Bonus 🩺 HMO Program 🌱 Volunteer and training leave ☕ P&R coffee delivered to your place every month 💡Work somewhere that genuinely values their Team, doing things differently, using tech and innovation and delicious coffee to change the world! Oh, and we get the team together each year in the Philippines for an epic gathering! A little about you You’re the kind of person who notices when a product page is almost right, but not quite. A banner is slightly off. A mobile layout could convert better. A promo flag has not been updated. A landing page could be cleaner, faster, sharper. You spot it, you fix it, or you find a smarter way to make sure it does not become a recurring problem. You know Shopify (inside and out). Not just “I can update a product description”… But “I can get into the theme, understand what is going on, and build or improve a page using Liquid, HTML and CSS”. You have a practical eye for UX, layout, hierarchy and mobile experience, and you care about whether the online store is easy to use, accurate, on-brand and performing properly. You’re organised, curious and detail-driven, not someone who wants to spend their days doing the same manual audit over and over again. You like building templates, SOPs, better ways of working and simple automations that make the job cleaner and easier next time. Work smarter, not harder. And yes, AI is a tool, not a threat when you know how to use it well. And your favourite time of year is when Shopify drop their seasonal updates. You’re quickly thinking about the application of the updates and if it aligns with our strategy and mission! Most importantly, you care about doing good work with great people. You’re happy working with cross functional Team Operations, Marketing, Design and Customer Support. You’re confident turning numbers, feedback and site performance into clear recommendations people can actually act on. About us Pablo & Rusty’s Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster based in Sydney, Australia. We’re a proud B Corp, Carbon Neutral Certified, and 1% for the Planet members meaning we give 1% of our revenue (not profit) to environmental partners. We’re 100% committed to using business as a force for good. Our mission is to positively impact people and the planet through coffee. We source specialty coffee, roast with care, support cafe partners, and help more people Drink Better Coffee™ at home, at work and beyond. We are digital, design-centric and sustainability-led. We have high expectations, we move quickly, and we are always looking for ways to improve how we work. We strongly believe that if we are not spending at least 10% of our time innovating, we will not succeed. About the role This is first and foremost an e-commerce role. We’re looking for an E-commerce Specialist with strong Shopify build capability, someone who understands how to improve the performance, accuracy and customer experience of an online store. Shopify build skills are important, but they’re only one part of the role. This is a hands-on Shopify role with a strong mix of platform build, content updates, campaign support, reporting and catalogue accuracy. You’ll help keep the store clean, current and easy to use, while also building custom landing pages, supporting promotional campaigns, maintaining product information, and helping stakeholders understand what is working online and what needs to improve. This is not a role for someone who only wants to pass tasks on to developers or rely entirely on page-builder apps. We need someone who is comfortable getting into Shopify, working with themes, building properly, testing carefully and using good judgement. Okay, you’re mid way through this ad, congrats but to help ensure you’re not just using AI tools to skim the job post, make sure you include “Buy Better Coffee Online” in your application subject line. You’ll work closely with Operations, Marketing, Design and Customer Support to make sure the online store is accurate, on-brand, commercially useful and improving over time. A few things you’ll be across Owning Shopify theme customisation, including hands-on use of Liquid, HTML and CSS Building and maintaining sections, templates and custom landing pages Keeping the Online Store 2.0 structure and theme configuration clean, current and easy for others to use Applying practical UX and conversion judgement to page layout, hierarchy and mobile experience Managing website content, including homepage, category pages, landing pages, promo flags, navigation and seasonal campaign content Working closely with the Marketing team to execute the promotional calendar as it relates to e-com outputs. Setting up and testing promotions in line with planned campaign activity Coordinating assets for new product launches, sales, campaigns and e-commerce changes with Design, Marketing and the wider team Supporting end-to-end online e-commerce projects, from stakeholder briefing through to testing Providing real-time and monthly reporting on campaign, product and site performance Translating reporting into clear, useful recommendations, not just sending raw numbers Maintaining sources of truth for performance data that stakeholders can reference directly Monitoring stock and maintaining accurate catalogue information Auditing the site and assets to make sure all available products are live, current and accurate Supporting and optimising subscription operations through Recharge Building SOPs, templates and automation where possible to reduce manual catalogue and audit work over time What you’ll bring Minimum two years’ experience in a similar Shopify-focused e-commerce role Advanced Shopify experience, including hands-on theme customisation with Liquid, HTML and CSS Confidence building custom landing pages and templates without relying only on third-party page-builder apps Practical UX and conversion design sense, especially around layout, hierarchy and mobile experience Strong attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy Good written and verbal communication skills Confidence working with stakeholders across Customer Support, Design, Marketing and Operations Ability to turn data and reporting into clear, practical recommendations Comfortable working independently across time zones, while still being part of a collaborative team Confidence using Microsoft 365 systems, tools and a willingness to learn new apps, plugins and systems. Bonus points if you’ve got Microsoft Business Central experience. A continuous improvement mindset, you notice repetitive work and look for better ways to get it done Highly regarded Experience with Recharge or a comparable subscription app Experience with Yotpo or a comparable rewards app Experience with Shopify Plus, including Plus migration experience Familiarity with Figma or a similar design/collaboration tool Experience in online coffee, food and beverage, retail, subscription, or multi-channel e-commerce (including Amazon, TikTok Shop, Google Shopping) Experience using AI or automation tools to improve workflows and reduce manual effort What success looks like The online store is accurate, organised, current and easy to manage Product catalogue data is clean, reliable and well maintained Campaigns and assets are turned around within agreed timelines Promotions are uploaded, tested and launched accurately Reporting leads to clear recommendations and better decisions Manual audit effort reduces over time through SOPs, templates or automation Stakeholders have confidence in the store, the data and the way campaign work is coordinated You help make the e-commerce function smarter, cleaner, more scalable over time and ultimately a more profitable channel What’s in it for you First up: we want this role to be one of the best jobs you’ve ever had. That is our commitment to everyone in our team. That does not mean the work will always be easy. It will be detailed, fast-moving and sometimes full of competing priorities. But it will also be rewarding. You’ll be working with a team that genuinely cares about our mission, our customers, our impact, and each other. You’ll have the chance to grow your skills, improve systems, work on meaningful e-commerce projects, and help a purpose-led coffee brand keep building a better online experience. This role will be part of our growing e-com Team. We offer a generous package, Quarterly Performance bonus after probation, HMO Program after one year of tenure, Volunteer and Training Leave, Philippine Public Holidays converted to Annual Leave credits, access to ongoing learning and development, and an Employee Assistance Program. And importantly, you’ll get P&R coffee delivered directly to your place every month. Work schedule This is a full-time independent contractor role, 40 hours per week. The role is remote and based offshore, with working hours to overlap with Sydney business hours Monday to Friday, AEST/AEDT. Specific hours will be agreed based on business needs. Sounds like your kind of role? Send us your resume and cover letter (Resume without cover letters won’t be considered), plus: 1. A link to one live Shopify store you’ve personally built or theme-customised (yours, a client’s, or an employer’s), with a sentence or two on one specific section or page you built using Liquid, HTML or CSS, and why you built it that way. 2. One thing you’d change on ---------- right now, why and how you’d actually build that change in Shopify. Let’s make great coffee easier to find, buy and enjoy. ☕

Graphic Designer - Music Label

Confidential employer

REMOTE GRAPHIC DESIGNER FOR MUSIC LABEL SOCIAL MEDIA TRILLEX Music Group is hiring a high potential graphic designer with strong creative taste who can grow with our design function over time. Your first priority will be owning all visual design for the main TRILLEX Music Group Instagram page. We want someone who understands why a visual works and can help us build a page that feels bold, recognizable, current, and premium. This role is approximately 99% static graphic design. Motion design is a bonus, not a core requirement. Main Instagram page: ---------- ROLE DETAILS Role: Graphic Designer Work type: Full time and remote Schedule: Monday to Saturday Working hours: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Philippine time Break: One hour each workday, not counted as working time Weekly hours: 48 paid working hours Day off: Sunday, fully off Pay: USD 700 per month Trial: Thirty day paid trial at the same USD 700 monthly rate Start: As soon as the right candidate is selected Review: Formal performance review at the end of the paid trial THE OPPORTUNITY The nonnegotiable requirement is simple: you must be exceptional at understanding and executing our visual direction, not only following templates. You do not need to know every music style on day one. You do need excellent design fundamentals, strong taste, and the ability to learn new visual systems quickly. As you prove your quality and consistency, your scope may grow into broader music design, release artwork, and new visual systems across the company. WHAT YOU WILL OWN You will turn approved briefs, references, copy, photos, and campaign ideas into original designs that are ready for publication. Create polished feed posts, full carousels, Story sets, announcement graphics, campaign visuals, artist content, release content, milestone graphics, and results graphics. Protect a consistent visual identity through strong typography, hierarchy, color, composition, spacing, photo treatment, and visual storytelling. Build original concepts and reusable design systems without making the work feel repetitive or template driven. Prepare every design in the correct Instagram format and deliver clean final exports. Keep all editable source files, linked assets, fonts, and final exports organized in the correct Google Drive folders and ClickUp tasks. You will work closely with the Social Media Manager, who will own captions, publishing, and community management while you focus on visual design. Content strategy, calendar approval, analytics, paid advertising, and budgets are also outside your scope. Follow the approved content calendar and complete assigned briefs by their deadlines. Check every artist name, track title, number, logo, image, and other visible detail before submission. Bring strong ideas and visual solutions while respecting that final creative approval stays with Almog. Escalate creative questions to Almog and workflow or deadline blockers to Ayden. Respond professionally to feedback and complete revisions quickly without losing quality. ROLE BOUNDARIES AND WORKFLOW Creative direction and final approval: Almog Operations, workflow, and deadline blockers: Ayden Your responsibility: Visual execution, quality control, exports, organized source files, and early communication when something is unclear or blocked WHAT STRONG PERFORMANCE LOOKS LIKE Strong performance means your work is visually intentional, accurate, reliable, and aligned with the approved brief. Your designs feel modern, premium, and distinctive rather than generic. You can study references, understand the principles behind them, and create original work instead of copying. Your first drafts are thoughtful, accurate, and close to the brief. You bring better ideas when you see an opportunity while still following detailed direction. You are consistent, reliable, organized, honest about progress, and quick to improve from feedback. You care about the quality and consistency of the full Instagram feed, not only one individual post. REQUIREMENTS Your portfolio and actual design ability matter more to us than your degree or number of years in the industry. A strong portfolio showing excellent static graphic design. Strong Adobe Photoshop skills are required. Excellent understanding of typography, composition, color, hierarchy, and brand consistency. Ability to create original work from a brief, not only modify templates. Good written and spoken English. Reliable computer, stable internet connection, and dependable file backup. Ability to work the full stated schedule as your primary job, with no other job or client work during TRILLEX working hours. Willingness to provide all editable source files and protect confidential company information and unreleased artist material. Experience designing for Instagram, music, entertainment, artists, fashion, culture, or youth focused brands is preferred. Motion design ability is welcome but not required. We are open to a high potential designer who has exceptional taste, learns quickly, and can prove the quality of their work. HOW TO APPLY Apply through OnlineJobs.ph and include every item below: 1. Your full name and city in the Philippines. 2. A direct link to your portfolio. 3. Links to your three strongest static social media designs and one complete carousel or visual campaign system. 4. A short explanation of exactly what you created in each example. Clearly disclose any templates, stock assets, collaborators, or AI tools used. 5. After reviewing our main Instagram page, tell us one part of the current visual identity you would preserve and one part you would strengthen. Keep your answer to five sentences. 6. Your Adobe Photoshop experience and the other design tools you use. 7. Confirmation that you can work Monday to Saturday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Philippine time. 8. Confirmation that this would be your primary job and that you will not perform other work during TRILLEX working hours. Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed. Generic applications that do not answer the requested points will not move forward. HIRING PROCESS The hiring process includes a short written screening and a live interview. The selected candidate will then begin a thirty day paid trial at the same USD 700 monthly rate. At the end of the trial, we will review creative quality, taste, consistency, accuracy, speed, communication, organization, reliability, and response to feedback. Continuation is offered only if performance meets the standard of the role. If you are a serious designer with strong taste, high standards, and the hunger to improve quickly, we want to see your work.

Direct Response Video Editor (VSLs + AI Cartoon Videos and other AI style ads + Short form videos)

Confidential employer

DTC / dropshipping brand doing ~$80k/month in revenue Role: Video Editor / AI Video Producer Type: Read this part first We are not looking for someone to "make our videos look nice." We are looking for someone who understands that a video's job is to hold attention and make people buy — and who can build that video end to end, including sourcing or generating every frame of footage inside it. If you need a folder of assets handed to you before you can start editing, this role isn't for you. If you can take a script and a product and come back with a finished, conversion-ready asset, keep reading. Who we are We're a direct response DTC brand currently doing around $200k/month, almost entirely on the back of paid media and creative. Creative is our growth lever. Not the site, not the offer tweaks, not the email flows — the video. That means the editor seat is one of the highest-leverage roles in the company. When a video wins here, it wins loudly and you'll see it in the numbers within days. We're scaling, and we want to stop stitching together freelancers per project. We want one highly skilled person who becomes part of the team, learns our angles and our customer inside out, and gets sharper with every batch we ship. How this role starts (please read carefully) This does not begin as a full-time position, and that's deliberate. We start every editor on a lighter workload — a smaller number of videos per week — for the first stretch. Not because we're testing whether you can hold a job, but because we want to see how you fit: how you take feedback, how you handle a script we hand you, how you communicate when something's unclear, and whether the work holds up once the novelty wears off. It also gives you time to learn our customer, our angles, and what a "winning" video looks like in our account specifically. From there it scales. As the fit proves out and your creatives start performing, the volume goes up, the pay goes up, and the arrangement moves toward a secure, permanent full-time seat — with a defined monthly retainer rather than per-project work. To be clear about what we're offering: Phase 1 — Fit: Lower volume, paid per project or at a smaller retainer. Heavy feedback from us. We're both figuring out if this works. Phase 2 — Ramp: Volume increases, you take on the VSLs and the AI cartoon projects with less hand-holding, pay increases accordingly. Phase 3 — In-house: Full-time, secure retainer, you own the creative pipeline and have real input on direction. Room to grow into a creative lead as we bring on more editors. We're not looking for someone to fill a gap for three months. We're looking for the person who's still here in two years running our creative. The slow start is how we get there without either of us wasting the other's time. If you need immediate full-time income from day one, this probably isn't the right fit right now — and that's fine, just be upfront about it. What you'll actually be making 1. Long-form VSLs (Video Sales Letters) The core of the role. 2–7+ minute sales videos built off scripts we provide. You'll be responsible for: Pacing the entire video so retention doesn't collapse — pattern interrupts, cuts, zooms, motion, sound design, text emphasis, visual proof Sourcing your own b-roll. Stock libraries, licensed footage, UGC-style clips, screen recordings, archival, whatever the script calls for. You find it. You don't ask us to send it. In some cases we will also provide clips and we have a bunch of softwares that you can use to make this process easier aswell. Generating AI video to fill the gaps stock can't cover — visualizing mechanisms, metaphors, before/after states, scenarios that don't exist as footage. Building the visual language for a section, not just laying clips over a voiceover Kinetic text, callouts, subtitles, on-screen proof elements, testimonial treatments Sound design and music that carries emotional beats without burying the VO 2. AI cartoon / animated videos (short form AND long form) We're producing a growing volume of fully AI-generated animated content — story-driven ads, explainer content, character-led narratives. You'll take a script and: Build a consistent character and world (this is the hard part — character consistency across dozens of shots is a real skill and we'll be testing for it) Generate the shots yourself using AI image + video tools Handle lip sync, voiceover, and audio Cut it into a video that actually flows as a story rather than a slideshow of AI clips Deliver in both short form (15–60s, vertical) and long form formats 3. Short form paid ads Hook-first ads for Meta / TikTok. High volume, fast iteration. Multiple hook variants of the same body. You'll be cutting these constantly, and you'll be expected to have opinions about which hooks are worth testing. What we need you to be good at Non-negotiable: Editing that converts, not just editing that looks good. You understand hooks, retention curves, pattern interrupts, why the first 3 seconds d ---------- everything, and how to build toward a CTA. If you've never thought about a video in terms of watch time or CPA, you're not ready for this seat. Sourcing your own footage. Independently. You know where to find good b-roll, Generating AI video yourself. Not "willing to learn" — actually doing it now. You know how to prompt, how to iterate when a generation is wrong, how to maintain consistency, and how to upscale and clean up output so it doesn't look like AI slop. Strong technical craft — clean cuts, deliberate pacing, proper audio levels, colour that matches across mixed sources, subtitles that don't look like an afterthought. Speed. We ship a lot. Quality at volume is the whole game. Ownership. You get a script and a brief and come back with a finished asset. You flag problems early. You don't go quiet for four days. Tools — you should be fluent in most of these or their equivalents: Editing: Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut. AI video: Higgsfield, Veo, Kling, Runway, Sora, Hailuo, Seedance — or whatever you've found works better AI image: Midjourney, Flux, Nano Banana, Ideogram Voice: ElevenLabs or similar Upscaling / cleanup: Topaz, Magnific Bonus: Descript, Adobe Podcast, motion graphics templating, basic scripting/automation for batching Removing text from video: Vmake Nice to have: You've written or restructured direct response scripts before You've worked on offers in health and wellnes niche You can take a competitor's winning ad, break down why it works, and build a better version You track what's new in AI video weekly because you find it genuinely interesting Who this is NOT for Editors who only work from supplied assets People who see AI tools as a threat or a gimmick "Cinematic" editors who make beautiful videos that don't sell Anyone who needs to be chased for updates Agencies or people who'll pass the work to a junior. We want the person doing the work. What you get A real seat on a growing team. We start light on purpose, but the destination is a secure full-time role — and if it works, we build our creative operation around you. Direct feedback loop on your work. You'll see spend, retention data, and CPA on the creatives you cut. Most editors never get this — it's the fastest way to get genuinely good. Budget for tools and subscriptions. We're not going to bottleneck you over a $50/mo AI credit plan. Performance bonuses when your creative becomes a winner. Room to grow into a creative lead role as we scale and bring on more editors under you. Fast decisions. Small team. No layers of approval. How to apply Please follow this exactly — it's the first filter. Send your portfolio. We want to see, specifically: At least one long-form VSL or long-form sales video you cut At least one AI-generated video you produced yourself (cartoon/animated preferred) Short form paid ads if you have them For 2–3 of those videos, tell us in one or two lines each: what the goal was, what you did to hold attention, and any performance numbers you're allowed to share (spend, ROAS, retention, CTR — whatever you have). Tell us your AI stack. Which tools you use for what, and one problem you've solved with them that most people get wrong. Your rate and your realistic capacity — how many long-form videos and how many short form ads per week. Turnaround time on a typical 10-minute VSL, assuming script and VO are provided. Confirm you're okay with the ramp-up structure — starting at lower volume and building toward full-time. One line is enough.
