Creative strategist

NORA Stockholm is looking for a Creative Strategist who can create high-performing, realistic AI ads while maintaining a premium, minimalist Scandinavian beauty aesthetic.

What we’re looking for:

Experience with beauty, skincare or wellness brands, preferably in Europe
Strong ability to create realistic AI UGC and paid social ads
Experience with Higgsfield is required
Strong understanding of both performance marketing and branding
Great visual taste and attention to detail
Fast and clear communication
Most importantly: someone who executes quickly and gets things finished

We care about creative quality, speed and execution — not long presentations or theory.

Test Task

As part of the application process, we will provide you with one of our existing UGC ads.

Your task is to recreate the ad using AI, following the same type of script, message and structure.

The AI-generated video must be in Swedish.

The goal is to show that you can create realistic AI talent and scenes while keeping the ad natural, believable and consistent with NORA Stockholm’s minimalist premium beauty identity.

The test task is unpaid and part of our selection process.
