Part-time Virtual Assistant / Marketing (AU kits & sheds)

Australian steel kit / sheds company needs a part-time VA + marketing person.

We’re Synchro — we sell steel kit homes, sheds, and related construction services in Australia. Still early. Work follows real sales, so we start part-time and grow from there.

Your work

• Draft Facebook Marketplace and group listing copy (kits, sheds, erecting jobs)
• Draft customer replies (Messenger, SMS, email ) in clear Australian English — honest, no hype
• Simple website / landing page copy from our briefs
• Keep a simple lead sheet updated (who asked, what they want, next follow-up)
• Light research (competitors, prices, good local groups to post in)
• Occasional Canva graphics from our templates

Not part of this role

• Logging into our Facebook account, ads billing, or security checks (owner does that)
• Cold-calling Australian customers
• Inventing fake leftover kits, fake locations, or fake prices

Must have

• Strong written English
• Real experience writing Marketplace or Facebook ads that get replies
• Google Docs / Sheets, Canva, email
• Some overlap with Australian Eastern time

Nice to have

• Construction, real estate, or home-services marketing
• WordPress / Hostinger
• Previous Australian clients

Hiring process

Short paid trial first (real listing + lead-sheet task). Then part-time if it fits.
