WHO WE ARE
We are a U.S.-based financial education brand in the passive-income space. Our content runs on X (Twitter ) and Instagram, and every day real prospects send us DMs first. Your job: answer them fast, confirm the basics, and book them into a 10-minute info call with our team. That call does the deep qualifying, not the DM thread. You do not sell. You do not close. You get the right people booked, fast.

THE JOB

• Work inbound DMs on X and Instagram (no cold outreach - they message us first)
• Reply in under 5 minutes during your shift
• Confirm the prospect is based in the USA, politely close out obvious non-fits, and book everyone else
• Book prospects into a 10-minute info call on the team calendar - in the same conversation, not "later"
• Log every conversation and booking (CRM + end-of-day report)

PAY (USD, monthly)
$1,200 base + $5 per booked call, UNCAPPED.

• 5 bookings/day = about $1,700/mo
• 8 bookings/day = about $2,000/mo
• 9+ bookings/day = $2,100+

On-target earnings: $1,700 - $2,100/month.

SHIFTS - WE ASSIGN (hours are U.S. Eastern Time)

• Shift A (Day): 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST = 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM Philippine time
• Shift B (Evening): 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST = 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM Philippine time

5 days per week.

HARD REQUIREMENTS - PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING
1. You have ALREADY set DMs for a coaching, consulting, or info-product offer. This is mandatory. E-commerce customer support is NOT DM setting. Answering "where is my order" for a Shopify store is NOT DM setting. Social media management is NOT DM setting. Running DMs for your own B2C shop does not count. If you have never booked calls from DMs for an actual info or coaching offer, please do not apply.
2. Excellent written American English - your DMs must read native.
3. You can hold your shift, in U.S. Eastern Time, 5 days per week, without exception.
4. Reliable laptop, smartphone, fast internet, and a backup plan for power or internet outages.
