About the Role
We are seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Community, Course & Implementation Specialist to build and prepare Hire Culture’s community and learning ecosystem for launch.
This is a project-based engagement focused on translating our existing community strategy, member journey, processes, policies, learning structure, and content direction into a functional, organized, scalable, and easy-to-manage GHL environment.
The project will include building three GHL communities, the RTM Academy and course environment, workflows and automations, reusable templates, custom domain configuration, testing, documentation, and final handoff.
We are looking for someone who can do more than simply follow instructions. - Build and configure three GHL communities based on Hire Culture’s approved structure and member journey.
- Build the RTM Academy, including course categories, modules, lessons, instructors, resources, and member access.
- Ensure the community and Academy are organized, user-friendly, and scalable.
2. Member & Learning Experience
- Translate the approved member journey into GHL.
- Configure access, navigation, messaging, and learning flows so members clearly understand where to start and what to do next.
- Connect the Community and Academy experience where appropriate.
3. Domains, Workflows & Automations
- Configure and test custom domains/subdomains and required DNS settings.
- Build and test workflows for onboarding, community access, events, courses, notifications, and follow-ups.
- Organize automations so they are easy for the HC team to manage.
4. Templates, Content & Documentation
- Implement HC-provided content, course materials, videos, and resources into GHL.
- Create reusable community, course, and workflow templates for future use.
- Develop clear SOPs for managing members, communities, courses, workflows, and basic system updates.
5. Testing & Handoff
- Test the system from both member and administrator perspectives.
- Identify and resolve issues before launch.
- Provide a final admin walkthrough and complete project handoff to the HC team.

- Experience setting up course structures, modules, lessons, instructors, access, and learning components.
- Experience with custom domains, subdomains, DNS configuration, and GHL domain setup.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, automation, tagging, permissions, and member journeys.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the Hire Culture team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

- Experience creating SOPs and documentation for non-technical teams.
- Experience recommending GHL best practices and improving existing business processes.
- Experience working on project-based GHL implementations from discovery through final handoff.
- Experience supporting organizations with multiple audiences, programs, or communities.
