E-COMMERCE MANAGER, SHOPIFY & CONVERSION Swerv Digital, Full-time, Remote (Philippines), Long-term Do you look at a webshop and immediately see the five things costing the business money? Do you want to work somewhere that hands you a goal instead of a task list, and where AI is not a buzzword but the actual way the work gets done? Swerv Digital is looking for an E-commerce Manager to own Shopify across our client portfolio: builds, migrations, integrations, and a relentless conversion programme that makes stores better month after month. Please read the whole post before applying. We ask for something specific at the bottom, and applications that skip it are not considered. ===================================== THE BASICS ===================================== TYPE: Full-time, long-term. We are not hiring for a project. LOCATION: Remote. You work from the Philippines. SCHEDULE: Fully flexible. You d ---------- when you work. SALARY: 1,000 USD per month to start, paid monthly. GROWTH: Yearly salary re-evaluation plus yearly performance bonuses. TOOLS: We pay for everything you need, including AI subscriptions, software and apps. APPLY TO: ---------- TIMELINE: We are hiring within 1 to 2 weeks. ===================================== HOW WE WORK: YOUR SCHEDULE, ZERO MICROMANAGEMENT ===================================== You d ---------- when you work. Fully flexible. We do not micromanage. Ever. There is no time tracker, no screenshot software, no check-in ritual to prove you were at your desk. We are a small, fast-moving team and that model only functions on trust in both directions. What we care about is output, ---------- ntum and communication. Ship things. Tell us what you are working on. Flag problems early. Be reachable when it matters. Beyond that, structure your days however you actually work best. This is a real advantage and also a real filter. Some people thrive with that much freedom and produce more than they ever did under supervision. Others need external structure to stay in motion, and quietly drift without it. If you are honest with yourself and you are the second type, this will not be a good year for either of us. You should be the kind of person who gets EXCITED reading that paragraph, not nervous. ===================================== ABOUT SWERV DIGITAL ===================================== Swerv Digital is a performance marketing and e-commerce agency based in Aarhus, Denmark. We are a small, tight-knit team, Viktor, Frederik and RJ, and we are looking for someone who will not just fill a role, but genuinely become part of the team for years. RJ, one of our core tea ---------- mbers, is Filipino. Our team already works across time zones and cultures every day, and it works well. We are direct, open and collaborative. You will not be treated as an outsourced pair of hands. You will be a member of the team with real ownership. We work with ambitious e-commerce and service businesses across the Nordics and Europe. Real accounts, real budgets, real revenue on the line. We operate as an outsourced CMO and e-commerce manager rather than a traditional agency. We are paid on performance. Not retainers for activity. Our income is tied to what we actually move for our clients. That shapes everything: what we build, what we ignore, and how we reward the team. WE ARE EXTREMELY HEAVY ON AI We are in the top 1% of companies globally in how deeply we have integrated AI into daily operations. Not "we use ChatGPT sometimes." We mean: An internal data and operations platform that our AI systems query directly 15+ live tool integrations: Shopify, Meta, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Notion, Slack, Ahrefs, Figma and more, all callable by AI agents Structured knowledge systems that let AI produce on-brand, compliant work at volume Automated weekly performance loops that pull data, apply decision rules and produce recommendations before anyone opens a spreadsheet Internal tools we built ourselves for creative intelligence and ad analysis You do not need to have built any of this before. But you do need to WANT to work this way. If AI feels like a threat or a gimmick, you will be miserable here. If it feels like leverage, like the most interesting thing happening in your field, keep reading. You will also get access to tooling and resources most people simply cannot get on their own. That is part of the deal, and part of why we care more about your potential than your CV. Our biggest strength is flexibility. We move fast, constantly test new tools and models, and change how we work as better options emerge. We do not keep old processes for the sake of comfort. ===================================== THE ROLE ===================================== You will own Shopify at Swerv. That means building new stores, migrating stores onto Shopify, wiring up the integration and tracking stack, and running a continuous conversion programme across the portfolio. We already sell Shopify builds, migrations and a monthly Shopify Unlimited service. Today that work is spread across the team. We want one person to take it, own it, and make it better than we could. You will also be expected to build SYSTEMS, not just deliverables. Every migration you run should leave behind a better playbook. Every CRO audit should sharpen the framework. Every repetitive task should end up automated or AI-assisted. That compounding is the whole point. On autonomy: we can give you context, priorities and access. We are not going to hand you a Figma file with every state specced out and a ticket for each button. You get a goal, for example "this store's mobile checkout is leaking, fix it" or "this client needs a B2B setup without Plus budget", and you find the path. Ask sharp questions up front, then go and deliver. We will say it plainly: if you need detailed instructions to feel comfortable, this is the wrong job for you. That is not a criticism. Plenty of excellent people work best that way. We just cannot provide it. ===================================== KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ===================================== SHOPIFY STORE BUILDS Build complete stores from strategy through launch: information architecture, theme setup and customisation, product and collection structure, navigation, checkout flow, launch QA. New brands and full rebuilds of tired existing stores. PLATFORM MIGRATIONS Lead migrations onto Shopify, most often from WooCommerce, Magento or bespoke platforms. Product and customer data, URL and redirect mapping, SEO preservation, payment and subscription continuity, and a launch plan that does not tank traffic. CONVERSION RATE OPTIMISATION Run an ongoing CRO programme across the portfolio. Audit stores, find the friction, form hypotheses, prioritise by expected impact, build the tests, read results honestly, ship the winners. Product page structure and content, cart and checkout flow, upsell and cross-sell mechanics, mobile-first UX, page speed, trust elements, merchandising. INTEGRATIONS AND APP STACK Own the technical plumbing: Klaviyo, payment providers (Shopify Payments, Quickpay, MobilePay, Klarna), shipping and fulfilment (Shipmondo, GLS, PostNord, DAO), ERP and inventory systems, review platforms, loyalty and subscription apps, product feeds for Meta and Google. Learn which apps earn their monthly fee and which are bloat. TRACKING AND DATA INTEGRITY Make sure the numbers we optimise against are real. GA4, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Ads conversion tracking, server-side tracking, Shopify analytics, consent mode and cookie compliance under EU rules. Broken tracking is the most expensive silent problem in e-commerce and you should treat it that way. THEME AND FRONT-END WORK Work confidently in Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Customise themes, build custom sections and blocks, use metafields and metaobjects properly, and learn when a custom build beats a bought theme, and when it does not. AI-ASSISTED SYSTEMISATION Turn what you do into repeatable, AI-supported systems: migration playbooks, CRO audit frameworks, reusable section libraries, automated QA checks, AI workflows that let one person cover a portfolio that would normally need three. You will have real influence over our internal tooling and we expect you to use it. CLIENT COMMUNICATION Talk directly to clients over email and video. Explain technical decisions in plain language, push back when a request is a bad idea, and take ownership when something breaks. ===================================== REQUIREMENTS ===================================== HANDS-ON SHOPIFY EXPERIENCE You have built and worked inside real Shopify stores. You know your way around themes, products and collections, apps, and the admin. You do not need to have launched twenty stores, but you need to have actually shipped, not just studied. FRONT-END SKILLS Comfortable in Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. You can open a theme, understand it, and change it without breaking three other things. You are not intimidated by someone else's messy code. CRO INSTINCT You can look at a store and articulate what is wrong and why, from reasoning rather than a listicle of "17 CRO hacks." If you have not run formal tests before, that is fine, but you should be hungry to learn how to do it properly. YOU GENUINELY LOVE WORKING WITH AI You use it daily. You have opinions about which models are good at what. You have built or automated something yourself, even if it was small and scrappy. When a new tool ships, you have tried it before the newsletter about it arrives. This is not a nice-to-have here. It is how the job gets done. FLUENT ENGLISH, NON-NEGOTIABLE You must be genuinely fluent in written and spoken English. Our entire team communicates in English, and you will be writing to clients and joining video calls directly. If we experience a language barrier in the process, it is not a match. We would rather be blunt about this now than waste your time later. SELF-DIRE

We need ONE brilliant, hard-working mind to train into our next marketing leader. Stop scrolling through mediocre opportunities. This isn't another "marketing and operations manager needed" post. We're an 8-figure health & wellness eCommerce brand - and we're looking for one sharp, organized person to grow with us for years. Most job posts want a specialist. We want a mind we can trust. Here's the truth: we can teach you everything you need to know. Marketing, media buying, copywriting, funnel building, conversion optimization - all of it. What we can't teach is how to think. How to stay organized. How to work hard and figure things out without being told twice. So if you're smart, driven, and hungry to learn - even if you're not a marketing expert yet - keep reading. That's exactly what we're hiring for. The Position: Marketing & Operations Manager (Trained Into Hands-On CMO) The Company: 8-figure health & wellness eCommerce brand (50% Germany, 50% USA) The Niche: Sleep, pain relief, and health products that genuinely change lives Location: 100% Remote Compensation: $1,500/month to start - with no ceiling, really. It goes as far as you take it. What You'll Actually Be Doing This is primarily a hands-on marketing role - with a heavy focus on writing. But you'll also help us build structure, sharpen processes, and grow our team as we scale. You'll be our right hand across the business. Don't worry if some of this is new. As you learn, you'll take on more. Here's what your weeks will eventually look like: Writing scripts, ads, and copy using proven Direct Response principles (this is core - you must love writing) Optimizing conversion rates and running A/B tests that move real numbers Bringing structure and processes into how we run marketing Overseeing video editors - reviewing their work, giving revisions, keeping quality high Editing funnels with drag-and-drop tools Media buying across Meta & Google Ads Product testing using our internal templates Helping build the team as we grow The first weeks and months have one goal: learn as much as humanly possible. The end goal: you become a core operator we rely on completely. Why This Role Is Different We're not looking for someone to fill a seat. We're looking for someone to invest in - and build with for the long haul. You'll be personally trained by us - an 8-figure founding team - in the exact skills that build wealth in this industry: Copywriting (Scripts, Advertorials, VSLs, Native Ads) Media Buying (Meta & Google Ads) Video Editing (Understanding what makes creatives convert) Product Testing (Using our proven internal templates) Funnel Building (Drag-and-drop web design) CVR Optimization (A/B testing and beyond) This is a paid education worth more than any MBA. You don't need to walk in knowing all of this - you need to be the kind of person who can learn it fast. Who We're Actually Looking For Read this carefully, because it matters far more than your résumé: You're genuinely smart. You learn fast and connect dots others miss. This is the #1 thing we care about. You're a strong writer. Your English is flawless, and you genuinely enjoy writing. Non-negotiable. You're organized. You bring order to chaos. Systems and processes come naturally to you. You work hard. Not "I show up" hard - "I obsess over getting it right" hard. You're independent. You don't wait to be told what to do. You find the work and do it. You're loyal. You want to grow WITH a company. We have huge plans for the next few years, and we want someone who wants to be part of that story. We've hired brilliant people from all kinds of backgrounds. What matters most is that you're sharp, driven, and already know your way around the eCommerce or online marketing world. If you need hand-holding, this isn't for you. If you want to plant roots and build something real, keep reading. Minimum Requirements You've worked at an online marketing agency OR an eCommerce brand. This is a must - you already understand how this world works. (Whatever your exact role was - marketing, ops, organization, assistant - we're open.) Fluent, exceptional English - you write clearly and persuasively Comfortable with tools like Shopify, Canva, and social media (you don't need to be an expert - just comfortable and quick to learn) You use AI daily (Claude / ChatGPT) - not occasionally Fluent with modern tools (Slack, Notion, and whatever's new) Notice what's NOT here: years of deep marketing experience. That's what we'll teach you. We care far more about raw intelligence and work ethic than a perfect track record. Why This Changes Your Life For the right person, this isn't a job. It's a partnership. You start at $1,500/month, but for hard workers who prove themselves, there's no ceiling. As we grow, you grow. As the brand grows into a portfolio, so does your role - and your income. We're looking for ONE person. A long-term partner. Someone we can pour knowledge into and build the next chapter with. How to Apply Keep it short and to the point. We only want three things: 1.) Your background: Did you work at an online marketing agency or an eCommerce brand? Tell us your role and what you actually accomplished. 2.) Largest team: What's the biggest team you've managed or coordinated? 3.) Motivation: What makes you want THIS role, long-term? No long essays. Just the essentials, clearly written. We read every application personally. Show us you're the one. Application tip: Show, don't tell. Specific examples beat generic statements. We're hiring ONE person for a long-term partnership. Quality applications only

About the Role: Karmic is a marketing agency that builds and runs organic and paid content programs on Reddit for a portfolio of consumer brand clients. As a Reddit Creative Strategist, you’ll own the day-to-day creative engine behind our clients’ owned subreddits, spotting what’s resonating on the platform right now and shipping polished, native-feeling content that doesn’t read like it came from an AI. This is a hands-on creative and editorial role, not a hands-off one. You’ll lead content strategy, writing, editing, and posting daily across multiple clients’ communities. What You’ll Do: Lead content strategy and writing for each client’s subreddit, drawing on relevant viral Reddit posts, real-time news, and client content to create original, engaging thread ideas grounded in what’s trending right now. Use AI tools to draft first-pass Reddit posts efficiently, treating AI output as a starting point rather than a finished product. Execute significant copy editing on AI-drafted content to eliminate any evidence of AI writing, rebuild genuine emotional resonance, and craft hooks that open curiosity loops to maximize engagement, since a post’s performance lives or dies on its first line. Execute posting and ongoing maintenance of client threads, building and growing each community over time. Stay closely attuned to the culture and norms of each subreddit you work in, adjusting tone and format so content reads as native rather than promotional. Monitor content performance and feed learnings back into the broader strategy. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in content marketing, growth marketing, or brand strategy, ideally in a writing-heavy capacity rather than an oversight-only role. Exceptional written English skills. Strong, demonstrable editing instincts: you can take a rough or AI-generated draft and make it read like a real person wrote it, catching not just obvious AI patterns but anything that just sounds unnatural. Genuine fluency in Reddit as a platform: how different subreddits’ cultures and norms differ, what makes a post get buried versus take off, and what reads as authentic versus promotional. Comfort working across multiple client accounts and brands at once, adapting voice and subject matter for each. Sharp copywriting instincts, particularly for hooks and headlines that create real curiosity without tipping into clickbait. Ability to work efficiently with AI drafting tools while holding a high editorial bar, treating AI as a tool rather than a shortcut around craft. Comfortable with a fast-moving, real-time content cadence tied to news cycles and trending conversations. Experience working with tech brands and early-stage U.S. startups. Ability to work independently. Nice to Have: Experience writing content in a marketing agency. Experience running or growing a brand’s (or your own) presence on Reddit specifically, not just general social media. Familiarity with content performance metrics beyond vanity numbers, such as comment quality, share of voice, and sentiment. Background in copywriting, journalism, or content marketing. ALL APPLICATIONS MUST CONTAIN REAL WRITING SAMPLES FROM THE LAST 6 MONTHS - PLEASE INCLUDE

About AIK Property Group AIK Property Group is a residential real estate development company based in New York. We acquire, renovate, and sell homes while working closely with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, title companies, municipalities, nonprofit organizations, and housing grant agencies. We're looking for an experienced Real Estate Closing Coordinator who can take ownership of the transaction process and ensure every deal moves efficiently from contract execution to a successful closing. This is not an entry-level position. We're seeking someone who already understands U.S. residential real estate transactions and can demonstrate that experience. --- Your Mission Your job is simple: Keep every transaction moving toward closing. You'll be responsible for coordinating multiple active transactions, anticipating issues before they become delays, following up relentlessly, and ensuring every party involved remains accountable. You should always know: Which transactions are on track. Which transactions are at risk. What documents or approvals are outstanding. Who is responsible for the next action. What needs to happen today to move every file forward. We're looking for someone who takes ownership—not someone who waits for instructions. --- Key Responsibilities Coordinate residential real estate transactions from executed contract through closing. Manage multiple active transactions while maintaining accuracy and organization. Maintain transaction timelines and monitor all critical deadlines. Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, title companies, municipalities, contractors, grant administrators, and internal team members. Collect, organize, review, and track all required transaction documentation. Proactively identify and resolve issues that could delay closing. Maintain complete and organized transaction records. Provide accurate and timely updates on every active transaction. Ensure every transaction continues progressing until funding and closing are complete. --- What We're Looking For The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of: U.S. residential real estate transactions Contract-to-close coordination Title and attorney coordination Lender communication and requirements Closing timelines and deadlines Document collection and compliance Managing multiple transactions simultaneously You should also be comfortable learning and working within AIK Property Group's systems, including the Greater Capital Association of REALTORS® (GCAR) platform and other transaction management tools used by our team. --- Minimum Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating U.S. residential real estate transactions. Proven ability to successfully manage multiple active transactions simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Highly dependable, responsive, and detail-oriented. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. --- Application Requirements We value demonstrated experience over résumé claims. To be considered, your application must include all of the following: Updated résumé. Brief cover letter summarizing your real estate closing experience. Supporting evidence that demonstrates your transaction coordination experience. Examples of acceptable supporting evidence include: Redacted closing checklists you managed. Sample transaction timelines. Screenshots of transaction pipelines or dashboards (with confidential information removed). Process documentation you created or maintained. Other work samples that clearly demonstrate your role in coordinating residential real estate closings. Please remove or redact all confidential client information before submitting any documentation. Applications submitted without supporting evidence will not be reviewed. --- Interview Process Qualified applicants will be invited to participate in a Transaction Case Review During this session, you will be asked to share your screen and walk us through a completed transaction that you coordinated (using a redacted file or recreated workflow if necessary). You should be prepared to explain: How the transaction progressed from contract to closing. The major milestones and deadlines. Challenges encountered during the process. How those challenges were resolved. How you kept all parties accountable. How you organize and prioritize multiple active transactions. This is not intended to test memorization. We want to understand how you think, communicate, solve problems, and manage real-world transactions. --- What Success Looks Like A successful Closing Coordinator: Keeps transactions moving without constant supervision. Anticipates issues before they become closing delays. Maintains proactive communication with every stakeholder. Keeps organized and accurate transaction files. Meets deadlines consistently. Takes ownership of every transaction from contract to closing. When someone asks about the status of a file, you already know the answer. --- Who Will Thrive in This Role You'll be a great fit if you are: Proactive. Organized. Reliable. Detail-oriented. Accountable. Calm under pressure. Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership. Committed to delivering successful closings—not simply completing assigned tasks. --- How to Apply Please email your application to: ---------- Required Email Subject Format Closing Coordinator – F. LAST NAME Example: `Closing Coordinator – J. DELA CRUZ` Applications that do not follow the required subject format or do not include the requested supporting documentation may not be considered. --- Our Hiring Philosophy At AIK Property Group, we hire based on capability, ownership, reliability, and demonstrated experience—not résumé claims alone. If you're someone who takes pride in keeping transactions organized, solving problems before they become obstacles, and ensuring every closing reaches the finish line, we'd love to hear from you.

Hey! Real human here, not a faceless agency. I run a small, growing business in the car world. We find people selling their cars privately, have a friendly chat with them, and connect them to buyers who want those cars. Think of it as matchmaking for used vehicles. Nobody gets scammed, everybody wins, and it's honestly kind of fun once you get the hang of it. I need someone to be my right hand on the messaging side. This is the engine of the whole business, and right now I'm the engine, which means I never get to sleep. That's where you come in. What you'll actually do: Message people selling cars on Facebook Marketplace. Friendly opener, a couple of easy questions (is it still available, any accidents, how are the tires and brakes, are they open to offers). Keep conversations going and be quick to reply. Speed matters here. As you get the hang of it: help spot good cars, gather the details, and pass the hot ones over to me. Who I'm looking for: You write English like a real North American texting a friend. Casual, warm, a little personality. NOT stiff, NOT formal, NOT "Dear valued seller, I hope this message finds you well." If you just cringed at that sentence, we're going to get along. You're reliable and you actually reply fast. If you disappear for six hours, this isn't the gig. You follow instructions exactly, even the boring ones. Especially the boring ones. Bonus points if you've used Facebook Marketplace before, but I'll teach you everything. The deal: Full-time, long-term. I'm looking for someone to grow with, not a one-week fling. $500/MONTH(CAD) to start, paid weekly. Raises come fast once you prove you're solid. I'd rather pay a great person more than babysit a cheap one. Commission structure will be brought in quickly. If you help sell more, you make more! I'll train you properly. For the first bit I'll review your work daily, not to breathe down your neck, but because the messaging is an art and I want you to be great at it. Nail it, and you earn more freedom and more money. To apply, read carefully, this is the test: Start your message with the word "MUSTANG" so I know you actually read this. Then tell me: One sentence about yourself the way you'd text a friend, and why you'd be a good fit. The short version of your long-term plans and goals. Tell me about the last thing that made you laugh. That's it. No résumé wall, no life story. If you follow these few steps, you're already ahead of 80% of applicants. If you don't, I'll never see your message, so don't skip 'em. Talk soon, Jason
