💼 Position: Medical Biller

Work Schedule: 8:35 AM–12:35 PM EST
Employment: Part-Time
Rate:$4–$6/hour

🔎 What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of medical billing experience
• Strong experience with insurance claims, denials, rejections, and A/R follow-up
• Familiarity with commercial and managed-care insurance
• Experience with:

• Aetna
• UnitedHealthcare (UHC)
• Ambetter
• WellCare
• Cigna
• BCBS
• Sunshine Health
• Other commercial insurance plans

• Athenahealth (Athena) experience is highly preferred

• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, EOBs/ERAs, and insurance billing processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Reliable internet connection and work-from-home setup

*English Proficiency (C2-Advanced)
*Accounting graduate is an advantage, but no required
*HIPAA Certified

⭐ We Prefer Candidates Who Have:

✔ Hands-on experience with Athenahealth
✔ Experience managing 120+ day A/R aging
✔ Strong denial and claims follow-up experience
✔ Experience working with a U.S. primary care or outpatient medical practice
