AI Talking Head Video Creator NEEDED - Gut Health & Healthy Living

We’re looking for a talented AI Video Creator / Script Writer / Video Editor to join us long-term and create high-quality 15-minute YouTube videos focused on gut health, healthy living, nutrition, and improving quality of life.

This is NOT a role where we want someone generating a generic AI script, throwing an AI avatar on screen for 15 minutes, and calling it finished.
We want genuinely valuable, engaging videos that people actually want to watch.

YOUR ROLE
You will handle the video from research through to the finished edit.
For each video, you will:
Research the topic properly
Use Claude to help develop and write the script
Rewrite and improve the script so it does NOT sound like AI
Fact-check important health information
Add useful information, practical tips, examples, and explanations
Create the AI talking-head sections
Find relevant stock footage and supporting clips
Mix talking-head footage, B-roll, stock footage, graphics, text, and other visuals
Edit everything into a polished approximately 15-minute YouTube video
SCRIPT QUALITY IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT

I do not want AI slop.

Claude can be used as a tool, but you need to understand how to turn the initial output into something that sounds natural, informative, and engaging.
The viewer should finish the video feeling like they actually learned something useful.

Scripts should have:
A strong opening hook
Good pacing
Natural transitions
Interesting facts and explanations
Actionable advice
Pattern interrupts to maintain retention
Minimal repetition
No obvious AI phrases or filler
No constantly repeating the same point using different words
The target audience is primarily adults interested in improving their gut health, energy, diet, longevity, and overall quality of life.

VIDEO STYLE
You will be given a reference channel to follow.
The videos will generally include a mixture of:
AI Talking Head
The presenter appears throughout the video rather than simply being used for the intro.
(We will give you a person)
B-Roll & Stock Footage
Relevant footage should visually demonstrate what the presenter is discussing.
AI-Generated Clips
When appropriate, generated visuals can be used to make explanations more interesting.
Including ai picture of our character, image to video generator, we need it to look real
Text / Graphics
Important information can be reinforced visually without overcrowding the screen.
The final result should feel like a professionally produced health YouTube channel — not a 15-minute AI avatar reading a script.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You should have experience with some combination of:
AI talking-head/avatar tools
Claude
AI video generation
Video editing
Stock footage sourcing
Script writing
YouTube audience retention
Health/wellness content
You must also have a good eye for editing and understand when to show the talking head and when to cut away to supporting footage.
Attention to detail is extremely important.
LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY
This is not intended to be a one-off project.
We are building a new channel and are looking for someone who can become a long-term member of the team.
If the videos perform well and you consistently produce high-quality work, there will be plenty of ongoing work available.
We care much more about finding someone reliable who wants to improve with the channel than someone who rushes videos out as quickly as possible.
We plan to post 3 per week at least
