Your daily responsibilities would include: Maintenance / Repairs Co-ordinator liaising with tradesmen and tenants for access and describing issues Respond to tenant maintenance issues via email , text message and calls -Co-ordinating these issues with tradesmen, property owners, property agents and keeping track of them -Follow our "handbooks" on resolving common issues by property you'll be working in a team of others doing the same roles (also tea ---------- mbers from the Philippines) Skills/Experience We are invested in our tea ---------- mbers’ success. You will go really far if you have: -Experience in real estate / co-ordinating maintenance issues is a big plus -Experience in other related fields is great too e.g. if you’re a handy person yourself or you feel confident describing issues to tradesmen etc -A great communicator with a practical mind -Calm and collected under pressure let us know if you speak other languages (not essential!)
