Full-Time Social Media Manager & E-commerce Sales Assistant (Hair/Beauty Niche)

About Us:
We are Becks Hair ( ---------- ), an established UK-based premium online business specializing in 100% luxury virgin human hair extensions, bundles, frontals, closures, and glueless wigs. The business owner is a full-time paediatric nurse, so we are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive professional to take full ownership of our daily online operations and sales growth.

What You Will Do:

• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook pages. Post high-converting content daily using raw assets (client photos and video clips) provided by our team.
• Video Editing & Strategy: Edit engaging Reels/TikToks using trending UK audio, strong 3-second hooks, and clear calls-to-action (CTAs) that convert views into buyers.
• WordPress Management: Log into our WordPress/WooCommerce backend to update product listings, ensure smooth operation, and install plugins (such as a Google Reviews widget to display our 5-star customer testimonials).
• Active Sales & Outreach: Actively engage with potential customers in the DMs and comment sections. Reach out to 15–20 UK beauty influencers, bridal stylists, and local mobile hairdressers daily to pitch collaborative opportunities.
• Community Marketing: Group share our real customer transformations into relevant UK fashion, beauty, and local buy/sell networks on Facebook .

Required Experience:

• Proven experience managing and growing social media channels specifically in the hair, wig, beauty, or fashion niche (Portfolio required).
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Proficient with WordPress / WooCommerce backend management.
• Excellent written English and exceptional direct-message (DM) customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation & Perks:

• Base Salary: ₱18,000 - ₱25,000 PHP/month (depending on experience) paid monthly.
• Plus 10% Sales Commission on every order generated through your unique social media tracking codes!
