Full-Time Sales Rep (Remote): DM Sales for Creator-Economy Tech

We're Team Lux, the pitching service for influencers, looking for a hungry, ambitious, charismatic, and energetic sales rep.

The role (full-time, remote, long-term):

• Run our Instagram DM sales pipeline end to end: outreach to UGC creators and influencer, qualify, answer questions, close via checkout link.
• Handle inbound leads from our content and campaigns with fast, personal replies.
• Occasional Zoom touchpoints with warmer leads, so you're comfortable on camera when it counts.
• Work from our FAQ playbook (every objection has a written answer).
• Log everything: conversations, objections, outcomes. Your notes make the whole system smarter.

Your KPIs are clear from day one:

• 50+ new outreach conversations per day (monitored manually + Manychat)
• Reply to every inbound lead within 5 minutes during your shift
• As weeks progress, email and text sales are added.

Weekly report: conversations, replies, closes, objections heard

Compensation: monthly base salary + $10 commission per activated member (they paid and went through onboarding) + $150 bonus every time one of your members upgrades to our high-tier program. Commissions are uncapped. First 30 days are a paid trial period with the targets above; hit them and the seat is yours long-term. No Commission Bonus on the first 30 days. You need to win a long term contract first!

Who we're looking for:

• Flawless conversational English, written and spoken. Your DMs are the product's first impression. Audio messages are very common.
• Genuinely personable. Creators buy from people they like. If your messages read like a script, this isn't your role.
• You know the creator economy, or can learn it in a week: brand deals, UGC, gifting, rates
• Fast and reliable. Online during agreed hours, replies on time, every day. We track response speed.
• Comfortable on camera for the occasional Zoom call
• Stable internet, quiet setup, and you manage your own tools without hand-holding

Hours: full-time, 40 hrs/week, possibly more. US time zone.
