Cold Call / Appointment Setting VA — Data Center Recruiting (Part-Time, $4/hr)

COMPANY: Whitespace Talent — critical facilities / data center recruiting.

SCHEDULE & PAY:

• $4/hour, part-time, approximately 4 hours/day, Monday–Friday.
• Must overlap the 8am–5pm US Central window.

DUTIES:

• Cold call MEP contractors and commissioning firms from GHL Smart Lists.
• Work gatekeepers, reach decision-makers, and book callbacks.
• Tag outcomes in the CRM (Attempted → Gatekeeper → DM Reached → etc.).
• Light admin: Google Sheets, email , and a daily dial report.

MUST HAVE:

• Very fluent English, clear accent, and confidence on the phone.
• Cold calling or appointment-setting experience (B2B preferred).
• Quiet workspace and noise-canceling headset.
• Stable internet plus backup power/internet.
• Available about 4 hours/day in the US Central window above, Monday–Friday.
• Comfortable with Google Sheets, email , and a basic CRM; GHL (GoHighLevel) is a plus, and willingness to learn is required.
