Content & Marketing Virtual Assistant (SEO, Blog & Social Media)

Confidential employer

I'm looking for a part-time Content & Marketing VA to help me manage the content for my personal website. I regularly publish articles about marketing, websites, landing pages, business and entrepreneurship, and I'm looking for someone who can eventually help me manage more of the content process from research all the way to publishing and repurposing. Currently, I have a number of existing articles that need help with uploading images, captions and alt text. From there, I'd like to gradually hand over more of my content workflow if we work well together. Some of the things you'll help me with include: Uploading and formatting blog articles in GoHighLevel Uploading images and adding appropriate captions and alt text Scheduling and publishing articles Keyword and SEO research for upcoming articles Researching article topics and gathering useful information Preparing article outlines based on research and search intent Writing and editing articles while following my writing style Adding internal links, images, meta titles/descriptions and other on-page SEO elements Repurposing published articles into Instagram/Facebook and LinkedIn posts Creating simple Canva graphics/images to accompany articles and social media posts Other content, marketing or website-related tasks as needed I'm not looking for someone who simply follows instructions without thinking. There will be tasks where I'll give you specific instructions, but I'd also like someone who can research, make suggestions, spot something that doesn't look right and ask questions when needed. You would be a good fit if you are: A strong English writer and editor Comfortable doing online and SEO research Organized and detail-oriented Proactive and able to work independently Good at communicating and providing updates Comfortable asking questions when you're unsure Able to follow instructions while also thinking critically about the task Reliable with deadlines without needing constant reminders Experience with GoHighLevel, Canva, ChatGPT and Google Workspace would be helpful. Experience with ClickFunnels and SEO tools is a bonus. I do use AI in my own work and I'm happy for you to use AI as a tool too, but I'm not looking for someone who relies entirely on AI-generated content. You should be able to research, write, edit and make your own judgement about whether something actually makes sense and is useful to the reader. There are no fixed working hours. You can generally work on your own schedule as long as we communicate well and agreed deadlines are met. This will start as a small part-time role of approximately 5–10 hours per week at USD $5–6/hour, depending on experience. If we work well together, I'm definitely open to this becoming a longer-term role with more hours and responsibilities over time.

Research, Clean & Enrich Lead - B2B / M&A Data Operations

Confidential employer

Research, Clean & Enrich Lead - B2B / M&A Data Operations Full-time | Remote | Philippines $1,000–$1,200 USD/month to start We’re a U.S.-based M&A firm. Private equity firms and other buyers hire us to find companies they may want to acquire. A buyer might ask us to find commercial HVAC companies, electrical testing businesses, ITAD/electronics recycling companies, control systems integrators, or another very specific type of company. They give us a detailed mandate: what the company needs to do, geography, approximate size, end markets, what qualifies, what doesn’t, etc. We need someone to own the Research → Clean → Enrich side of that process. This is not an appointment-setting job and it’s not a basic “export a list from Apollo” role. The job is to take a mandate and figure out the best way to build a large, accurate list of companies that actually fit it, then identify the right owner/founder/CEO and enrich the contact data. The two things we care about most are: 1. Lead quality Are these actually the right companies, the right size, and the right people? 2. Cost per qualified lead Can we produce high-quality data without wasting money on unnecessary tools, credits, or manual work? For each company, we generally want: Company name Website Company LinkedIn Short description of what they do Approximate size / size proxy Owner / Founder / CEO Personal LinkedIn Verified email Mobile number when possible A big part of the role is figuring out where the companies actually are. Apollo is useful, but we don’t want someone who only knows Apollo. Depending on the industry, the best sources might be: Industry associations Certification or accreditation directories Trade organizations Member directories Government or licensing databases Trade show exhibitor lists Niche databases Google LinkedIn Apollo Scraped websites/directories Other industry-specific sources You should be comfortable combining several sources, cleaning the data, removing duplicates, and building a much more complete company universe. You’ll also help decide which companies actually fit the mandate. We use AI heavily, but we do not want someone who blindly runs everything through ChatGPT or Claude and trusts the output. The right person should understand how to combine: AI Automation Rules Human review For example, maybe obvious bad fits can be removed automatically, obvious good fits can pass, and ambiguous companies go into a human-review bucket. You should also be comfortable with company sizing. Most of the companies we research are private, so revenue and EBITDA databases are often wrong. We may use things like LinkedIn employee count, locations, industry-specific thresholds, and other public signals instead. On the enrichment side, you should understand waterfalls. We don’t want to run every contact through the most expensive provider first. You should understand how to test different providers, send failures to the next provider, verify the results, and figure out the best mix of cost and coverage. You do not need to know every tool below, but experience with several of these is a strong plus: Clay Apollo LinkedIn Sales Navigator Prospeo LeadMagic BetterContact Datagma Hunter RocketReach ContactOut Apify ChatGPT Claude Perplexity Google Sheets / Excel Zapier Make n8n APIs / Webhooks Basic Python or JavaScript is a bonus. What matters more than knowing a specific tool is understanding how the whole system works. We’re looking for someone who: Has built B2B research / list-building / enrichment workflows before Understands enrichment waterfalls Knows how to research obscure industries Is comfortable with AI and automation Understands basic APIs and data workflows Can clean and deduplicate messy data Thinks about cost, not just output volume Can work independently Communicates clearly Makes recommendations instead of waiting for step-by-step instructions Is willing to replace our current tools/process if there is a better way Initial volume will be around 5,000 qualified leads per month, and that will grow. We pay separately for approved software, data providers, enrichment credits, etc. There is room for more responsibility and higher compensation if you build this well and become the person who owns the function. To apply Please don’t send a generic cover letter. Start your application with the word WATERFALL and answer these questions: 1. We need 5,000 U.S. acquisition targets per month across several niche industries. Apollo only gives us part of the market. Where else would you look for companies? 2. We collect 8,000 companies from several sources, but only 3,000 actually fit the buyer’s criteria. How would you build a process to qualify them using AI, automation, rules, and human review? 3. How would you clean and deduplicate company data collected from multiple sources? 4. Design a basic enrichment waterfall for 5,000 U.S. contacts where we need LinkedIn, verified email , and preferably mobile numbers. Which tools would you consider and why? 5. How would you calculate the total cost per qualified usable lead? 6. Tell us about the most sophisticated research / list-building / enrichment system you have personally built. Include the volume, tools, what you built yourself, what you automated, and anything you changed or improved. 7. What monthly salary are you looking for? Research finalists will receive a paid project. Apply here: ----------

We are looking for a video editor who edits DIRECT-RESPONSE ads — ads built to sell, not showreels. WHAT YOU WILL DO Edit 3 to 6 short ads per week (15 to 90 seconds) for Facebook , Instagram and TikTok Work from the assets we send you: product clips, stock footage, screen recordings, AI generated clips and voice-overs, plus a written script and a reference ad Cut fast, hook-first edits: strong first 2 seconds, scene changes every 1 to 3 seconds, clear subtitles, sound effects, zooms, b-roll and simple graphics Build variations of a winning ad: new hooks, new intros, new end cards, different lengths and aspect ratios (9:16, 4:5, 1:1) Add clean English captions that match the voice-over word for word Keep each product's edits consistent with the brand look we give you WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU A portfolio of performance ads you edited yourself (Facebook , TikTok or YouTube ads). After Effects is a plus Reliable turnaround: first draft within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the brief and assets You communicate daily, ask questions when a brief is unclear, and deliver on the agreed day NICE TO HAVE Experience with AI tools for creative production: HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Runway, Kling, Midjourney or similar Experience with UGC style editing and talking-head ads Experience with older audiences (45+), where clarity beats fast trendy edits HOW WE HIRE 1. You send your portfolio and answer the questions below 2. We send you a PAID trial task: one reference ad, one script and the product assets. You rebuild it for our product 3. If the trial is good, we start with 3 to 6 ads per week and grow from there PAY Starting rate: $4.50/hour, around 20 hours per week. The trial task is paid at the same rate. We review your rate after the first month and again after three months. If your work is good and your turnaround is reliable, your rate goes up step by step. We would rather keep one good editor for a long time than switch every few months. On top of that we pay a bonus for every ad that becomes a winner and gets scaled. Payment weekly or twice a month, whichever you prefer. HOW TO APPLY Reply with: 1. Your portfolio links (2 to 4 performance ads you edited, with a one-line note on what you did) 2. Your weekly availability, and confirm the starting rate works for you 3. The software you use 4. Start your reply with the word ORANGE so we know you read the whole post 5. One short answer: what makes the first 2 seconds of an ad work? Applications without portfolio links will not be reviewed.

WordPress & Marketing Systems VA — Australian Law Firm (Long-Term)

Confidential employer

ABOUT US We are a boutique Australian law firm based in Sydney, with offices in Beecroft and the Blue Mountains. We help people with wills and estates, property and conveyancing, and business law. We are looking for someone to take ownership of the technical side of our marketing — the website, the email systems, and the automations behind them. This is a long-term part-time role, commencing with more hours on a backlog project. If it works well, hours and scope could grow. WHAT THE FIRST 90 DAYS LOOK LIKE We have just opened a second office and we have a clear backlog of work ready for you — a booking system to check, location pages to build out, technical SEO to fix, and a content pipeline to get running. You will not be sitting waiting for tasks. WHAT YOU WILL DO Website (WordPress) 1. Practical improvements to our existing WordPress site: such as clearer call-to-action buttons, additional book-an-appointment buttons, possibly more modern page layouts 2. Publish blog articles to our blog grid, formatted properly with images and internal links for SEO. Develop further so blogs can be sorted by category. 3. Enhance the location pages for our two offices and the suburbs we service 4. Check the set up of our appointment booking using Microsoft Bookings (we are on Microsoft 365) — multiple staff, two office locations, synced to Outlook calendars. Add a booking button to the site header and a sticky call/book bar on mobile 5. Build proper Contact, Our Team and individual solicitor pages (our navigation currently uses homepage anchors) 6. Publishing lead magnets: such as a downloadable guide in return for email addresses. 7. On-page SEO: titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, internal linking, schema where relevant 8. Add structured data (schema) to the site: Legal Service for both office locations, Person for each solicitor, FAQ Page on service pages, and Aggregate Rating for our Google reviews 9. Audit our Google Tag Manager and Analytics setup — we currently have two containers firing and suspect we are double-counting 10. Build and maintain Google Business Profiles for both offices, including posts, photos and Q&A 11. Fix legacy issues as you find them: internal links using http instead of https, mixed-content images, outdated footer content, duplicated page sections 12. Keep plugins, backups and page speed in order 13. General maintenance. You audit. We do not want to be the ones who discover a broken contact link six months from now. We expect you to check things, find problems, and raise them Email and automation 1. Set up automated email nurture sequences for new leads in MailChimp. You don’t necessarily need to write the copy – we can arrange for someone else to do that if it isn’t your skillset. 2. Build forms and landing pages for lead magnets, and connect them to the right list and sequence 3. Set up and maintain tracking so we can see what is actually working Other 1. Connect our Instagram account to our Facebook page so content posts to both 2. Upload webinar recordings to our YouTube channel with titles, descriptions and thumbnails 3. General "make this work properly" tasks as they come up 4. Might possibly assist with Google ads in time, but this is not priority just now OUR SETUP WordPress, built with Themify, hosted on Siteground SEO plugin: YOAST. Forms: Themify Microsoft 365 for email and calendars. MailChimp for marketing email . Canva for graphics Tell us honestly how comfortable you are with our page builder. This is critical. We would rather know upfront than find out in week three WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Demonstrated hands-on WordPress experience — you can edit layouts, fix things that break, and make a page look good without a developer Practical on-page SEO knowledge Experience building email automations in MailChimp, or a very close equivalent you can show us Good written English. You will not be writing our marketing copy, but you will be writing to us every day You tell us when something is a bad idea, rather than just doing it, and make suggestions as to what we might need Reliable. We would rather have someone steady for three years than someone brilliant for three months You will have access to our website, email systems and marketing tools. You will not have access to client files or matters, but you will sign a confidentiality agreement before we start. We are a law firm and we take this seriously Nice to have: Google Analytics/Search Console, Canva, basic HTML/CSS, experience with professional services or legal clients. HOURS Phase 1: approximately 80–100 hours over the first 8 weeks (around 12–15 hours per week) to clear a defined backlog. Phase 2: ongoing maintenance and publishing at around 10 hours per week. Some overlap with Sydney business hours preferred You must remain contactable, and in regular contact ₱425–600/hr, paid in AUD HOW TO APPLY Applications that ignore these steps will not be read. 1. Put "WORDPRESS - BEECROFT" in your subject line. 2. Send us your CV so we can learn more about you and your skills and experience 3. Send us links to two WordPress sites you have worked on, and tell us in one or two sentences what you specifically did on each. 4. Go to ---------- and spend ten minutes on it. Tell us the three things you would fix first and why. Be specific and be blunt — we are not looking for compliments. 5. Tell us what email platforms you have built automations in. 6. Tell us your available hours in Sydney & Philippine time.

Social Media & Content Assistant for Music/Spirituality

Confidential employer

I’m a professional musician, composer, performer, and spiritual teacher looking for a creative and reliable part-time assistant to help grow my online presence and support my offerings. A major part of the role will be content creation and social media management. I have a large amount of footage from concerts, performances, talks, spiritual teachings, and other content. It is important that this person has a genuine understanding of or interest in music, spirituality, meditation, consciousness, tarot, personal growth, or related subjects. I want someone who can understand what I’m communicating and develop a feel for my voice, rather than simply making generic social media content. The role may also include helping promote my music, events, sessions, programs and other offerings, creating or sending promotional newsletters, basic email /outreach, organizing content, and occasional light administrative tasks. I’m especially looking for someone who can eventually work independently. I don’t want to choose every clip or supervise every post. I want someone who develops an understanding of my work and can recognize what is compelling, beautiful, meaningful, and worth sharing. Experience with short-form video editing and social media is important. Please send examples of content you have created or edited and tell me briefly about your experience or personal interest in music and spirituality.
