ABOUT THE ROLE We run a DTC e-commerce brand and we grow it with organic short-form video. Every video is made with AI — AI presenters, AI voices, no filming, no shipping product to influencers. You own the entire production. Not "assist with." Own. You research what's working, write the script, build the prompt, generate the video, judge whether it's good, re-roll it until it is, edit it, caption it, and post it. We approve the claims you're allowed to make and the product facts. Everything else is yours. This is a volume game. We're not making one perfect video a week. We're making a lot of videos, killing the ones that don't work fast, and doubling down on the angles that do. YOUR DAILY LOOP Research — study what's performing in our niche and adjacent ones on TikTok. Save the hooks and formats that stop the scroll. Write — script it yourself. Hook in the first two seconds, one clear idea, natural spoken language with filler words left in. 15–30 seconds. Prompt — build the Seedance 2.5 prompt: presenter, setting, camera behavior, gestures, eyeline, audio, and the script as spoken dialogue. We'll train you on the format. Generate — run it on kie.ai with our presenter reference images. Judge it honestly — most first generations are not good enough. Face drifted, voice too announcer-y, dead eyes, mouth out of sync, background melted. Iterate — change the prompt, not just the seed. Re-roll until it passes. This is the actual skill in this job. Edit — CapCut. Hard cuts, burned-in captions matching the audio exactly, cutdowns. Post — upload to TikTok and Instagram with the AI-generated content label toggled ON, every time. Log — production tracker: script, angle, hook type, generations used, credits spent, post time, 48-hour performance. WHAT MAKES SOMEONE GOOD AT THIS The rare skill isn't generating video. It's looking at a clip that's pretty good and knowing it isn't good enough, then knowing which words in the prompt to change. You'll re-roll the same ad six times to fix an eyeline. If that sounds tedious rather than satisfying, this isn't your role. Second thing: taste. You'll write hundreds of scripts. The ones that work sound like a real person talking, not like an ad. TOOLS kie.ai — Seedance 2.5. Form interface: prompt, reference_image_urls, aspect ratio, duration. Any AI video experience transfers (HeyGen, Arcads, Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, Veo). ChatGPT image generation / Nano Banana — presenter and background reference images CapCut — edit, caption, cutdown TikTok + Instagram — native posting Google Sheets / Drive — tracker and asset library TikTok Creative Center or Kalodata — competitive research THE CLAIMS RULES — READ THIS TWICE You write the scripts. You do not invent what the product does. We'll give you an approved claims sheet and a banned-words list. Those are the boundaries, and they're not negotiable: Only claims on the approved sheet. If a hook needs a claim that isn't on it, ask — don't write it and hope. No health, medical, cure, treatment, or disease claims. Ever. Not "helps with," not "may support," not implied through before/afters or symptoms. No income, earnings, or savings claims. No "clinically proven," "FDA approved," "doctor recommended," "#1," or "guaranteed" unless it's on the sheet with substantiation. Our presenter is never a customer. She never says she bought it, used it, or got a result. She's a brand presenter talking about the product. This is the single most important rule in the job. No real people, no celebrities, no competitor brand names, no borrowed footage. AI label on every upload. A video that breaks these is worse than no video. One of them can cost us the account. REQUIREMENTS Fluent, natural written English — you're writing spoken dialogue for a US audience, and it has to sound American, not translated You watch a lot of TikTok and can explain why a specific video worked Extremely process-driven, and comfortable with repetitive iteration Some overlap with US hours Internet that can upload video reliably all day Bonus: you've run a short-form account of your own, in any language

ABOUT US HeartStamp is a US greeting card and gifting brand for Millennials and Gen Z who think traditional cards are generic and emotionally hollow. We make printed cards and interactive Digital 3D cards. We are small, fast, and fully remote. THE ROLE IN ONE SENTENCE We already make the art. We need someone to make it move. Our designers create the illustrations, card designs, and art direction. Your job is to take those finished static assets and turn them into polished animated pieces for social, website hero panels, and potentially the Digital 3D cards themselves. You are not expected to concept visuals from scratch. Creative direction and source assets come to you. You own the motion, and we want you to push the work further than we asked for. WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO Animate still images and illustrations: create depth and movement from flat 2D artwork using parallax, layer separation, camera moves, and 2.5D Build seamless loops that never show a jump or a boomerang Bring card artwork to life: envelopes opening, confetti, foil shimmer, paper texture, subtle type animation Size and format for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts (9:16), in-feed (1:1 and 4:5), and website hero banners (16:9 and wide) Web-optimized exports that stay lightweight without losing quality (MP4, WebM, GIF, and Lottie where it fits) Fast variations of pieces that perform, plus seasonal and campaign versions THE SKILL WE CARE ABOUT MOST Knowing what should move, and how much. The best work here is restrained. A card should feel alive, not busy. If you can look at a still and instantly know which three elements should move and which twenty should stay perfectly still, you are the person we want. Fun and current, never overcomplicated. MUST HAVE A reel that shows motion applied to existing static artwork, illustration or photo based. Kinetic type and template work alone will not get you shortlisted. Strong Adobe After Effects skills: layer separation, parallax rigs, camera, puppet and mesh warp, masking, clean loop construction Photoshop skills to cut a still into layers and rebuild clean backgrounds behind subjects Real sense of timing, pacing, and rhythm for short-form social Works independently, communicates clearly in written English, hits deadlines without chasing Reliable internet and power backup, and a machine that handles After Effects comfortably NICE TO HAVE Lottie, Rive, or other lightweight web-exportable animation Adobe Premiere Pro for edits and UGC-style cuts Canva for fast resizes and handoff templates AI image and video tools in your workflow, and you can explain specifically how you use them Experience with consumer, gifting, beauty, or DTC social brands HOW WE HIRE We review applications daily on a rolling basis, so apply early. Finalists are shortlisted and invited to a paid test assignment covering one website hero panel and one social media asset. We provide all source art and direction, and we pay for your time on it whether or not we move forward. Applications close August 28, 2026. ENGAGEMENT Fully remote, Philippines based Part-time contract to start, 20 to 30 hours per week, room to grow Mostly async. A few hours of overlap with US Pacific time for handoffs. HOW TO APPLY Start your message with the word PARALLAX so we know you read this. Then send: 1. Your reel or portfolio link, and point us to the exact timestamp where you animated a static image 2. One short paragraph: pick any single shot in your reel and tell us what moved, what stayed still, and why you made that call 3. The tools you work in, including any AI tools and how you use them 4. Your hourly rate and how many hours per week you are available We move fast when we find the right person.

The role in one line You will own our HubSpot website — keeping it accurate, fast to update, and properly connected to the CRM behind it. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ About us We are an Australian events and professional development company running 10–15 live conferences and summits at any one time, across leadership, public sector, HR, diversity and innovation. Our brands include The Leadership Institute and Konnect Learning. Our entire web presence runs on HubSpot CMS Hub, and our speaker and delegate data lives in HubSpot CRM. The two are deeply linked, and that link is the heart of this job. You will work alongside our graphic designer as a two-person team: they create the visuals, you get them live and make sure the data behind them is right. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Why this role exists We add at least 15 new speakers a week across our events. Every one needs a bio, headshot, job title and session detail published to the correct event page. Speakers then send revisions constantly — new headshots, updated titles, changed session times. There is not a two-day stretch where our website does not need a change. Right now this work gets bottlenecked. We need someone who owns it, moves fast, and does not need chasing. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ What you will do Website (the core of the job) Build new pages in HubSpot CMS from scratch — event pages, speaker pages, landing pages — choosing and arranging modules to suit the content, not just cloning an old page Publish and update event pages, speaker profiles and agendas Create and maintain forms, and check they are capturing correctly Upload graphics supplied by our designer, at the right size and format Check every page renders properly on desktop and mobile before calling it done Keep pages consistent — correct job titles, correct session times, no stale content CRM and the interplay Understand how website forms, pages and CTAs feed contact records in HubSpot CRM Keep contact and speaker data clean, correctly associated and properly segmented Make sure a change on the website is reflected in the CRM, and the reverse Marketing operations — as you grow into the role Build marketing email s in HubSpot using existing templates Set up and maintain workflows for registration confirmations and nurture sequences Pull basic reporting on page performance, form conversion and email engagement Working with the team Take work from a shared task queue rather than scattered chat messages Flag blockers early instead of going quiet Confirm clearly when something is live _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Essential requirements You must have hands-on HubSpot experience. This is not a role where you can learn HubSpot as you go. Specifically: HubSpot CMS Hub, at a build level. You can create a genuinely new page — choosing and arranging modules, working with drag-and-drop areas and theme settings — not only clone and edit an existing one. This is the single most important requirement in this ad. Some HTML and CSS. Enough to adjust a module, fix spacing, or make something behave properly on mobile when the editor alone will not do it. HubSpot CRM — contacts, properties, associations, lists and segmentation A real understanding of how the website and the CRM connect — forms, CTAs, tracking and lifecycle stages. We want someone who sees the website and the database as one system, not two. Strong general website experience beyond HubSpot — you have built or maintained real sites and understand layout, image optimisation and mobile behaviour Accuracy under volume. This job involves a lot of small changes where details matter. Speed. We need same-day turnaround on most requests. Clear written English and reliable, consistent communication Availability overlapping Australian Eastern Standard Time business hours (roughly 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM PHT). This is non-negotiable — we need to resolve things with you in real time. Welcome, and where this role grows We would rather hire someone excellent at the website work who can grow into operations than someone who talks a good game on automation but cannot build a page. So the following are genuinely optional, and we will support you in developing them: HubSpot marketing email builds HubSpot workflows and automation Reporting and dashboards HubSpot custom objects HubL templating If you already have some of this, say so — it will count in your favour and shape how quickly the role expands. If you do not, apply anyway provided your CMS and CRM skills are solid. Also nice to have HubSpot certifications (CMS Hub, Marketing Hub, Marketing Software) Basic image editing — cropping and resizing headshots to spec Experience in events, education or conferences Familiarity with ClickUp _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Who this suits You are meticulous, you like a clear queue of work and clearing it, and you take quiet pride in a site that is always correct. You would rather ask a question than guess. You do not need reminding. If you enjoy owning a system and keeping it in good order, you will like this role. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The details Hours: 2–4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with overlap into Australian business hours Rate: AUD $8–10 per hour depending on demonstrated HubSpot experience Type: Ongoing, long-term. We are looking for someone to stay with us. Growth: This role is designed to grow. Get the website side right and there is scope to take on our wider HubSpot marketing operations, with more hours and a higher rate to match. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ How to apply Please answer all of the following. Applications that do not address the HubSpot questions specifically will not be considered — we need to see real experience, not a general VA application. How long have you worked in HubSpot, and in what capacity? Name the hubs and tools you have used. Have you built a brand new page in HubSpot CMS Hub from scratch? Walk us through how you did it — how you chose and arranged the modules, and anything you had to do in HTML or CSS. Include links to live pages if you can. This is the question we care most about. Explain in your own words how a HubSpot website connects to the HubSpot CRM. We want to understand how you think about it, not a textbook answer. What other website experience do you have outside HubSpot? Platforms, and examples we can look at. Give an example of high-volume, detail-heavy work you have handled and how you kept it accurate. Optional: describe any HubSpot email , workflow or reporting work you have done. If you have none, say so honestly — it will not rule you out. Your available hours in Philippine time. Your hourly rate in AUD. Any HubSpot certifications you hold. We read every application properly and reply to shortlisted candidates.

The architecture: ServiceM8 = source of truth for all customer/job data (quotes, invoices, scheduling, client comms) ClickUp = internal workflow/task system for our virtual assistant — no customer data duplication n8n = automation layer connecting the two Full spec (statuses, fields, templates, workflow logic, dedup rules) is written and ready to hand over — this is implementation, not design work. Scope: 1. Build ClickUp workspace: 8-stage job lifecycle, ~20 custom fields, task templates (core job checklist, closeout checklist, optional add-ons for UFH/council/PS3), views, and native ClickUp automations 2. Build 9 n8n workflows connecting ServiceM8 ? Test and validate — replay/duplicate-safety testing is mandatory, not optional Requirements: Proven experience with n8n (show us workflows you've built) Experience with ServiceM8 API/webhooks specifically, or strong general REST API/webhook integration experience Experience with ClickUp API, custom fields, and automations Comfortable working from a detailed written spec and flagging issues rather than guessing Strong on idempotency/duplicate-prevention — this is critical, not a nice-to-have What we'll provide: Full written specification (architecture, field lists, workflow logic, status definitions, test cases) ServiceM8 and ClickUp account access Direct point of contact for questions during the build Structure: We'd like to start with a fixed-price milestone covering the ClickUp build + the first (and most critical) n8n workflow, tested and proven, before committing to the full build. Timeline: Estimated 35–55 hours total. Please quote your rate and estimated timeline for the first milestone. To apply, please include: 1–2 examples of similar integration work (ServiceM8, ClickUp, or comparable job-management/CRM systems) Your hourly rate or fixed-price approach Any questions about the spec before we share full details

About us We are a small ecommerce brand in the health and supplement space. We sell to customers in the United States and Canada, and we run our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. The business is run by one person right now, so you will be working directly with the owner, not through a manager or an agency layer. We are looking for an editor to build these ads for us on a project basis. Work comes in batches. Some months there are several, some months there are none. We are not offering fixed weekly hours, so please only apply if project work suits you. When a batch goes well, we come back to the same editor for the next one. Most of our work ends up going to a small number of people we trust. What the job is You will build the short video ads we run on Facebook and Instagram. Each batch is 3 to 5 videos, 30 to 90 seconds long, vertical format. For every batch you will receive a written brief. The brief gives you the script, the hook, the pacing, and notes on what visuals we want. Your job is to turn that brief into a finished ad. Your work will include: Editing raw creator footage into a finished ad with captions, pacing, and sound design Finding your own clips when a brief does not come with footage. We will tell you exactly what to look for. You find it and choose well. Building AI video ads. This includes AI UGC avatars, faceless voiceover videos, cartoon and animated styles, and AI generated B-roll. Adding on screen text and captions that are timed correctly Exporting in 9:16, plus 1:1 and 4:5 versions Making new versions of ads that perform well, usually a new opening with the same body Requirements At least 1 year editing short form video. Facebook , Instagram, or TikTok content. Strong with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or After Effects Real experience with AI video and voice tools. For example ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Higgsfield, Veo, Runway, or similar. Tell us which ones you use and show us work you made with them. Able to deliver a batch of 3 ads within 48 hours Computer that can run your editing software smoothly, plus stable internet for uploading large video files Good written English. You will be reading briefs and asking questions in writing. Comfortable working from a written brief without needing a call for every task What makes you a strong fit You have edited ads for an ecommerce brand before and can name the brand You understand that the first 3 seconds decide whether the ad works You ask a question when something in the brief is unclear instead of guessing You want to learn the marketing side, not just the editing side. Over time we want you to understand why the ads are built the way they are, so you can make more of the decisions yourself. What working with us looks like You work directly with the owner. No middle layer, no chasing approvals. Briefs are written out properly, so you are not guessing what we want Any tools or accounts you need for the work are provided Feedback is specific and comes back quickly Editors who deliver get first call on every batch after that, and more freedom over how the ads get built How to apply Please send an application that includes all of the following: Start your message with the word "pretzel" so we know you read the whole posting. Links to 2 or 3 short form ads you personally edited. Tell us what your role was on each one. At least one example of something you made using AI video tools, and which tools you used. The editing software you use and your computer specifications. Your internet speed and your available working hours in Philippine time. Applications without the word "pretzel" will not be read. Please do not send an application written by ChatGPT. We would rather hear from you in your own words. Shortlisted applicants will get one small batch to start. Everyone gets the same brief so we can compare fairly.
