Ivorey VA

I’m looking for an experienced, proactive Virtual Assistant to support a growing business focused on mindset, nervous system regulation, wellbeing, and personal development.

This is an ongoing role supporting the operational side of my programs, marketing, content, and digital ecosystem. I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with technology, highly organized, communicates clearly, and can take ownership of projects without needing every individual step assigned.

This role is best suited to someone who enjoys figuring things out, improving systems, and helping move ideas from concept to completion.

Essential Experience

Experience with Ivorey or GoHighLevel (GHL) is required.

Please only apply if you have hands-on experience working inside at least one of these platforms.

You should also have:

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience with email marketing, workflows, and automations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence working across multiple online platforms and digital systems
• The ability to work independently and take initiative
• Experience creating SOPs and documenting repeatable processes

The Role

The responsibilities will vary as the business evolves, but may include:

• Managing and maintaining Ivorey and/or GoHighLevel
• Building workflows, automations, funnels, forms, and email sequences
• Creating and maintaining SOPs for recurring business processes
• Supporting email marketing, newsletters, launches, and nurture sequences
• Managing digital files, folders, resources, and backend organization
• Tracking projects, following up on next steps, and helping ensure initiatives actually reach completion
