Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, fast-paced Short-Form Content Creator / Video Editor who lives and breathes TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

You must be highly updated with US PUBLIC FIGURES - especially TIKTOKERS, YOUTUBERS, STREAMERS, PODCASTERS, CELEBRITIES, AND INTERNET PERSONALITIES - and you know how to turn trends, drama, memes, and pop culture moments into scroll-stopping content. If you can edit fast, think like a content strategist, and know what's trending in the US before everyone else, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Create strong hooks, captions, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and meme-style edits
• Research trending sounds, formats, challenges, and US pop culture topics
• Stay up to date with US TikTokers, YouTubers, streamers, and online personalities
• Repurpose long-form videos into viral short clips
• Collaborate with the team on content ideas, calendars, and posting strategies
• Optimize videos for watch time, engagement, and shares
• Post, schedule, and monitor content performance when needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in short-form video editing
• Skilled in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar editing tools
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, algorithms, and formats
• Strong knowledge of US public figures, especially TikTokers, YouTubers, and internet culture
• Ability to work quickly and meet tight deadlines
• Good English communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Must have a portfolio or samples of short-form content

Nice to Have

• Meme editing skills
• Motion graphics or basic animation
• Thumbnail design experience
• Experience with YouTube Shorts growth
