WFH Appointment Setter / Lead Caller (Phone Sales)

⏰ Hours: Monday to Saturday, 6:00am to 2:00pm Philippine time

Apex Roof Care is a gutter and roof cleaning business. Our Meta ads bring in enquiries from Australian homeowners every day, and we need someone to call those enquiries quickly and book them in for a quote.

Every lead has asked us to contact them, so there is no cold calling. The workload is light, as we generate around 5 to 15 leads a day. What matters is that you respond fast and respond well. In addition to calling back those 5 to 15 new leads a day, you will follow up with old leads who haven't been booked in yet.

What you'll do:

• Call new leads within 5 minutes of their enquiry coming in
• Make and log all calls through GoHighLevel
• Follow the script we provide to qualify each lead and book their quote
• Follow up every day with leads who haven't answered or booked yet
• Re-engage older leads who enquired but didn't go ahead
• Keep notes and lead statuses up to date after every call

Requirements:
✅ Previous phone sales experience (required)
✅ Fluent spoken English
✅ A confident, friendly phone manner
✅ Include the word 'Maxine' in your application otherwise it'll be automatically rejected
✅ Reliable and quick to respond during your shift
✅ A quiet workspace, stable internet and a headset
✅ GoHighLevel experience is a plus, but we will train you

Schedule:
Monday to Saturday, 6:00am to 2:00pm Philippine time, with Sundays off.
This moves to 7:00am to 3:00pm from April, when Australian daylight saving ends.
