We're Recruiting a WordPress Web Developer! APPLY HERE: ---------- About Allied Health Media Allied Health Media (Allied Health Media Limited) is a UK healthcare marketing agency, headquartered in London, founded by Abhay Patel in 2022. It helps private medical consultants grow their practices through AI-driven visibility and patient acquisition — ranking them top-3 on Google Maps and AI search to drive self-pay patient calls. Its core offerings include the 12-month Practice Authority Accelerator program, a website design/build service with ongoing retainer, and the Medical Authority Media Series for video and personal branding, all delivered through an in-house team spanning growth, CS, SEO, production, design, and development. About the Role: We're looking for a skilled, detail-oriented WordPress Web Developer who can turn Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Elementor websites. You'll build, troubleshoot, and optimise WordPress sites, working closely with the design and content team to deliver fast, functional, and visually consistent websites. Strong PHP knowledge, a sharp eye for design, and solid QA habits are a must. Don't Apply If... You cut corners on QA and don't check your own work before handing it off You dislike working from detailed design files and prefer to improvise layouts You struggle with deadlines or need constant follow-up to finish tasks You are uncomfortable troubleshooting unfamiliar code or plugin conflicts You don't communicate proactively when something breaks or changes You see "good enough" as good enough Key Responsibilities Build and maintain WordPress/Elementor websites, converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive layouts. Customise WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements. Diagnose and resolve website issues, including plugin conflicts and backend errors. Monitor and improve website speed and performance. Apply on-page and technical SEO best practices during development. Quality-check content, forms, links, responsiveness, and functionality before marking work complete. Maintain design accuracy — layout, typography, spacing, and visual consistency. Communicate proactively and flag how changes may affect the wider website. Skills and Tools Required Strong experience with WordPress and Elementor. Ability to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive websites. Working knowledge of PHP, HTML, and CSS. Experience with WordPress theme/plugin customisation and backend troubleshooting. Understanding of website speed and performance optimisation. Basic knowledge of on-page and technical SEO. Strong QA skills, including cross-browser and cross-device testing. Familiarity with AI tools for development, troubleshooting, and productivity. Compensation We offer a competitive, performance-based package tailored to your experience and skill level, with room to grow as you take on more responsibility. This is a long-term opportunity with a stable, growing agency — not a one-off gig — and we reward reliability and great work with real career progression. Why Join Us? Work on real client websites with modern design-to-code workflows (Figma to Elementor), not template rehashing. Join a fast-growing team where your work has visible impact from day one. Flexible, remote-friendly setup with a supportive, collaborative team culture. Room to grow into more senior technical or leadership roles as the company scales. Exposure to a variety of projects, tools, and industries — never the same day twice. A team that values initiative, honest communication, and quality over busywork. Ready to Join a Fast-Growing Team? If you take pride in clean, pixel-perfect builds and love solving problems, we'd love to hear from you. Apply below and show us what you can do. APPLY HERE: ---------- Note: Applying directly on this form is the only way to confirm your application. Applications submitted elsewhere may not be reviewed

We're looking to hire someone to help us build a successful AI YouTube channel from scratch, covering Forex market analysis. This is part of a growing network of AI channels, and we already run other businesses generating six figures a month, so this isn't a project we're hoping works out. We know the model works, we just need the right person to run it daily and make it their own. You won't just be an employee here. We'll personally teach you, one on one, how to build a brand from the ground up, the AI tools, the content strategy, all of it, while you earn a real salary and get in early on something with genuinely insane growth potential. WHAT YOU'LL DO Each day you'll dig into the biggest Forex moves and turn it into a script, using our framework along with your own eye for what actually matters. You'll turn that script into a full video using our AI voice and video tools, no camera and no studio needed. You'll edit it, put together a thumbnail that actually gets clicks, and get it live every single day. You'll jump into the comments to build a real community around the channel, and you're encouraged to pitch your own ideas for hooks and formats, since we're building this together, not just handing you a script to execute. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE You're genuinely into Forex or trading, not intimidated by new tools (we'll train you on everything AI, you just need to be quick to pick it up), and you write clean, sharp English. This needs to be your main gig, not something squeezed in between three other jobs. Once you're trained, we trust you to run with it, with weekly check ins and no micromanaging. REQUIREMENTS You're available full time and reliable enough that "every single day" actually means every single day, including a rotating weekend day. You'll need a solid internet connection, a quiet spot to record and review audio, and a laptop that can handle basic video editing. COMPENSATION Base salary is $1,000 to $1,500 a month depending on experience, plus real performance bonuses on top. We're not a startup hoping to make it one day, we're already running six figure a month businesses, so if this channel takes off, you take off with it.

Talent Upstream is the premier RPO for solar and roofing companies. We handle the entire front end of talent acquisition for our clients — sourcing, screening, validating, and pre-training commission sales reps — leveraging our proprietary interviewing system and training programs. We deliver a candidate who knows the script and is ready to hit the field generating appointments and sales in week one. Our clients don't get resumes; they get producers. Most recruiting jobs are screening jobs. This one is a closing job — and it comes with real trust: you'll run first and second interviews, make the hires, and carry every recruit across the board to their start. The role You own our hiring funnel end to end. This is high-volume, high-touch recruiting for lead-generation sales roles, and you won't do it alone: the organization feeds you lead flow, and a setter books appointments directly onto your calendar. Your job is to work the pipeline and close. Your week, in numbers: 15-20 first interviews per day (3-4 per day) by phone, 15–30 minutes each — qualify hard, map goals, screen against our rubric 15+ recorded video interviews per week (3 per day) — scoring candidate submissions from our screening gates Job offers extended — setting the right expectations and creating the right hiring environment to candidates who clear the process Pre-Training Administration — Entering these new hires into our proprietary virtual training program and managing progress to ensure at least 50% of extended offers start with employer day 1 Time Breakdown: Minimum 20 first interviews at 30 minutes each - 10 hours per week Minimum 15 closing interviews per week at 40 minutes each - 10 hours per week Sourcing to schedule first interviews - 15 hours per week Managing candidate pipeline - 5 hours per week Requirements: Great interpersonal skills. You'll spend all day on the phone with candidates whose lives change if you're right about them. Warmth and judgment, at volume. Excellent English proficiency Understanding of Sales Psychology. Know how to create the right recruiting environment and influence the middle 60. Experience hiring commission-based salespeople — D2D, solar, roofing, insurance, auto, or a high-output staffing desk — and running closing interviews where the offer gets sold, not just screened. Willingness to complete our training program (see below). You must vet out with the owner. Every person in this seat is personally approved — same standard we hold our candidates to. You can sell the dream without lying. We provide real earnings math to candidates — median and top-tier — and close better because of it. We believe in setting clear and honest expectations from the first meeting. The training program — read before applying: For those selected, we offer an industry leading training program that teaches the fundamentals of sales talent acquisition: how we source, screen, interview, close, and carry. Live role-plays, direct coaching, and feedback from the founder throughout. The class runs 5–15 days (one to three weeks) depending on your pace, and graduation is the gate — finish it and vet out with the owner, and you're eligible for the seat. Growth — where this goes: We believe in teaching, training, and developing our people — it's literally our business. We're hiring one person right now, with the goal of scaling this team to eight by the end of 2026. The first person in the door who performs is the natural candidate to grow into management and oversee that team. You'd be trained for that the same way you were trained for this: deliberately. Compensation — the real math: $10 per hour plus bonuses for starting cohort groups above 8 per week To apply: Answer these three questions with your application: Describe the commission-based roles you've hired for — vertical, volume, and how you sold candidates on them. What are you looking for during an interview with a candidate for this role? What was your interview show rate, and what did you do to protect it? Are you willing and able to complete an unpaid training program (one to three weeks) before starting?
