About DamEasy Flood Barriers

DamEasy Flood Barriers designs and manufactures innovative flood-protection systems that help homeowners and businesses protect vulnerable openings from flooding.

Headquartered in Ireland, we serve customers worldwide, with a growing presence across Florida and other U.S. markets.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a driven, dependable, and highly coachable Appointment Setter / Lead Qualifier who can turn inbound customer interest into qualified appointments for our sales team.

About the Role

This is not a closing position. Your main responsibility is to contact inbound leads, qualify their needs, overcome common objections, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales representatives.

You will be the first person many customers speak with, so you must be confident, conversational, persistent, and comfortable guiding customers through the next step.

We are looking for someone who does more than read from a script. You should be able to listen carefully, ask the right questions, think practically, and explain the value of a free, no-pressure home assessment in a natural and convincing way.

This is a fast-paced, performance-based role that requires consistent calling, follow-up, accurate CRM work, and full attention throughout your scheduled shift.

Key Responsibilities
Contact warm inbound leads through phone calls, SMS, and email .
Complete a high volume of outbound follow-up calls each day.
Follow a structured lead-contact and follow-up process.
Ask qualifying questions to understand the customer’s property, flooding concerns, and protection needs.
Confirm that each lead meets the company’s qualification requirements before scheduling an appointment.
Clearly explain why an onsite assessment is required before providing an accurate recommendation or quote.
Handle common objections, including customers requesting pricing over the phone or feeling hesitant about an in-home appointment.
Use conversational and persuasive communication without sounding aggressive or overly scripted.
Schedule qualified appointments for our sales representatives across Florida.
Confirm appointment details and help reduce cancellations and no-shows.
Maintain complete and accurate customer notes, dispositions, follow-up dates, and appointment information in the CRM.
Follow all scripts, qualification standards, processes, and coaching instructions.
Participate in regular coaching sessions, call reviews, meetings, and role-play exercises.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly calling, contact, and qualified-booking targets.
Ensure every qualified lead receives consistent and timely follow-up.
Provide an organized and accurate handoff to the sales team.
Performance Expectations

Successful tea ---------- mbers are expected to:

Complete at least 80 calls per working day.
Consistently work toward five or more qualified appointments per day.
Follow the required calling and follow-up schedule.
Apply coaching and feedback immediately.
Maintain accurate CRM records and customer notes.
Prioritize qualified appointments—not appointments booked only to reach an incentive target.
Remain fully available and focused during scheduled working hours.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in sales, upselling, appointment setting, lead qualification, telemarketing, customer retention, or another persuasive customer-facing role.
Previous call-center experience is preferred but not required.
Strong spoken and written English.
A clear, confident, and easy-to-understand speaking voice when communicating with U.S. customers.
Comfortable making repeated follow-up calls and working toward daily activity targets.
Able to ask questions, listen carefully, and identify what the customer actually needs.
Able to handle objections and guide hesitant customers toward an appointment.
Comfortable following scripts and qualification frameworks while still sounding natural.
Strong judgment and the ability to recognize whether a lead is genuinely qualified.
Coachable and willing to take notes, participate in role plays, and apply feedback.
Accountable, dependable, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Resilient and able to remain positive when customers do not answer or decline.
Motivated by measurable goals and performance-based incentives.
Willing to follow established processes instead of creating personal shortcuts.
Able to manage calling, SMS follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and CRM administration throughout the day.
Important Availability Requirement

Care about improving and actively apply coaching.
Can balance persistence with professionalism.
Understand that strong performance requires urgency, consistency, and attention to detail.
