It helps private medical consultants grow their practices through AI-driven visibility and patient acquisition — ranking them top-3 on Google Maps and AI search to drive self-pay patient calls. Its core offerings include the 12-month Practice Authority Accelerator program, a website design/build service with ongoing retainer, and the Medical Authority Media Series for video and personal branding, all delivered through an in-house team spanning growth, CS, SEO, production, design, and development.

About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled, detail-oriented WordPress Web Developer who can turn Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Elementor websites. You'll build, troubleshoot, and optimise WordPress sites, working closely with the design and content team to deliver fast, functional, and visually consistent websites. Strong PHP knowledge, a sharp eye for design, and solid QA habits are a must.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain WordPress/Elementor websites, converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive layouts.
Customise WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
Diagnose and resolve website issues, including plugin conflicts and backend errors.
Monitor and improve website speed and performance.
Apply on-page and technical SEO best practices during development.
Quality-check content, forms, links, responsiveness, and functionality before marking work complete.
Maintain design accuracy — layout, typography, spacing, and visual consistency.
Communicate proactively and flag how changes may affect the wider website.

Skills and Tools Required

Strong experience with WordPress and Elementor.
Ability to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive websites.
Working knowledge of PHP, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with WordPress theme/plugin customisation and backend troubleshooting.
Understanding of website speed and performance optimisation.
Basic knowledge of on-page and technical SEO.
Strong QA skills, including cross-browser and cross-device testing.
Familiarity with AI tools for development, troubleshooting, and productivity.
