Customer Service Representative

Status: Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | EST Hours
Schedule: Saturday-Wednesday (10am-7pm Sat/Sun, 9am-5:30pm Mon-Wed)
Training: 6-8 weeks, Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm
Location: Remote

Position Summary

This full-time remote role supports a fast-paced e-commerce team in the diabetic buyback industry. You'll join a team of five handling around 100 inbound contacts per day, covering order inquiries, shipping and tracking questions, and general account support. We're looking for someone with near-native English fluency who picks up new systems quickly and thrives in a high-volume, customer-focused environment.

What You'll Do

Answer inbound calls, email s, texts, and live chats professionally and efficiently
Handle order status, shipping, tracking, and delivery inquiries
Assist with account and general product questions
Resolve customer concerns calmly, escalating complex issues when needed
Navigate our CRM and Shopify to look up orders and update account information accurately
Engage new customers by phone, providing product info and supporting the buying decision
Build rapport with returning customers to encourage repeat business
Document all customer interactions clearly and consistently
Coordinate with teammates for smooth shift handoffs and consistent coverage

Required Qualifications

Near-native English fluency with a clear, professional phone presence
2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a high-volume phone role
Ability to navigate multiple software systems while on a call
Experience with e-commerce platforms or CRM systems
Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry habits
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while staying responsive and accountable
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home workspace

Preferred

Experience handling high volumes of inbound contacts
Experience documenting customer interactions in a CRM

Compensation & Benefits

Starting rate of $5.50/hour, increasing to $6.00/hour after 90 days
13th month pay, 5 days PTO after 1 year
