Physician Recruiter - US Hospital Client (Oregon) - Night Shift, Remote

Confidential employer

US-based direct-hire healthcare recruiting firm is hiring a Physician Recruiter (full-cycle, voice) dedicated to a US hospital client's physician openings β€” employed, permanent positions (medical oncology, cardiology, anesthesiology, and more) at a coastal-Oregon community hospital. Our AI engine builds the physician lists and handles the first outreach wave; you take over the human part: get physicians on the phone and email , run a white-glove screen, collect the CV, verify licensure and board certification, write a submit-ready presentation, and coordinate interviews with our US team. Fully remote, Philippines-based, long-term. Physician recruitment is the premium desk: fewer, bigger placements, longer cycles, and candidates who expect to be treated like the professionals they are. Your quota is measured in quality conversations, CVs collected, and screened submissions β€” not dial counts. WHAT YOU DO DAILY: Work the AI-generated physician worklists and every inbound physician reply: phone + personal email follow-up, evenings-their-time persistence, always professional. Run a structured physician screen: specialty and board certification, current practice setting, licensure states and Oregon licensure pathway, compensation expectations, relocation/timeline, motivation. Collect the CV, verify credentials (board certification, active state licenses, any flags) BEFORE submission β€” nothing unverified reaches the client. Write the physician presentation packet (specialty, training, certifications, availability, comp expectations, why-this-opportunity) and book the submission + interviews with our US team. Keep the ATS honest: every touch, every disposition, same day. REQUIRED: 3+ years recruiting US PHYSICIANS specifically β€” at a physician-search/staffing firm OR an in-house hospital physician-recruitment office. Nurse/allied-only recruiting does not qualify for this seat (we have a separate opening for that β€” see our other posts). You know the physician-recruitment mechanics without looking them up: board certification vs board eligibility, state licensure and IMLC, employed vs locums vs private-practice models, sign-on/relocation/loan-repayment structures, and the sourcing channels physicians actually use. Proven personal numbers: searches worked, physicians presented, placements made, typical time-to-fill. We verify on the interview. Excellent spoken and written English β€” physicians are the most discerning candidates in healthcare; your calls and email s must be flawless and warm. Fixed US night shift long-term (9:00 PM-6:00 AM PHT, Mon-Fri) with a professional home setup (quiet room, headset, stable internet, backup power/data). COMPENSATION: $1,200-$1,500/month base (by experience and proven physician placements; night differential included) + performance commission on every physician placement β€” specifics discussed at offer. Paid via Wise, reliable and on time. DO NOT APPLY IF: you have never personally recruited physicians for US positions (nurse/allied/tech-only experience β€” apply to our Senior Recruiter post instead); you've only sourced/researched and never screened and presented a physician yourself; you can't state your own search/placement numbers; your English isn't strong enough for physician-level conversations; or you can't commit to the fixed US night shift. WHY US: a dedicated physician desk with live, real openings on day one (not a cold start), an AI engine doing the sourcing grind for you, and commission on placements whose fees make this the highest-leverage seat in the company. Clear path: Physician Recruiter ? Physician Desk Lead. TO APPLY, ANSWER ALL SIX (applications missing any of these will not be reviewed): 1. Describe your US physician recruiting experience: firm/hospital name(s), years, which specialties you recruited, and employed-permanent vs locums mix. 2. Your REAL personal numbers for a recent year: searches worked, physicians presented/submitted, placements closed, typical time-to-fill. (Honest ranges beat inflated exact numbers β€” we verify.) 3. In your own words (no lookup): what does an employed medical oncologist need in place before practicing at an Oregon hospital? (Think certification, licensure, and anything else a hospital will credential.) 4. Include a LINK to a 60-90 second voice recording: the OPENING of a call to a cardiologist about a coastal-Oregon employed opportunity β€” introduce yourself, respect their time, and earn the next five minutes. (The single most important part of your application.) 5. Fixed US night shift (9:00 PM-6:00 AM PHT), Mon-Fri, long-term β€” Yes/No + any constraint. Home setup: internet speed, headset, quiet room, backup power/internet β€” Y/N each. 6. Current/most-recent monthly pay (PHP or USD), expected monthly base, earliest start date.

Senior Recruiter - US Healthcare (Imaging/Allied) - Night Shift, Remote

Confidential employer

US-based direct-hire healthcare recruiting firm is hiring a Senior Recruiter (full-cycle, voice) for our imaging/allied and physician desks. We hand you pre-sourced, pre-verified candidate worklists every shift (our AI engine builds the pools β€” sourcing is NOT your bottleneck). You get US healthcare candidates on the PHONE, screen them properly, verify their credentials, write a submit-ready candidate packet, and book the submission with our US team. All candidates you recruit are US-based clinicians (radiologic technologists, CT/MRI techs, sonographers, surgical techs, respiratory therapists, physicians); all clients are US hospitals and health systems. Fully remote, Philippines-based, long-term. This is a senior seat with a real quota and real commission: you own the screened-submission number for your desk, starting at 5 screened submissions/week and ramping to 10. Every placement you make pays you a commission on top of base. WHAT YOU DO DAILY: Work the AI-generated worklist: call US imaging/allied and physician candidates (we provide the phone system; allied-health candidates prefer phone β€” that's why this is a voice seat). Run a structured recruiter screen: motivation, compensation expectations, licensure, timeline, fit against the live req. Verify credentials before any submission (ARRT, ARDMS/RDMS/RDCS/RVT, CST, CRCST, RRT, state licenses β€” our screen-and-credential gate; nothing unverified goes to a client). Write a tight, submit-ready candidate packet (summary, credentials, comp, availability, why-this-req) and book the client submission with the US team. Keep the ATS honest: every call, every disposition, same day. REQUIRED: 3+ years US healthcare AGENCY recruiting (imaging/allied, nursing, or physician desks β€” agency/staffing side, not internal HR). Imaging/allied depth is a strong plus: you should know what ARRT, RDMS, or CST mean without looking them up. Proven PERSONAL production numbers you can state and defend β€” your own submissions, interviews, and placements for a recent quarter (not your team's). We verify on the interview. You have personally phone-screened US candidates end-to-end β€” this is not a sourcing-only or email -only seat. Excellent spoken English for US phone screens β€” clear, confident, professional. This is the #1 requirement and there WILL be a live spoken check. Can work the FIXED US night shift long-term (9:00 PM-6:00 AM PHT, Mon-Fri) with a reliable home setup (quiet room, headset, stable internet, backup power/data). Disciplined ATS usage β€” honest pipeline reporting, no ghost activity. COMPENSATION: $1,000-$1,300/month base (by experience and proven production; night differential included) + monthly performance commission on every placement you close β€” commission specifics discussed at offer. Paid via Wise, reliable and on time. DO NOT APPLY IF: you have never recruited for US healthcare accounts; your experience is sourcing/research only and you've never personally phone-screened and submitted a candidate; you can't state your own submission/interview/placement numbers; your spoken English isn't strong enough for live US candidate calls; you can't commit to the fixed US night shift; or your only healthcare exposure is BPO customer service / claims processing (this is a recruiting seat, not a support seat). WHY US: the sourcing grind is already done for you β€” our AI engine hands you verified candidate pools every day, so your time goes to the high-value work (screening, closing candidates, placements = commission). Competitive base at the top of the market, fully remote, long-term, with a clear path Senior Recruiter ? Desk Lead as the team grows. TO APPLY, ANSWER ALL SIX (applications missing any of these will not be reviewed): 1. Describe your US healthcare AGENCY recruiting experience: which agency/agencies, how many years, which desks (imaging/allied, nursing, physician, other), and direct-hire (permanent) vs travel/contract mix. 2. Your REAL personal numbers for one recent quarter (your own, not your team's): submissions made, candidate interviews set, placements closed, and the typical candidate salary or fee level. (We verify these on the call β€” honest ranges beat inflated exact numbers.) 3. Name the credential(s) a US hospital requires for each of these three roles, in your own words (no lookup): a CT technologist, a cardiac sonographer (echo), and a surgical technologist. Add one sentence on why imaging/allied roles are chronically hard for hospitals to fill. 4. Include a LINK to a 60-90 second voice recording: the OPENING of a mock recruiter screen call to a US radiologic technologist ("Hi, this is ___ calling about the CT tech opening in Colorado...") β€” introduce yourself, set the agenda, and ask your first two screening questions. (This is the single most important part of your application.) 5. Can you commit to a FIXED US night shift (9:00 PM-6:00 AM PHT), Mon-Fri, long-term? (Yes/No + any constraint.) And your home setup: internet speed, headset, quiet room, backup power/internet β€” Y/N each. 6. Current/most-recent monthly pay (PHP or USD), your expected monthly base, and earliest start date.

Admissions Operations Coordinator (Part Time, Remote)

Confidential employer

Guaranteed 5 hours per week, with room to grow. *Applications will be reviewed as they are received. The posting may close early once we have enough strong candidates. I'm looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating calm from chaos. I run a university admissions consultancy based between Singapore and South Korea, helping ambitious students around the world navigate applications to top universities. I work with 15-20 students per year, and meet with them online frequently across multiple time zones- usually in the early evening SGT. My students rely on consistent structure, thoughtful follow through, and reliable communication. Right now, I'm the bottleneck. If I forget to send a reminder, a student may miss a meeting. If I don't follow up, things stall. My goal is to build an admissions operation that runs smoothly without depending on me remembering every detail. I'm looking for someone who wants to own that system. What success looks like- Within your first 90 days: -Every active student always has their next meeting scheduled. -Students receive personalized reminders before every meeting that include the key action item from our previous session. -No-shows caused by missed reminders are close to zero. -Students are replied to promptly within business hours (10-7 SGT, Monday-Saturday) -We always know who might need a new meeting and who is on pause via an updated student tracker. -Quiet students are followed up with proactively. -I have more time to focus on growing the business instead of chasing logistics. What you'll do Student scheduling Schedule and reschedule student meetings across multiple time zones. (Typically KST, SGT, and EU time zones) Keep every student booked for their next session. Manage my calendar and meeting availability. Set up first meetings and group chats for new students. Student reminders Send timely, reliable pre-meeting reminders via Whatsapp business. Review Zoom summaries and identify the action item that actually matters. Remove completed or vague tasks. Personalize reminders so students know exactly what they should do before we meet. Adjust reminders for online versus in-person meetings. Student follow through Follow up with students who have gone quiet. Notice when someone hasn't met recently and bring it to my attention. Help keep students moving through the admissions process. Operations Maintain our student tracker. Update meeting dates, student status, and lead information. Record Common App application information. Keeping me on track Own a recurring rhythm of business reminders β€” invoicing dates, client follow-ups, payroll, renewals β€” so nothing slips through the cracks. Nudge me when something is due, and follow up (kindly but persistently) until it's actually done. Flag when I've dropped a ball, before it becomes a problem. (This starts as reminders and prompts. Over time, as we build trust, some of these tasks can move fully onto your plate.) Growth support Monitor university admissions and education networking events in my area. Keep track of networking contacts and remind me when it's time to reconnect. Respond to new family inquiries on WhatsApp Business and schedule discovery calls. Help maintain a simple, consistent LinkedIn posting rhythm. You'll probably thrive if... -You never need someone to remind you to send a reminder. -You naturally notice when something doesn't look right. -You'd rather ask one thoughtful question than make a bad assumption. -You enjoy systems- and making systems reliable. -You communicate promptly, clearly, and kindly. -You can juggle multiple time zones without getting flustered. -You care about helping young people succeed. -You're comfortable nudging me and following up until things get done β€” you won't let me off the hook. What matters most I'm much more interested in how you work than the number of years on your resume. The qualities I'm looking for are: -Reliability. You consistently do routine tasks well without letting things slip. -Judgment. You can sort through messy information and identify what actually matters. -Ownership. You notice problems before they become someone else's problem. -Communication. You write warm, clear, natural English messages that people respond to. Nice to have Experience working with students, families, education, or admissions. Experience supporting founders or small businesses. An eye for LinkedIn content or social media. Tools you'll use- Comfort with these matters more than years of experience: Google Calendar for scheduling. Zoom (reviewing meeting summaries). WhatsApp Business for student and family communication. Google Sheets for our tracker. You don't need to be an expert in all of these on day one, but you should be comfortable learning them quickly. Time zone I'm based in Seoul (KST), but I often travel to Singapore and other countries. Reminders and scheduling need to reliably land on time in Singapore’s time zone, since most of my students are based there. You can work your own hours as long as nothing slips β€” some overlap with my working day is a plus but not required. Hours & compensation Guaranteed 5 hours per week to start, with flexibility around when those hours are worked, and room for the role to grow as we build systems together. Hourly contractor position, $10–15 USD/hour depending on experience. To apply, please send: -Your resume. -A short video (2 to 3 minutes) introducing yourself and answering: -Why does this role interest you? -Tell me about a repetitive process you've owned successfully. How did you make sure nothing slipped? -Your current time zone and your typical working hours. Please begin your application with the word "Lighthouse" so I know you've read this posting all the way through. *Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid practical exercise (around 30–45 minutes, paid at the role's hourly rate) based on real work from the role. I believe seeing how someone works is a much better predictor of success than multiple rounds of interviews. Applications close July 25th. If you're the kind of person who gets satisfaction from making complex operations run smoothly, I'd love to hear from you.

Data Engineer

Confidential employer

We're looking for an experienced Data Engineer to build and own our marketing analytics data pipeline β€” from live ad platform APIs to auto-refreshing client dashboards. We are looking for someone who has actually built automated, API-based pipelines before (not just assisted on one) and can replace that manual process end-to-end: extraction, cleaning, loading into Supabase, and dashboards that update themselves with built-in data quality checks. What you'll do: -Connect Google Ads, Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, CRM, and internal systems directly via API eliminate manual exports entirely -Own the full ETL process: extract, clean, standardize, and load data into Supabase -Build and maintain automated workflows (N8N, ---------- , Zoho Flow, or similar), so dashboards refresh without anyone touching them -Set up data quality checks and alerts so issues are caught automatically, before they ever reach a client -Build clean, structured dashboards connected to live data -Investigate and fix reporting discrepancies at the source, not just patch the symptom on the dashboard -Help spot trends/issues in the data and turn them into simple, actionable recommendations a non-technical client can act on -Design clean, maintainable table structures so reporting stays reliable as we add more accounts Must-haves: -Real, hands-on experience connecting Google Ads or Meta Ads data to a live dashboard β€” this is mandatory, not "assisted with" -Proven track record building automated ETL pipelines/workflows end-to-end -Hands-on experience with automation tools: N8N, ---------- , Zoho Flow, or similar -Strong daily SQL joins, aggregations, data cleaning, optimization -Python for scripting and pipeline work -Hands-on database experience: Supabase, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or Snowflake -Experience connecting platforms to databases via REST APIs -Comfortable working independently and owning a pipeline end-to-end, not just a piece of it Nice-to-have: -Prior experience in a digital marketing agency -Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) -A portfolio of dashboards that drove real business decisions for a client Work setup: Remote, full-time. You'll be working with data from real, active client ad accounts β€” accuracy and reliability matter more than output speed. To apply: Send your resume + a short Loom video (3-5 min) walking us through one Google/Meta Ads-to-dashboard pipeline you've built β€” what platforms it connected, what automation tool you used, and how you handled it when something broke (API failure, rate limit, bad data, etc.).
