AI Automation & AI Agent Specialist – n8n, APIs, LLMs & Business Automation

We are looking for an experienced AI Automation & AI Agent Specialist to join our team and help us design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered business automation solutions for clients in the United States.

We are not looking for someone who only knows how to create basic workflows. We want someone who understands business processes and can turn them into reliable automations and AI agents that interact with real business systems.

You will work on projects involving sales, customer service, operations, logistics, document processing, email automation, appointment scheduling, reporting, and other business processes.

Responsibilities
Design and build advanced workflows using n8n and similar automation platforms.
Build AI Agents capable of reasoning, using tools, retrieving information, and executing business actions.
Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar models.
Connect third-party platforms through REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, JSON, and databases.
Build integrations with CRM, email , calendars, Google Workspace, Slack, accounting systems, ERPs, and other business applications.
Build RAG / knowledge-base solutions using company documents and business data.
Automate document processing for PDFs, invoices, forms, email s, and other business documents.
Create human-in-the-loop workflows where AI can escalate cases to employees.
Implement error handling, retries, logging, alerts, and monitoring.
Test AI agents and workflows before production deployment.
Document workflows, APIs, credentials requirements, architecture, and SOPs.
Troubleshoot and maintain existing automations.
Help us transform successful client implementations into reusable AI automation products.
Required Experience

We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in several of the following:

n8n
OpenAI API / LLM APIs
AI Agents / Agentic Workflows
REST APIs
Webhooks
JSON
OAuth / API authentication
Prompt engineering
RAG / Vector Databases
SQL / databases
JavaScript and/or Python
Google Workspace APIs
CRM integrations

Email automation
Document processing
Git / GitHub

Experience with tools/frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Make, Zapier, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Pinecone, Qdrant or similar technologies is a plus.
