Growth Media Buyer

We are looking for an ambitious and agile Growth Media Buyer to join our team in a remote, full-time position. Unlike traditional media buying roles that focus strictly on day-to-day button-pushing in ad managers, this position is designed for an all-around growth operator who treats paid acquisition as an engine for rapid experimentation, product-market validation, and scaling.
If you love testing unconventional angles, moving fast, and acting as the direct bridge between creative testing and revenue generation, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute rapid, high-frequency testing frameworks across multiple ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels) to discover breakout winners.

Drive the end-to-end media buying lifecycle: from mapping out test structures and setting up tracking to analyzing cohorts and scaling budgets.

Partner directly with copywriters, video editors, and designers to brainstorm daily creative concepts based on live performance feedback.

Continuously audit tracking health, attribution signals, and funnel metrics to ensure our scaling decisions are built on clean data.

Act as an active contributor to our broader growth strategy, testing new landing page angles, offers, and pricing structures.

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience running and scaling performance ad spend with a strong portfolio of creative test frameworks.

A deep obsession with modern direct-response marketing, consumer psychology, and fast-paced iteration loops.

Strong technical grasp of ad platform mechanics, pixel setups, and data analysis (able to look past vanity metrics to focus on true unit economics).

High adaptability, a bias for action, and an autonomous mindset that thrives in a fast-moving remote environment.

What We Offer
