This is an operations and client-support role: keeping our systems accurate, our clients accountable, and our community engaged, so our coach can focus on actually coaching. What You'll Be Doing Checking daily that clients are logging their food, weight, and workouts — and personally following up when they're not Keeping our WhatsApp community groups active and positive (weekdays only) Making sure clients show up to their coaching calls, and calling anyone who's missed their booking Helping new clients get set up smoothly in their first week Basic tech support (helping clients connect their fitness apps) Keeping accurate records in our systems A short weekly check-in with the business owner to flag anything that needs attention Hours Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:30pm Sydney time, plus a short 2-hour window on Sunday afternoon (Sydney time) for outstanding call bookings. What would those hours be in your own local time, and are you able to commit to this schedule long-term? 3. A client hasn't logged their bodyweight or food for 3 days. What would you do? 4. Do you have a backup internet connection (e.g. mobile data or pocket WiFi) in addition to your main internet, or would you need to set one up? 5. Have you used Trainerize before? If yes, briefly describe how. Have you used InShot or CapCut? If yes, what kind of videos have you edited? 6. Tell us about a time you had to follow a detailed set of instructions or a process exactly, even when it felt repetitive. How did you stay consistent? 7. What's your current employment status — are you working full-time elsewhere, part-time, or fully available? 8. Are you a fast learner? GenAI Prompt Engineer

Confidential employer

GenAI Prompt Engineer HeartStamp • Remote • Full-Time About HeartStamp HeartStamp is an AI-powered greeting card & invitation platform built for Millennials and Gen Z who find traditional cards cringe, generic, and emotionally hollow. Our platform lets users customize cards with AI, then either print them on demand or deliver them as interactive digital cards. Art is one of the five pillars of every HeartStamp card (Holiday, Emotion, Art, Relationship, Text), and it's the pillar that makes a card feel like nothing else on the shelf. We're looking for someone to own that pillar. About the Role We're hiring a GenAI Prompt Engineer to lead the visual language of our card library: the art styles, movements, and looks that show up across every card we create. This role reports directly to our CEO and works alongside our creative director. This is a full-time, fully remote position. We're looking for someone who treats generative AI models, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and the latest image generators, as their studio. You should already be building your own workflows to research styles, invent new ones, and produce work at a volume no single human hand could match without AI. We move fast and ship constantly, so we need someone who can take a concept, turn it into a fully realized, production-ready style, and keep raising the bar on both quality and range as they go. What You'll Create Your work spans style development, production, and workflow. At a high level: Art Style & Creative Direction -Draw from the full history of art movements and media (painting, illustration, animation, photography, digital art, and beyond) to build new looks for HeartStamp cards -Combine styles that don't normally get combined, creating original looks that are ours and ours alone -Develop new art styles built specifically to resonate with Gen Z, grounded in what's actually trending in their feeds and communities, not what we assume they like -Keep expanding our style library so our card art never goes stale or repeats itself. We have a creative staff to support. Production at Scale -Write and structure image prompts in JSON so they can be generated, stored, and reused at scale across our card library -Build prompt sets and templates that let us produce large batches of on-style card designs without starting from scratch each time -Work with our GenAI Orchestrator (the internal system that routes render requests to our supported image models) to get new styles into production AI-Native Workflow Development -Use Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other LLMs to design and refine art styles, not just to generate one-off images -Build and improve your own workflows and tooling to automate the repetitive parts of prompt writing and style development -Track the newest image generation models, including GPT-Image-2.5, xAI's Imagine, and Nano Banana, and fold what's useful into our production pipeline What We're Looking For Must-Have -A strong portfolio showing command of a wide range of art styles and movements, and the ability to combine them into something new -A demonstrated ability to create original art styles, particularly ones that resonate with Gen Z -A genuine, current understanding of Gen Z culture: the visual trends, aesthetics, and social media movements they respond to, and why -Comfort using LLMs like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini as creative tools, to develop new art styles and automate parts of your own workflow, not just to write one-off prompts -Experience working with JSON data, and the ability to write and structure image prompts in JSON format at scale -Familiarity with the newest image generation models, including GPT-Image-2.5, xAI's Imagine, and Nano Banana -Ability to produce a high volume of on-brand, high-quality art without sacrificing creative range Nice to Have -Familiarity with ComfyUI Aesthetic Direction HeartStamp's brand is smart, emotionally literate, and a little unhinged in the best possible way. Our card library should reflect the full range of art under the sun: watercolor, neon carnival, cyberpunk, Bauhaus, anime, character style transfers, and anything else that helps a card say exactly the right thing. We want someone who can push our style range further than it's ever gone, especially into territory that feels current and native to Gen Z rather than dated or generic. We'll work closely with you on creative direction, but we want someone with strong instincts and opinions about what makes an art style actually land with our audience. Engagement Details -Remote: Fully remote, anywhere in the world -Employment type: Full-time, reporting directly to our CEO -Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm EST -Compensation: [$8-$13/hr range based on experience, talent, proficiency] How to Apply -Send us a brief introduction that covers the following: -A portfolio link showing the range of art styles and movements you work in, including any original styles you've developed -Examples of prompts or workflows you've built using JSON and LLMs like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini -The image generation models and tools you use, including any experience with GPT-Image-2.0/2.5, xAI's Imagine, Nano Banana, or ComfyUI We review on a rolling basis and move quickly when we find the right fit. We'd love to see your work.

Contract Renewals Specialist - UK

Confidential employer

Supporting the EMEA sales team, the Renewals Specialist owns a defined book of existing customers and is responsible for securing on-time contract renewals, protecting recurring revenue and converting single-year SaaS agreements into multi-year commitments. This is not a cold calling role. Every conversation is with an existing customer who already uses the platform. The focus is proactive, well-timed engagement ahead of contract expiry: understanding how the customer is using the solution, reinforcing the value they are already receiving, resolving anything standing in the way of renewal, and positioning the commercial structure — multi-year terms, expanded entitlements, new capabilities — that best fits their next term. The role also covers the sales and administrative process attached to renewals and in-term changes, including adds, program changes, cloud migrations and true-ups. EXCELLENT written and verbal ENGLISH communication is REQUIRED APPLE MacBook LAPTOP REQUIRED (MANDATORY REQUIREMENT). Key Responsibilities: Own and achieve renewal revenue and billings targets across the UK region through disciplined, structured engagement of the assigned customer book. Manage the full renewal cycle end to end — from early pre-expiry outreach through commercial negotiation to signed agreement — ensuring no contract reaches expiry unworked. Drive multi-year billing commitments as a key measure of customer confidence and commercial success, positioning the value case for longer terms rather than defaulting to like-for-like annual renewals. Proactively engage customers well ahead of contract expiry via phone, email and LinkedIn, working a structured renewal cadence based on expiry date, account value and risk profile. Conduct value and usage conversations to understand how the customer is deploying the solution, what has changed in their business, and what they need from the next term before positioning commercial options. Identify renewal risk early — low adoption, unresolved support issues, sponsor change, budget pressure — and coordinate the internal response required to secure the renewal. Identify cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities within the renewal conversation to maximise customer lifetime value, collaborating with Account Management to advance larger opportunities. Champion adoption of new platform capabilities, features and technologies as part of the renewal and expansion narrative. Maintain accurate pipeline management, renewal forecast visibility and close-date discipline in Salesforce. Manage the sales and administrative process attached to renewals and in-term changes, including adds, program changes, cloud migrations and true-ups. Build and maintain productive relationships with channel partners and resellers where they hold or influence the customer relationship, coordinating renewal activity through the partner where appropriate. Act as a trusted commercial contact for the customer, coordinating engagement with internal specialists, Customer Success and accredited partners. Actively contribute to customer success initiatives that increase adoption, engagement and long-term value. Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Partner teams to protect and grow the installed base. Test and refine renewal messaging, outreach sequences and cadences to improve on-time renewal and multi-year conversion rates. Proactively collect account intelligence during every customer interaction by asking targeted questions to uncover insights around account structure, decision-makers, use cases and growth potential. Ensure all relevant information is accurately captured and maintained in SFDC to support broader account planning and strategy. Provide feedback to sales and customer success leadership on renewal trends, churn drivers and market insights. KPI's: On-Time Renewal Rate: Secure renewal of the assigned contract base in line with the agreed target. Allocated Task Completion: Complete 100% of allocated daily tasks. Pipeline Hygiene: No contract enters its final 30 days without documented customer contact. Experience Required: EXCELLENT written and verbal ENGLISH communication. Apple MacBook laptop required (MANDATORY REQUIREMENT). Essential: 2+ years in a quota-carrying SaaS/software sales role with direct renewals, account management, inside sales or customer expansion responsibility. Experience working with channel partners or reseller ecosystems. Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding renewal, retention or quota targets within an existing customer base. Experience selling and negotiating multi-year subscription or licensing agreements. Experience using Salesforce for pipeline management, renewal forecasting and account record keeping. Experience engaging business decision-makers across multiple industries. Strong organisational, pipeline management and forecasting discipline across a high volume of concurrent contracts. Ability to work independently and manage a renewal book aligned to UK business hours.

Customer Support Representative (Jewelry E-Commerce)

Confidential employer

About Us We're a jewellery brand, but our customers aren't really buying jewellery. They're buying a gift for a sister who just moved abroad, a charm that marks a trip they took with their best friend, a piece that will sit on someone's wrist for the next ten years. When something goes wrong with that order, it's not a product issue, it's a ruined moment. We need someone who gets that, and who treats every ticket like it matters, because to the person on the other end, it does. The Role This is a hybrid role: part Customer Support Representative, part General Virtual Assistant. Customer support is the core of the job. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers across email and social media, helping with everything from sizing and material questions to shipping updates, returns, and the occasional "my parcel says delivered but it isn't here." Around that, you'll pick up general VA work as the business needs it. That might mean updating order details in Shopify, tagging and organising tickets, keeping trackers and spreadsheets current, pulling together simple reports, researching a supplier or a competitor, or helping the team get a project over the line. The mix will shift week to week, and we'd rather hire someone who's comfortable with that than someone who needs a fixed list. We're not looking for someone who pastes templates and closes tickets. We need a problem solver who is caring enough to make the customer feel looked after, and sharp enough to protect the business while doing it. What We're Looking For Detail-oriented. Jewellery orders are unforgiving. A wrong ring size, a typo in an address, or a missed engraving note means a disappointed customer and a costly reship. You catch these things before they become problems. A problem solver. "I don't know" isn't where you stop, it's where you start. You dig into the order, check the tracking, read the policy, ask the right person, and come back with an answer. Pragmatic. You understand that customer happiness and business policy aren't opposites. You can calm down an angry customer and land on a solution that works for both sides, and you know a full refund isn't the only tool in the box. A strong writer. Excellent grammar, clear structure, and the ability to shift tone from warm and reassuring to polite and firm depending on who's in front of you. Self-directed. This is a remote role with a lot of autonomy. You manage your own queue, flag issues before they're chased, and don't need hand-holding to get through a task list. Adaptable. One hour you're handling a delivery complaint, the next you're cleaning up a spreadsheet. You're fine with that. Responsibilities Customer support: Manage customer inquiries via email and social media about orders, shipping, sizing, materials, and care. Respond to and moderate social media comments and DMs in the brand's voice. Handle returns, exchanges, and replacements efficiently, following our policies while keeping customer goodwill intact. De-escalate frustrated customers dealing with shipping delays, damaged items, or wrong orders. Spot and flag recurring issues (a batch defect, a carrier problem, a confusing product page) so we can fix the root cause. General VA: Order admin in Shopify: address changes, order edits, cancellations, and manual fulfilment updates. Keep internal trackers, sheets, and documentation up to date. Light reporting: pulling weekly ticket numbers, common contact reasons, or other simple data the team asks for. Ad-hoc research and admin tasks to support the wider team. Requirements English proficiency at C1 or C2 level, written and spoken. At least 1 year of customer support experience, ideally for an e-commerce or DTC brand. Comfortable working across multiple tools at once. Experience with Shopify and a helpdesk (Commslayer, Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom) is a strong plus. Confident with Google Sheets or Excel at a basic-to-intermediate level. Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet working setup, and a backup plan for power or internet outages. Availability for 30-40 hours What You'll Get 3$/h, paid fortnightly. Fully remote, long-term role with a small team that actually reads what you write. Clear processes and a helpdesk with AI assistance, so your time goes on the tickets that need a human, not the ones that don't. Room to grow into more responsibility if you show you can handle it. Design Manager — Canadian Property Developer, Remote

Confidential employer

We are a property developer in Nova Scotia, Canada. We design, build small and midsize buildings like condo / apartments. The problem, in plain terms. Our design process has no manager. Drawings go out without a revision mark, so a supplier prices the wrong set and a trade builds from the fourth version. Permit submissions come back with comments an internal check would have caught. Engineers, the municipality and suppliers find gaps in a package before we do. Changes get made on an old base. Decisions live only inside drawings, so six versions in, nobody can say why the building looks the way it does. Questions from our architects and our consultants sit unanswered because nobody owns the log. Our founder and chief of staff have carried this between them. It has cost us in rework, in permit time and in people. We are hiring the person who has run this properly before and will install it here. WHAT YOU OWN 1. Drawing issue and revision control. A drawing register, revision marks and clouds, issue status, superseded-set control and a transmittal log, so at any moment we know which set is current and who holds it. 2. Stage gates with checklists. Concept approval, design development, permit submission, stamp readiness, issue for construction. Each has a checklist, a review and a sign-off, and nothing passes without them. 3. Design QA and coordination review. Completeness and clash checks across architectural, structural, civil, mechanical and electrical, schedules and shop drawings, before anything leaves us. 4. Consultant and engineering coordination. Scope and brief each engineer and consultant, hold an information-required schedule and an RFI log, run comment rounds, track stamps and sign-offs. 5. Authority approvals. Submission packages, a comment-response log, conditions tracking and resubmission control, across several municipalities. 6. Design change control. Every change after issue, from the owner, from site or from an engineer, is logged, impact-assessed, approved and re-issued under revision. Including ours. 7. The design brief and the standards library. Unit and room templates, site constraints and the cost target, confirmed complete before drawing starts, with our planning and pre-construction leads. 8. Design programme and resource planning. Deliverables per project against permit and construction dates, ETAs, weekly allocation and check windows for the design team. 9. Cost and buildability at every gate. Pre-construction and construction in the room when a concept is approved, so cost is a design input, not a discovery. 10. Construction-phase design support. A site query and RFI log, as-built deviations handled, red-marked sets and revised stamped plans issued under control, inside an agreed answer window. 11. The design team and its standards. Weekly allocation, reviews, feedback given privately, mentoring; title blocks, sheet numbering, naming, LOD definitions and model standards. 12. The project design record. Decision register, review minutes and actions, drawing register, RFI and approvals logs, in one place per project. WHO YOU COORDINATE In-house architects, and outside structural, civil, mechanical and electrical engineers, surveyors, geotechnical and architectural consultants. The mix changes per project. You run whichever mix a project has. HOW HANDS-ON This is a small team, so you produce some of it: concept sketches, redlines, templates and sheet setup, checking. What that cannot do is displace the management. When a production task and a coordination task collide in a week, coordination wins, and you plan the week so they rarely collide. TECHNOLOGY We run the company on software we write ourselves and we are adding AI throughout how we design, coordinate and record. You do not need to be a programmer. You do need to be the person who picks up a new tool in a week, is already using AI in design or coordination work, and can say what it changed and where it was wrong. Someone who waits to be trained will not keep up here, and we say that plainly because it matters more than most items on this page. WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE AFTER TWELVE MONTHS Every set that leaves us carries a revision, and every recipient is in the transmittal log. Every project passes each gate with a checklist signed before the next stage starts. No completeness gap is found first by an engineer, a supplier or a municipality. Every change after issue is in the change log with its impact before it is drawn. Every project has a decision register that explains the building. Permit and handover dates are met. Questions from the design team and consultants are answered within one business day, or logged as an assumption they can proceed on. WHAT WE NEED YOU TO HAVE DONE At least five years in design management, design coordination, or document and BIM coordination at a developer, general contractor, design-build firm or multi-disciplinary consultancy, on residential or similar buildings. You have personally kept a drawing register and a transmittal log, run gate checklists, run consultant comment rounds to stamp, and run municipal comment rounds to approval. You can describe each in your own words in an interview. You have run change control with impact assessment on live projects. You have held a line with people who did not report to you, sending work back and holding dates, and given hard feedback privately to people who did. An architecture, architectural technology or engineering background. Revit literacy: you read and check models and set up sheet and model standards. Already using AI tools in your work, and fast at adopting new ones. Remote-experienced, with a working overlap into the Atlantic Canada business day. Useful, not required: Canadian codes (NBC Part 9) or municipal processes; having sat on the developer side of a brief; multi-unit wood-frame. NOT A FIT Revisions kept in the file name. "The engineer handles that." A permit comment log you cannot describe. Management described as assigning tasks and chasing status. A studio background with no consultants or authorities in it. Waiting to be trained on tools. If you build parametric tools rather than run design processes, see our Computational Designer posting. HOW TO APPLY Start your reply with the word DATUM. Applications without it are not read. Answer these four. Short is fine. Specific is essential. 1. Your drawing control system on your last project: how sets were numbered and issued, how a revision was marked, how you knew who held which set, and what the log looked like. 2. A submission that came back with municipal comments, or a stamp that was withheld. How you ran it to approval: who did what, how you tracked it, and what you changed so it did not recur. 3. A change that arrived after issue, from the owner, from site or from an engineer. Where it was logged, who assessed the impact, who approved it, how it was re-issued. 4. One thing you changed in how you work in the last year because of a new tool, AI or otherwise. What it replaced, and one thing it got wrong. OUR PROCESS, AND HOW FAST We read replies the same day. Shortlisted candidates get a paid work sample on a real project of ours, about half a day, paid whether or not we proceed. Then one call with our founder. Then an offer. We aim to make an offer within a week of your application.
